The store was clean and very well organized. And associate made sure to ask if we need help and to check in the back for the product we were interested in. This store has a friendly atmosphere and associates. It was enjoyable to shop here they were fast and productive in the check out. And there were enough associates on so you didn't have to wait a long time in the check out line. The bathrooms were clean and we'll maintained. The only thing I wasn't please with was they advertised a price of an item on shelfs that there was nothing of that item. For instance the tent aisle had a sign on a shelf saying 34.99 in bold numbers and small print sleeping bag so when we went to purchase a tent not realizing the tag pricing was for a sleeping bag and not the tent so the tent rang up over a 100 dollars. So be aware of what your picking up to purchase with a sign by it and make sure it's for that item.

Hit the clearance racks, and the discounts were substantial. Walked out with a lot more things then I went in for, and yet spent less than I expected. They don't have much camping equipment, and what they carry is mid level gear. Too bad, because there is nowhere else nearby to get quality camping equipment.

Came here twice to buy a gun safe.... Apparenty only 1 person in the whole store can get into them and show them, and he was out both times. Next came a question about shipping to store and was meet with blank looks. NO HELP AT ALL FROM THIS PLACE.

The selection wasn't great. I only found 1 of the 4 items I was looking for. The one item was almost double the cost of a local competitors. They wouldn't price match the item and didn't offer a military discount. I went to the competitor found all 4 items, reasonably priced, and offered a military discount. The attitude from the staff when I asked if they'd price match or gave a military discount wasn't warranted. I won't be back any time soon.

We went into Dick’s to find soccer gear for my daughters first season. Josh was very helpful and polite and became our own personal shopper for the hour or so that we were there. He showed us where to find all the gear we needed and was honest about the prices and what would actually work just fine even though it was cheaper. Not once did I feel pressured to buy the more expensive option because it was better quality. Josh took extra time to track down the cleats my daughter wanted “in the right color” and was very kind to avoid the color pink at her request. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you are looking for soccer gear for your child. Although I’m sure he’s quite knowledgeable in all areas of the store. Thank you Josh for making our experience stress free and enjoyable!!

Great place with a great staff. Matt in footwear exceeded my expectations with exceptional service. Mike in team was like Johnny on the spot while my daughter and I were looking at a mouthpiece for her upcoming lacrosse season. Finally at checkout Danielle was so warming expressing her enjoyment while checking out athletes. The staff as a whole worked as a great team and exceeded my expectations.

If zero stars was an option I would select that, no help what so ever, guy in shoes was to busy talking to his boyfriend, manager no where in site. Finally a young lady from the. Front helped me, and still didn't find what I needed even though the website said it was available in the store

Went in to buy a pair of sunglasses, we stood at the counter for a few Mins the lady that was working the register finally turned around and I asked if she could open the case to the suglasses. she said we would have to wait in line to get the case opened. Which to me is a waste of time if I'm only gonna get back in line to purchase the glasses. This lady has very poor customer service skills didnt get her name, instead she should have at least tried to help us and call someone over that had the key. We then walked around the store and I was talking to my husband about the situation a manager walked over to us and asked if we need helped, she was very nice and walked us up to the counter and opened the case. Didn't know it would be this hard to purchase a pair of costas!

Over priced and a bunch of stuff you are not looking for. Surprised and disappointed they did not have military discounts. Considering that this is the only sporting goods store located in a county that would fall apart if the military base wasn't there.

Only go here if you know what you want or need. I went and asked a question about a product and the guy kept trying to sell me something different that eas very expensive I did not need or want. He did not take the time to listen to me. Took my business elsewhere.
