In the Fall, I moved here so am new to the area.My dog-ter split two toenails on her back paws, one on each foot, and both are bleeding so she is constantly licking them. I made an appointment.Although the woman at the front desk said they don't "do toes, nor have an x-ray machine".Overall, the staff is awesome!

These ladies that work here go out of their way to take care of every single pet. They really care about animals here and it is my to go to place. I feel like I get just as good care here as I do at the veterinarian

I adopted my 7 year old cat from them 6 months ago after my wife passed and he has been the therapy that helps me every day. I recently took him back for shots and checkup. Staff and doctors were fantastic, all questions and concerns answered and I will return for all vet. needs. I was thrilled with their service (much more than my cat)and price was reasonable 😎😺!

They were able to get me and my fur baby Bella in as a walk in same day for her vaccinations and rabies shot for an out of town trip we were taking that weekend. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The vet was so amazingly warm and kind with her. We are new to the area and was looking for a vet and everyone was so booked out and this worked out in our favor. I think we found our new vet clinic.

This place is the best! 3 yrs ago I moved away from SOMD to the Delmarva Peninsula and there isn't one affordable option for basic pet care. So I drive 3.5 hrs and rent a room for the weekend to visit my Mom and spend a day waiting for a walk in appt here. Their is truly a feeling of community and genuine compassion emanating from The Well Pet Clinic!!!! 🤩 Thank you for what you do!

Amazing people! Very polite, calm, caring and efficient! Fast service for a walk-in. Always make me feel like I'm a part of a family there. Would recommend anyone to take their pets here! You want a staff who cares and this is the place.I had to schedule an appointment with another vet for more extensive tests, they talked with the other hospital to make sure they knew what I needed done and even faxed my information over to them.10/10 all around!

The Vet is great! However, the office staff is incredibly rude. I think she should get another job. She's rude on the phone explaining hours and appointments available. Maybe they should use an appointment book service online so she's not so maxed out. The wait time was several hours and I noticed people were coming and going and when I checked out, I gently pointed out that the woman who was there before me with her little dog were still waiting to be seen. The response of the office employee was again, rude. Consistently rude.

Took my "crazy" cat to get her shots and spay last year. Staff was great with her and me( I was nervous because my cat hates everyone but me) would definitely recommend!! Will be using them again for my new cat.

The admin staff that worked on 09/20/2022 were extremely rude to my daughter today while I was on a video chat while trying to pay a bill. I hope this is not the norm which would be very unfortunate because the vet providers there are so nice! I wish people would just be nice to each other. Unfortunately, after my dog was spayed, my daughter was not given any pain meds for my 7 month old yorkie. Not sure what the protocol was but she is in pain. Please call me to help me understand your process.

They are amazing here!!! Front office staff is always so helpful and answers questions. Recently got our miniature dachshund spayed and drop off was quick. Pick up was also so easy and fast. I paid hundreds of dollars less than I would have anywhere else around southern MD. Can't say enough good things about this office.

Staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have, but do not always give you their undivided attention. Sometimes they talk to you from behind the back desk, (which has many things that block site lines of their faces) rather than coming up to the counter, making you feel like they are too busy to give you, the customer, the attention you deserve.

They were very busy but I didn't feel like they rushed us out. The vet addressed each of my concerns and received all shots for my dogs. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very reasonable pricing!

They got us in faster than our vet. Our vet told us that a rash on our labs stomach was most likely allergies. The clinic knew right away that it was a bacterial infection and they were right when they guessed our dog had a fever because of the rash.. She has had this "rash" for months and I cant believe our vet (All Kinds) did not recognize it for what it was. Their pricing at the clinic is also super affordable.

Extremely friendly and "competent" staff. Very accommodating. I drive nearly two hours (roundtrip) and it is seriously worth it. While they are quite busy at times, I never feel rushed or dismissed. Most (best) competitive pricing in So. MD, including PG County, DC and all parts of NoVA. Definitely recommend for the needs and care of your fur-babies.

The only reason they are getting one star is so I can leave this review. Let me start with scheduling the appointment... My appointment was rescheduled three times, which pushed my puppies getting their rabies shots for a month. They said they had to “block off the entire afternoon since we were bringing six pups.” We arrive for our appointment; the lobby is PACKED! They did NOT permit us to bring the pups inside, we were made to stand outside for about an hour with our pups who were completely unfamiliar with everything in that area; so they did a lot of barking. When we were permitted in the building, the bulk of the staff were rude and condescending. Now we were quoted a price of $90.00 for all six to receive their rabies vaccine, when it came time to pay the bill they charged us double $180.00 for six rabies shots. By far I would not recommend this place to ANYONE who loves their animals! This was the worst experience with a pet clinic I have ever had in my life! I will gladly pay full price elsewhere.
