Supervisor on duty was a African American women, what I endure made me feel like this will be the cause of me going to jail. It took GOD to keep me together!! My son 14 years old type 1 diabetic needed insulin. It was time for his refill, for a year an half he received Admelog brand insulin. This pharmacist tells me not only does his insurance no longer approve the Admelog brand, but he would need to start using the syringe instead of the pen. This was misinformation. Although, the brand changed he was still approved to use the pen. This lady mumble about being hungry, standing on her feet all day and her coffee going cold. This was more important than customer care. I have empathy, and I can see how the pharmacist at times are short staffed, but where is the fire to go the extra miles. Not only did she careless. Her assistant tech closed the gate while I was talking to her. The emergency on call endocrinologist was on the phone with her trying to help too. I told the pharmacist I will drive to Laplata since they close at 11pm. When this devil called Laplata cvs pharmacy she only asked Mr. Ecchi if he had the generic brand with the syringe in stock. Never did she ask if he had the generic brand pen and he did. In dismay, I left and sat in my car and found out what I need to ask for by calling every 24 hour cvs pharmacy. This lady at the NE DC location told me that the generic come in a pen style too. I immediately call Laplata to ask Mr. Ecchi to check for the generic pen and he had it, but it was too late to get it. I was able to retrieve the insulin the next morning.Community, whenever you receive misinformation, inconsideration, lack of job performance call 1800- shopcvs. File a complaint and talk to the agent. I did!! My son life depends on his insulin to live.

Was mocked by the pharmacist on duty (not the tech, the pharmacist) for not being able to afford a medication that he was actively refusing to use goodrx for. Have not gone back since.

The clerks on the date of 3/20/23 closing shift around 9pm were beyond great. The guy’s name was Winston & the girls name was Meg I believe.They assisted with my purchase because self check out machine malfunctioned. Been sitting from 3 to 6pm waiting on meds in this pharmacy. These people didn't bother listening to me when I supplied billing information just dismissed me even as I tried to offer up the info twice. Couldn't figure out why billing wasnt working... patience is a virtue but mine went out the window after the third hour. They need customer service training and maybe retraining on how to process claims.

Extremely unprofessional. Wasted one hour at the reception to get photo clicked. The girl at reception was clueless and made me buy a pendrive to get digital copy. However she couldn’t figure out how to transfer photos to drive. Ended up wasting one hour and got out with nothing but a stupid pendrive.

Cvs associates need better training in. Customer service at any of them i frequent the associates are more courteous to there co workers than they are to a customer. U should at least greet customers. An in giving back change or purchases thank u would be nice

My Dr tried to send a prescription to them twice. 1st time they wouldn't except because they said the insurance didn't contact with them. Insurance called them an straightened it out. 2nd time they said they never received prescription. I gave up using them at this point. Don't know what's going on. Used them for decades and suddenly they can't fill prescriptions on Insurance I have used with them for years.

I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. They have lost my prescriptions and it's always an issue with my name for some reason. I want to know what has happened to caring for your customers. I cannot afford to have my prescriptions played with. I would have gave no stars but wasn't an option. Very upset at the fact of my prescriptions being constantly lost.

God forbid if you have to stop for something and forget your mask at home. I used a t shirt and the front register lady wouldn’t come and tell me when I walked in but waited til I found the two items I needed then paged her manager. He walked up to me stating a mask is required. What is required by state is a face covering which I was doing. However he didn’t stop the person that went in with a bandanna and his nose hanging out. How is my t shirt more harmful then a paper thin bandanna on a person who isn’t even wearing it properly. The manager wouldn’t even let me buy the two things that I needed which I was already holding and heading to the register with. I have never had a good experience here before so I don’t know why I am surprised.

This pharmacy is despicable! I am a return customer and three times in the last 3 months they have given me the wrong dosages of my medications. When I go to correct the problem they are rude and blame someone else for their own shortcomings. They will not own up to their mistakes and solve the problem.I have NEVER had a pharmacy be so damn unreliable!

Extremely slow. In two of the three times I visited the pharmacy here, they told me the prescriptions would take another 30 minutes to fill because they just received the scripts from the Dr. Both of those times I know they got the scripts at last an hour before Mr arrival. Once was nearly two hours after my Dr sent it in. Most of the people working there don't seem that friendly either

Very convenient location for me being that it's only about a mile from my house!. Jazz is very friendly and helpful! And the in-store ATM is one that doesn't charge me transaction fees, so that's a big plus!

I've never had any problems at cvs. The staff is friendly and helpful and the lines are not long and don't take but a minute.

The lady at the cash register was too busy on her personal phone call to say anything to me. I greeted her and told her thank you. Not a single word. A guy stocking shelves noticed me looking for something and asked if he could help and took me right to it.

This CVS is kinda meh compared to some of the other ones I've visited in the past. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my prescription, but I may have come in early for it. The staff are pretty nice, but seemingly undermanned. I've worked at CVS before and the undermanned thing may be a trait of all CVS locations though.

i ordered pictures and they apparently didn’t receive them so now i’m here waiting all this extra time for these damn photos to print when i know they can easily print the photos because they did it at the other cvs but okay

Said my medication would be in stock after the weekend. Monday afternoon I'm told to call back after the delivery has been processed. Finally they tell me 'its not in stock and we can't tell you when it will be.' Waste of time.

Pharmacy told me my prescription wasn't there, even though I knew for a fact that it was. Turns out that they had misspelled my name and couldn't find it. My name is commonly spelled more than one way and they didn't even think to ask.

My girl friend had a prescription that insurance would pay for they kept the doctors script for a week until insurance problem was resolved I OFFERED TO PAY CASH THEY WOULD NOT FILL IT SO SHE WITH BROKEN ARM COULD GET THE DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION FILLED FOR PAIN .QUOTE WE CANT DO ANYTHING IT TIRED UP IN OUR SYSTEM THIS LEFT HER MISERABLE FOR A WEEK !!! PLEASE DO NOT USE CVS

This store did not have a pharmacist for over a month, resulting in the inability to re-order. There have been multiple occasions that the pharmacy was closed during operational hours without notice.
