Beware of this place, my boyfriend was way overcharged because he is spanish, and given the wrong food!! He was charged 27.00 for one dozen donuts and 2 smashed breakfast sandwiches! Would you eat this??

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes I'll grab a coffee in the early morning and it's absolutely amazing, sometimes it tastes like they microwaved three day old coffee. The doughnuts aren't usually that bad though, the maple glazed one is my favorite! They do take a while, even if you just order an ice cream. I really recommend the chocolate shake too 😋

I've done here for breakfast for a few years and always enjoy the sausage egg and cheese croissant. They also have a good donut selection and the coffee is pretty good.

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. They now have a $5 minus for accepting credit cards. I had to leave empty handed since I rarely have cash. Terrible business practice for a place where you are theoretically supposed to be able to drive through and pick up a quick coffee and donut. Never going here again. Who uses cash these days?

Visited this place today. It was open late. Had to use drive-thru which was inconvenient because I couldn't see what kind of donuts they had available. I ended up picking what I knew they probably had on hand. Donuts were so hard and not soft and fluffy like I'm used to in California. The lady got our order wrong and when we asked for the correct donut, she took the wrong one out the box and put it back on the shelf and gave us the correct one. I wondered...what if we touched the donut?! And she still put it back. Would not recommend.

We almost didn't stop because of the other reviews, but then we saw all the ice cream chests through the window. Ice cream was good! Some of the flavors looked like they were sitting for a bit, but the chocolate peanut butter I got with pecans and hot fudge was delicious. The BEST art of this experience was the young man with curly hair serving us. He was extremely kind and professional and so careful with all the ice cream toppings we requested. He needs a raise! Give him a raise!

I’ve been to this location several times. The coffee and the food are pretty good. Usually I just go through the drive-through, but today I went in. There was a young man at the counter. I didn’t get his name, but he has very curly hair hah. Oh my gosh he was so sweet and efficient! Like it was really pleasant being in the donut shop😂. I think it was so refreshing, because for some reason, most places you go these days the employees are kind of rude and uninterested. I usually walk into a place expecting to be disappointed with the service lately. Not here, though! Really great energy and really nice people!

The absolutely lovely people who were working the drive-through this evening, January 15 around 8:15 PM, were some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in a long time. They were extremely sweet to my dog, Linkin, and made sure that he had the best pup cup we could’ve asked for with a little treat on top! they told him how cute he was and how he reminded one of them of a family dog they previously had. It was a super sweet encounter and I think they are amazing!

Meh....donuts are getting harder every time I stop by. This time there was customer wanting a refund saying her iced coffee tasted like water the past 3 times. Used to love this place, not so sure now. I will try again another day

I like the food and coffees here but it will get 5 stars if they could at least 1 week get my order right! I come 3 or 4 times a week and it's hit or miss all the time mostly misses! Please work on this!!!!

I love the employees!! I, only see three employees on different times & days . They are holding it down, so polite. Customer services is upmost pet peeve. I don't care if the store is new or old. I worked hard for the coins(I mean dollar) My ice coffee is mostly right and when it's not, they professionally redo it. Open 24 hours💃...I would like to see Donut Connection owner expand/ renovate or update the inside and outside. Just a face lift. More tables eatery outside.....Donut Connection own the New Donut connection in California MD- it's lovely!!Lexington Park shopping centers looks horrible!!! Thanks for being open 24 hours!!

I pretty much only go here out of convenience. It's the only place open in the morning when I go to work, and need to grab something on my way in. One big positive is the staff is always friendly. The food on the other hand, I feel is not that great. It's good, but if there was anything else that close to my house and was open as early as they are, I'd probably go there. The mocha tastes like regular coffee with chocolate syrup in it, and my orders usually take a long time to come out. Sometimes the orders are messed up, and one time the guy at the window straight forgot what I ordered after I had sat there for almost 10 minutes. After I told him, it took another almost 10 minutes and I was given the wrong order. I was running late and didn't see it until I got to work.

Writing this review as I sit here drinking my coffee. One thing to know when eating here is that there is a $5 minimum for credit card transactions. Not a problem for many people, but something to be aware of. Store is fairly clean. The service was fast, even though the store was being hammered inside and outside. I can't​ speak for all of the staff, but the woman who helped me was more than friendly enough.

For a drive through coffee shop, donut connection is always next level compared to others. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious as are the donuts. The pumpkin coffee today was the best one I’ve had any place yet. The service is always friendly and fast. I love their new location near Walmart as well, great staff!

Just had a terrible experience with one of the employees. While going through the drive thru, I simply asked what kind of donuts they had because there is no sign posted with the flavors. He then precedes to tell me they have a lot. Do I asked what kind of filled donuts. He tells we have a lot of donuts and tells me to get off of the car and come in Because he’s too lazy to tell me. Terrible customer service! How can I know what flavors you have if there’s no list posted?

Communication at the drive through is lacking. Basically, if I need to order anything specific, I'm going inside. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Donuts are better than DD. Coffee is good, not expensive like SB. They are open 24 hours.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The donuts are awesome and the staff is very friendly. I used to go in here regularly and I never had a single problem with an employee. But be warned, this is NOT a good area to be in. Especially at night. Like for real, you might get mugged. Very dangerous spot.

If could give this place -5 stars I would. Customer service doesn't exist here. Also this place must be well off of they aren't willing to swipe my card for $4.19 because of a $5.00 minimum. No one ever pays cash anymore it's 2018. If they are so cheap to have a credit card minimum then request people use debit. So pitiful. I will never ever waste my time at this establishment again.

the donuts here are terrible. the look and taste like they have been there for a day or 2. the breakfast sandwiches are actually good. I recommend that to order. they couldn't pay me to eat the donuts there. someone brings them to work once a month and they always end up being half eating.

Great hot chocolate. Not scalding hot. Donut was underwhelming. For some reason I expected this place to serve handmade donuts. The ones sold here are equivalent to the frozen premade type at Dunkin Donuts. I thought it was hysterical that you can buy power ball tickets, scratch off tickets, Ice cream, coffee and donuts all in one place. It's worth a drive if you are in the area, but don't go out of your way.Update- had no idea this place was a franchise. That explains the need for additional streams of income.
