And the work these guys do is the best around, bar none. Super professional and extremely thorough. They’ve done a full kitchen remodel for me, several smaller jobs and most recently, replaced my tankless hot water heater. Cam did a great job and his attention to detail was unparalleled. Not only is their work top notch, but everyone I came into contact with was polite, professional and informative. I wanted to leave a nice review for the staff of Perfect Plumbing. I met a plumber in Eastport during the boat show. My request for assistance was not directly plumbing related but boat related. The person I spoke with (sorry I had forgotten his name), was very pleasant and helpful, and came through with with perfect item I was looking for. If you are looking for a plumber, give Perfect Plumbing a try. I was very impressed.

Our water heater started leaking pretty bad and needed to be replaced asap. After calling different plumbers who said they could't come out that day, I called Perfectum-- Vadim said he'd we'd have a new hot water heater installed and hot water within three hours. Had a clogged pipe on a Sunday during a holiday weekend while family was visiting. Toilets gurgling, house smelled like a septic system. I figured no way we could get it fixed till after the holiday. Within an hour of calling Perfect Plumbing a tech was on the scene. He was awesome—explained everything to us and worked late to get everything fixed. Our rental management company called them to replace our kitchen faucet (no hot water coming out!). They never called, I finally called them and they scheduled someone to come. The guy came (Miguel), assessed, and then determined we needed a new faucet. Very nice guy.He left to wait for approval from the rental management company.Weeks went by and nothing. After 4 weeks, I called to inquire. The woman said "someone had dropped the ball" and that she'd work on getting the work approval and would call me back. Another week went by, and nothing, so I called, got the same "someone dropped the ball" answer and she said she'd take care of it. I called again a few days later, she scheduled someone to come--finally! ALL THIS TIME WITH NO HOT WATER TO WASH DISHES.When the guy (Houston Frey) came, he walked to the door and started talking to me and was going to come in, and I had to ask him if he had a mask. He said, "I have one in the truck." He went back and got a little stretchy cotton neck warmer to cover his nose, and then blew right past me into the house. Kinda rude like. I went to the other room while he worked. I could hear him coughing, huffing & puffing and also sounding mad about something. He stomped in and out of the house a few times acting mad about something. After 10 minutes I went in to ask him if it was going ok and he was there working with the cotton "mask" off. He finally finished and stomped out. Left the kitchen a mess. It was a very unprofessional experience. I would never hire someone who acted like that.And then on top of that the reply to this review was that it was the fault of the property management company. Way to shift blame! That's interesting because the woman in the office of perfect plumbing apologize and said it was their fault. But also the terrible behavior of the plumber who came out was also not addressed. Still would never use these people because now we know that they are liars too.

Melissa at customer service got us in right away. She went the extra yard to see if their technicians could be moved around to squeeze us in for an emergency repair on our hot water heater. 5 stars for MelissaJosiah the technician arrived right on schedule. I showed him where the leak was with our hot water pipes, and he said he could replace the pipe that was leaking with not problem. He was fast, courteous, and professional. 5 stars for Josiah.I am super impressed with the professionalism and great work supplied by Perfect Plumbing. The price was reasonable and no waiting or run-around which is a first for me. I highly recommend their service and will be a repeat customer. I was referred to them and will definitely refer them to my friends.

Outstanding service, great people. Called at 11:00 and had the issue resolved in hours. I had told them it was NOT an emergency but they still got on site in minimal time. There was extra work that i couldn't do because of my health and Houston didn't even blink. Even our dog liked him. Perfect Plumbing is the only Plumbers we'll use. This is the 3rd time we've had them out and they are always able to fix the issue in minimal time.

