Fast and very friendly service! The Blue Wind Reuben is absolutely 5 stars and they put the dressing on the side, so you can control how much you want per bite. Its great even without dressing.The Lamb & Beef Gyro wrap is also fantastic. I'm a bit of a gyro and shawarma fanatic, but I would definitely give it 4.5 out of 5.This spot never disappoints over the years since it opened.The chips have a nice selection and the side salad is delicious.Definitely a great gourmet deli location.

Nice, quaint, laid back dining. Went for lunch with a few of my Chiefs. Wow, I've been missing out for the last 3 years. Service was awesome and lunchtime vibe is awesome!! You know a place is good when people are willing to sit at a table in the entryway/ chocolate bar. The place is an all-in-one mini wine cellar, chocolate bar, tea/coffee spot and restaurant. I'm not a huge wine consumer but I was intrigued by the selection. Will definitely be back!

I ordered one of their pizzas, the Mediterranean. Oh, boy, this was worse than awful. Dry and hard as a rock. It wasn't tasty at all, and I had to go back inside after starting to eat it inside my vehicle to ask someone to please add something like basil oil or balsamic. The guy drizzled the whole thing, but it was like a block with stuff inside. I have never eaten such a bad small pizza in my life, not even the frozen one from the groceries. First time ordering from here and last. I don't eat meat, so I decided to give them a try and support the place, but I was disappointed. If this pizza is homemade, please seek out another recipe so that the crust is moist, and if it is purchased, change the company. Also, a base sauce could have made things less disgusting. I know restaurants don't like to hear these things from clients, but this is the only way to improve.

Try this place! I really enjoy it here everytime. There is a wide variety of food selections, even vegan and gluten-free options & the drink menu is . There is a wide variety of wine, beer, and liquor selections. The customer service is outstanding!Vegetarian options: I really enjoy the vegie rueben!

I was at Point Lookout State Park and decided to head to Blue Wind Gourmet for a very late lunch/early dinner. I looked on their website to check out the menu first and discovered the online order option. Since I have my pups in the car, ordering online would allow the food to be prepared and cooked before arriving at the restaurant, eliminating the wait time. The restaurant was easy to find and the front entrance was unusual, looks more like a side entrance to me. There were about 8-10 parking spaces right outside the door with 1 reserved for handicap. There were picnic tables outside next to the front door, but nothing fancy. I walked in and the 2 employees looked up at me with a blank on their faces... No smile, no greeting. I told them that I placed an online order and the young man handed me the food. I started looking around after noticing the left side of the restaurant has wall to wall beer, liquor and wine. The room has tables where you can sit and enjoy an alcoholic beverage. The center of the restaurant is the checkout counter and kitchen. To the right is a dining area and far right is where they make their chocolates and a counter for coffee and other beverages. I looked around and bought some chocolate and at checkout the computer gave me an option to tip, which is kind of weird but this app does that everywhere I shopped that used this app. I ate my food in the car with my pups. The crab and corn chowder was amazing!! I wanted more after finishing the cup. It was creamy with chunks of crabmeat and the soup has so much flavor. It was made to perfection. The crab cake sandwich was unique. It was served with my choice of artisan bread, toasted. The crab cake was a good size made with lump crabmeat. It looked delicious. It was served with a light orange sauce. The crab cake has no flavor but with the orange sauce, I loved it. The crab cake was a little dry though. I didn't realize they forgot the chocolate chip cookie that I ordered until I was almost done with the crab cake sandwich. Thank goodness I was eating in my car. I went in and the young man apologized and let me pick a cookie from the counter. I picked the smallest one because the cookies were huge. I ate the cookies on my way home, and it is one of the better ones I have eaten. The outer edge was crunchy, which I love. The center was soft, and the chocolate chips, variety of chips, melted in my mouth. The cookie almost tasted like it just came out of the oven, except it wasn't warm. I also bought some toffee crunch chocolate and peppermint bark. I can't wait to try them. This restaurant is so unique... Food, drinks, chocolate all in one. I would come back and try other items on the menu if I am ever in the area. The 2 things I feel that could be improved from this visit are... 1. Don't overcooked the crab cake so that will be moist, and 2. Friendlier service, greeting customers with a smile makes the customers feel welcome which enhances the customers' experience.

Food and the service is top notch. The crab cake is my favorite in the county and I'm a native get the crab cake or crab melt on focaccia with remoulade sauce with a sesame ginger side salad!!! I also love the roasted asparagus and goat cheese.

The rockfish wrap was great - not too much Old Bay, and just enough wrap so you don't end up with an excess pile of tortilla at the end. Great local spirits selection too, which was something I didn't know existed. And I got cute little chocolate crabs for out-of-town friends.

I got the turkey bacon & Swiss wrap which was recommended by an employee. It was alright (nothing special) but my bacon was way too undercooked for my liking. I imagined a cold wrap with crispy bacon but it was if they put it on the stove for 30 seconds & put it back in the fridge until it’s ready to be used. I don’t like my bacon cold & still oinking. Next time I’ll get a wrap from Subway down the street.Edit: I got this from the food truck.

The lentil soup and caprese pizza were delicious. We really enjoyed the quiet ambiance and music that allowed us to be able to talk and catch up. Homemade chocolates, olive oils, wine, foods where can anyone go wrong. Such an amazing place that's NOT A CHAIN! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a great selection of wines! They also make amazing coffee drinks.

I had my first date with my spouse here in 2011, and it's still just as good. Their sweet potato and goat cheese sandwich is sent straight from the gods. They've also got a great selection of chocolates, wine, craft beers, and fancy soft drinks. Is it the thriftiest eatery in the area? No, but it is worth every single penny, every time.

Friendly, laid back and cool place. Everything was fresh and menu is well thought out. I love local gems and this is definitely one of those. The quality of the food was great. They even have a local chocolate and wine selection. Don't pass this place up, you won't be sorry you stopped in. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Don't leave without getting your chocolate fix. They were amazing!Vegetarian options: They have a good selection for meat free options and also gluten-free options.

Delicious! I pass by this place every day and finally tried it today- worth it!!! I ordered online for pickup. They were out of some things I ordered but the owner(?) was very apologetic over the phone and offered some options that were just as delicious! She even threw in a free cookie to make up for it when I came in to pick up! Nice atmosphere, great selection of wines, beers, liquors, and the chocolates selection is cute and clever- gave me some good ideas for Christmas presents for family! I will be back!
