I stopped by one morning for gas, coffee, and a snack. There was a woman behind the breakfast sandwich area and a man working the register. The woman greeted me in a kind and professional manner, and the man at the register did the same. Also, he suggested additional food items that I could purchase as a package, giving me more bang for my buck and better satisfying my hunger. I was extremely pleased with his up-selling/add-on sales. This was some of the best customer service I had experienced in years. They could teach a class on how to increase sales and make customers happy.

There is only one employee working here. This employee does not know how to use the cash register. We were overcharged the tuna sandwiches were supposed to be 2 for 7.00 we were charged to for 12.98. The 1.29 ice cream was rung up at 2.89? When I originally caught the bill was high the cashier said pay for it anyway and I'll give you a receipt. He gave me the receipt I pointed it out and he said he was going to do nothing about it cause he didn't know how to fix it that is not a satisfying response when I was overcharged about 8.00 too much.

I often go to this Dash In after driving all night and other locations around Baltimore City. This is the only one in my experience that you can not order food at anytime. There is a sign that says "Kitchen is always open". I said to the cashier, who's Always on his phone, that sign should come down because the Linthicum location that statement is not true. In usual fashion he is snapping off little rude remarks because he doesn't know how to run the kitchen. Also he watched as I pulled into the station, and walks away from the locked door even though he sees me everytime walking with a cane and does notcome to the door until I am back in my car. Although this was an isolated incident, the customer service is a joke. Yes I did exchange words but it was due the rudeness that I was responding. I usually get what need if they have it and be on my way. Not sure he realizes that without customers like myself, he would not have a job. Or that if you behave in that manner people like myself will speak on it. Especially since I have been nothing but nice to this person since were hired.

I recently moved into the linthicum heights area and this is by far my favorite gas station to stop by at!! I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service provided by the staff. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Well, think we all need a break every now and then traveling, and decide also we want a little snack while we rest up. So I came here, store front is nice and all, everything is organized yes yes, the typical things you want to see from a convenience store. Well, seeing their many signs of “fish is back” lured me in just like one to try out there po’boy sub, and some taters sprinkled with old bay. Since of course I have to wash it all down, I also had me a craving for root beer from their fountain machine. Well, that’s where this story takes a dive. The root beer was out :( and only dispensed some carbonated water. “Okay fine, let’s get Mountain Dew I say”. Mountain Dew it was. The store cook informs me about no slaw for the sandwich. I said okay, I’ll just take the rest. (Mind you this is my first time having this sandwich, so I think I was supposed to have it on there.) Anyway, she finished up the sandwich and the tater tots, but forget my sprinkle of old bay. No big deal right? Just ask for it yes. Well, I think I should’ve looked at the toppings because I was on the verge of calling 911. I don’t know what the po’ boy is supposed to have on it, but whewweeee I was not having all of that spice, I would’ve rather have tartar sauce. So outside of my nice experience on fire and the soda machine , this is a nice place to grab a quick snack from and be on your merry way.

Very bad customer Service at shell dash in gas station and store. I spend $85 in gas and store every 2 day .i asked cashier there is no hand soup in restroom and he said we decide who can use restroom or not . and restroom are very dirty and no supplies . I decide to not go and spend my money at that gas station in n future where is no customers respect and service.

Stopped for gas and breakfast. No body was behind the counter to make food and wasn't told till after my order. Then was offered something from the hotdog roller. I picked a sausage. Got out to my car and the thing was still cold in the middle. The guy then offered me a hotdog that has clearly been on the rack for hours. I asked for my money back.

Horrible. Supposed to be open 24 hours. Go there around 3:20 am to get gas and other items. Door was locked. There was a younger man inside with a red shirt on and air pods in his ears sweeping. Looks right at me and does nothing at all. So they lost my business from now on.

Why can't the relish be available in easy open containers? The packets are too small and diffullt to open. Why can't the relish be available in a ketchup like container like you used too?