Without going into my long and drawn out story about how many other companies I had come over to repair my pipe clogged by a backwater flapper. I will say that I am impressed with how professional and responsive Josh and his team were. I called in a panic explaining the issue of impending sewage backup to Melissa who kindly listened and forwarded my information right to Josh (owner) who personally came and inspected the situation. He reassured me that they could fix the issue the same day and sent his tech Houston. THANK GOD! Houston was prompt and professional. He was here less than 2 hours and explained what he was doing and why. Invited me to see the progress and left me with tips to avoid a similar issue. They charged me $175 for a visit to diagnoses a knocking pipe noise. Obviously the tech they sent wasn’t experienced enough to be able to diagnose a faulty PVR (pressure regulating valve). This is after showing the noise was emanating from pipes near the main water line. He went around house turning on and off smaller shut off valves, didn’t test water pressure or anything and just said I’d maybe have to do a costly repair and cut through dry wall to diagnose where the noise and still he wasn’t sure of the cause. $175 for a non reliable assessment and I would come to find out later a very inaccurate assessment.I was later able to deduce on my own through research and a utility website tip that it was the PVR. Annoying since I could have used that $175 to fix the issue either with this company, had they had a clue what to do, but instead I had to endure the noise longer for months until I was able figure out the issue myself. After giving this company $175 of my money and time, I went this time with a more knowledgeable master plumber who was able to fix the issue and under $300.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I would have liked to give 3.5 stars, but that wasn't an option. Summary: We feel when we are being billed for time, that time should be of importance, this technician was slow and seemingly unwilling to get to work quickly. He also changed the price when he forgot to do something that we had discussed prior to him starting the job.More detail:We have used perfect plumbing before with a positive experience, but this time we were not as impressed. What we needed done was fairly simple but we wanted to double check nothing else was wrong before we buttoned everything up again, and said that whatever we did in one bathroom we also wanted done in the second bathroom that is exactly the same so we didn't run into the same problem in there. We checked with the technician that came and he let us know what we should to do, which was fairly simple and straight forward as expected. He continued to talk about it not get to fixing the problem right away, once he got to work he talked us into changing faucets because he couldn't figure out how to get the one we had back on. He realized the same issue was going to occur with the faucet he had as well, then said the only way to get it back on was to rip into the wall and hold the pipe, which he did. When he was done he told us how much the call was, then we reminded him to do the same fix in the other bathroom (he only ended up needing to do some caulking) and then the price changed. Before he started we told him we wanted both bathrooms looked at and fixed - so the price change was frustrating and annoying.Service: Faucet installation

Very recently my elder cat got out of the house and ended up in a storm drain and was unable to get himself out. After unsuccessful efforts to get assistance through AA Co, several Good Samaritans from the community came to help. Among those good samaritans were on call plumbers from Perfect Plumbing. We had worked several hours trying to rescue my cat, who by this time had been in the storm drain for a week And was very sick and weak. Shortly after Perfect Plumbing arrived and began helping we were able to get him out. If it had not been for Perfect Plumbing and the other good samaritans I don’t know what I would have done. I am very grateful to Perfect Plumbing and owner, Josh for their benevolence. I have found a new plumber. Thanks again!

Called way in advance to schedule service due to a connection to work by another contractor. Was told all the right things that they are flexible will give price before they do any work and will do that day. All great until 2 days before the job was to be done, got a call that they can't not only do it that day but that whole week! When asked to have the person I spoke to to call back to see what we can figure out, never heard from him again. What is worse is his friend referred his work and he obviously didn't care about that. Would not use if you are planning something and have multiple contractors involved.

This is not a good company. One person went to do an estimate to repair a pipe and charged $275 for the visit - No repairs were done. We only got the estimate 4 days later for an exorbitant amount with no warranty that the new connection was going to work but recommending replacing the whole water pipes. To all people out there: please DO NOT contact Perfect Plumbin LLC. It is a terrible company with no regard for customer.

Dreadful.Sam came to our house as planned. He found the problem/leak.And then dropped the ball. Said he would talk to his boss for an estimate. No response We called to get pictures and video, which they sent. But that was it. We had to call Len the Plumber for satisfaction. Len is competent ,but not cheapAvoid unless it is very simple

Buyer beware. Ask up front for the cost of service. Cost $175 for 30 minutes for someone to come out, cut a hole in the drywall, identify where the leak was coming from (which I already knew because I could see the drywall wet spot), then tell me they couldn't fix it and had to give an estimate. Extremely expensive service to tell me something I already knew and then basically charge me for an estimate. Won't use again and don't recommend.Service: Plumbing leak detection

They say that bigger isn’t necessarily better. But in this case bigger was exactly what I needed. He hit the spot and it blew my mind compared to the competition with the smaller tools.
