What an amazing experience! We found our selves on RT 95 heading back from a Motocross race in FL, stopped on the shoulder with a smoked hub. We found RW Trailer, I called and had the opportunity to speak with Josh. He assessed the situation over the phone and instilled confidence in me to head over. When we arrived I was met with by Josh and a delightful rep at the counter. Josh and his son got to work, putting together the necessary parts and tools needed to get us back on the road to Northeast PA. We live 3 hours from RW but based on the service I will be calling them in the future for my parts and supplies. Thank you!

Was driving down to my hometown FL with husband and kid and had a hiccup on the road with my boat trailer, they were so helpful gave my husband gloves and tools to fix the problem, Had everything we needed in store and more. The team at RW Trailer is fantastic. They helped me add wiring, a brake controller to my tow vehicle and repaired old brakes on my pop up camper so it could pass inspection. They are very professional, friendly, patient, and willing to educate you if you want to educate the curious. I can't say enough great things.

Great staff, super friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I recently sheared the studs off the wheel hub of my trailer. Jim Donnie's wasn't able to replace the studs, so I brought the hub to this store. The owner had replacement studs in the hub in 5 minutes. I can't wait for something else to break on my trailer, so I can experience more of their 5 star service.

What appeared to be the owner -or manager - said they could not advise which cover I needed for my trailer vent without a photo of the vent from inside the trailer. I had a photo sent - clear as a bell - and he then claimed he could not tell from the photo. Clearly did not know what he was looking at - or was not knowledgeable enough to know what to recommend. Waste of a hour

One many star on this store. I came to installation a hitch and I bought it from the store. They told me they will order online, and when the piece came they sent me an email to get an appointment for the installation. I went there for the installation. I was in agreement with Christina that they would take $ 75 for the installation. When I went there they said no, maybe more. Maybe We will take more than an hour for the installation. I told them that it is not my problem. Christina told me the installation of $ 75 and she did not specify for me if there was a time or not, and I asked to talk to her. They told me she is with another client and they did not let me talk to her and i asked for my money back and that I do not want the piece they told me There is a fee because they will return it, then I refused to return the money, and I called the credit company to return the money. It was a very bad service, and I do not recommend dealing here before you mention, be careful.The staff in this store did not tell me that there is an additional fee if there are problems and thank you. I contacted another store and order hitch through this store to install the hitch and install the electric device for it for $ 375. and i have a voice record for your staff that they did not explain to me any think about the more fee if i have a problem in the car and when i went to the store before they take look the car they told me we need more time then one hour and we will charge you more.

After searching for adapters for brake controller for weeks, with no luck for price and not many alternatives to meet my needs in short time frame. I finally gave RW trailers a call. They had the product I needed. They even spliced and connected the cables for me to adapt Curt to Tekonsha harness. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will always come back to RW trailer, I recommend them to anyone dealing with trailers.

Dahell?I’m from out of town, they treated me like I am local.I had no idea what a fair price was for what I bought, turns out they cut me a sick deal.I called them and the phone was not only answered swiftly by a HUMAN! She was cool and patient af as I fumbled around to find my notes of what I needed.They put my parts aside for a few hours until I could get there.I roll up and bring my dog inside with me, they paid more attention to her than to me. As it should be.Clearly these people are fine people doing business squarely.Spend your money here... or don’t.But let’s face it, that would pretty much make you an embarrassment to your family. Would you rather live your life in shame and exile, or have a great experience here? Your call.

After having a bad experience with hitch install from a local competitor where they installed wrong hitch for a bicycle rack….(ultimately had it removed and money refunded). The competitor also told me the hitch I wanted would not fit my Toyota Highlander (even though Draw-Tite website showed it did).I found R W Trailer Parts. From the start they were very nice. Checked out my car and found that the hitch I wanted was right. They ordered it for me and within a week had the hitch (and lights hookup) completed. Everyone I encountered was very nice. The price they quoted me as an estimate was spot on and wayyyy cheaper than the competitor. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to replace my boat trailer stud bolts as one broke off when the wheel nuts came loose. I was very lucky to discover the loose wheel before disaster. So I was anxious to get replacement parts ASAP and initially the store was out of stock for the bolt I needed. But the store manager checked in the service bay and removed bolts from an existing trailer and sold them to me!!!! Above and beyond! Plus when I had difficulty carrying my new tire because of recent rotator cuff surgery, the sales person carried it out and put it in my truck. I only regret that I didn’t tip her. I would not have gotten this service at any big box store.

Great place for trailer parts. They gave some of everything you would need for your trailer. The service is great. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable about trailers give me some advise to look at before bringing trailer in for repair . I will be coming back here for ak my trailer needs.
