Very clean store with great clothing options. A lot of the items were on sale, and you can use coupons for more savings! They have a family restroom that is very clean and includes a child sized toilet next to the adult one. My children always feel special, like they installed it just for them 😂

This kohls is okay. In general I've noticed a difference since COVID. The clothing and home sectioms have dwindled. I used to love kohls clothes. At christmas, it reminded me of a flea market with all the shelving carts with junky gifts the chain was trying to get people to buy. This store its self, staff are nice and store is clean.

Staff is always helpful & friendly. Store is always clean. My only complaint is their men's athletic clothes, specifically champion, Nike, & under armor sell quickly and they don't restock often , so they never seem to have a great selection of sizes and colors. Other than that, I love shopping here

After shopping for two hours in Kohls, I was so pleased with the assistance of the employees in the store. The checkout line was swiftly taken care of. The cashier was professional and so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Lexington Park Kohls for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Was there on black Friday to catch some deals. Selection was good, good stock of items. Needs more cash registers. After adding sephora they got rid of the registers by women's clothing. Bad idea. It took 45+minutes to cash out!

Only 8 registers for over 70 people in line. Guess they should have thought that through before removing the 8 registers from the women’s side. I sat my stuff down and walked out. Super slow checkout as well.

The cashier turned us away at the register; said she was closed, but then helped the next customer. We weren't sure what was going on. Another associate (Joy) opened a register and was extremely professional and friendly. The changing rooms were messy, but it was 6 in the evening. There were quite a number of sales tags from clothes on the floor, which is sad to see. Looked like a customer may have hung up one of their own clothing items and placed it on the to be returned to the floor rack.

I love coming here for my amazon returns - just makes it fast and easy. I also tried going to their new Sephora inside the store and the employees are so wonderful. They were constantly on their toes assisting people inside, and when I asked for a moisturizer and exfoliant recommendation, the employee really delivered. She suggested tatcha moisturizer cream and paula’s choice bha exfoliant and gave me a sample of a cleanser. Legit saved my skin. Will be back when this runs out, I wish I remembered her name but next time I go I will get it.

I absolutely love love love this store. I've been hooked since my first visit. The customer service that I have received from some of the associates there has been outstanding. Not to mention the Kohl's cash and the sales. I would say that I get better quality merchandise for an extremely affordable price and that no store I've been into recently has been able to compare to the discounts I received in this store. So collectively the customer service and the discounts are well worth the time you spend in this store. Definitely my favorite store for shopping.

I hate going to this particular Kohls, especially for ship to store, store pickup, or returns. It’s like the employees play games to see how many times they can make you go back and forth from the front of the store to the back for any of the services above. Either that or they completely incompetent and don’t know who in the the store team takes care of those services. I’m only giving two stars because you can at least still shop in the store with few to no problems.

Went in to return an Amazon package and pickup an online order. When asked for assistance to find the cubby where my pickup package was located, the retail associate Ashley stated she couldn't help me because she "had other things to do". Taken aback by this response, I requested to speak with store manager Michelle. Michelle never apologized for the associate's response. Therefore, I believe that this type of treatment of customers is accepted by management. Horrible customer service!

Bought a medium blue jacket on line. Received green small jacket. The only way to return is to go to a Kohls store. You get a refund but you have to reorder on your own, then call them to get the same discount. So not worth the frustration. So disappointed in them this year. Used to buy a lot from them. Not anymore.

There was a Kohl's Team Member working in the new Sephora section. I hope I don't mis-spell her name. I believe it is Ayanna (Eye-onna). She was so kind and greeted me with a smile and even offered to escort me to the section I was looking for. Today, that is RARE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! You are going places!!! Thank you for bringing a smile and going above and beyond. I would hire you in a heartbeat!!! Please give Ayanna a BIG RAISE out of all that COVID retention money I paid out in taxes!!!!!!!!!! Well done, Ayanna!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The young lady at the customer desk was great. However her coworker who had worked there much longer tried to convince me that they didn't do price match when I knew they did..even after coming back showing the policy to the younger associate the website where it says they do price match both their on line and competitors prices the olderlady didn't even bother to apologize for wasting my time.. Considering I had already been in line and had to wait all over again just to do what could have been taken care of 15 min prior.

Yesterday I went to Kohl’s to return some clothes I bought off Amazon. The worker was less than personable and made it very clear she did not want to help me. After scanning each item she proceeded to SCREAM the item name despite the fact that I already had the item on the counter. I understand she has to clarify what the item is. However, yelling “black PLUS SIZE XL v-neck shirt” for everyone around us to hear is a bit much. I felt like she was trying to embarrass me. The item was on the counter already and the size really isn’t important or necessary for all the surrounding shoppers to hear (and trust me, she was definitely yelling). I’ve returned numerous things to Amazon through Kohl’s and never had such a demeaning experience. I work in retail and understand it can be stressful, however, she had a bad attitude as soon as I walked up and I don’t appreciate someone attempting to body shame me just because they have to do some work.
