I went here at 9 :30 on a weekday morning and it was very very loud. The music was at a high enough level where people had to talk over it. I felt like I was in a subway station, not a place to relax. Also, the person behind the cash register and the person working behind the bar didn't talk or smile at all. Even though I tried to talk one of them. They looked like they were miserable. I ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like milk with just a dash of chocolate. Not good. I would also pass on the cold brew here.Having said that, there are a few things I like about this place. The outdoor area is pretty cool and I see groups of people there enjoying themselves very often. And I've had a regular coffee here and it was pretty good.It's a bit far, but St Innie's coffee in Lexington Park is far superior. Great coffee, and a wonderful staff...

We just discovered this coffee house recently and plan on being regulars , the drip coffee with shots of dark chocolate is the best coffee I have ever gotten anywhere! And the food is delicious with high quality breads and ingredients. Friendly staff that is always patient to explain the menu items .

Enjoyed breakfast here with my friend on Memorial Day Weekend. It was quite busy when we arrived a little after 10AM, but we were able to easily get an outdoor table which was what we were hoping for. The variety of foods and beverages is extensive. They have a large, clean restroom for patrons.I was in the mood for something simple, so I had a bagel with cream cheese. They didn't skimp. The bagel was toasted just right, with plenty of whipped cream cheese. I had a caramel macchiato to drink. My friend had a hashbrown casserole and a tangerine zested mocha, which she said was fabulous. They even had coffee cocktails, which I'll have to go back and try soon. The service was good, and the atmosphere was really nice. They have events there regularly like poetry readings and music, so check their website for dates and activities.

Every thing is good for the most part but for the price of their drinks you would think the quality would be a bit higher, I always order an iced Carmel latte with extra carmel oat milk. My issue is every time I get one it’s either watered down from all the ice melted or still hot and not even cold. I feel like it could be optimized allot better. Maybe brew espresso daily and just refrigerate it? Instead of putting hot espresso in the drink?

They say that they roast their own coffee and i guess they don't claim that it's freshly roasted, so that would explain why it tastes poorly. I don't see the point of them roasting their coffee but giving it to customers after it sits for ages. I've tasted freshly roasted coffee at the other roaster in town and when you compare it to social's coffee, let's just say, Social, you have been weighed, you have been measured and you have been found wanting.Your beer is ok, though, the other bars in town beat you there too. Perhaps if you weren't so rude to customers, they'd still support you regardless of whether you were the best.

First time visit and was impressed! Nice and relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. Created a build your own breakfast which was sourdough bread, egg, bacon, hashbrown, and gouda cheese. My wife had everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheddar. Both sandwiches were great!!! They also carry cookies and muffins!! Look forward to working through their menu in the coming year!

Highly recommend for amazing coffee & breakfast. We had an Old Bay Crab Dip Bagel, 🦀 so delicious ! We also tried the Avocado Toast, Hashbrrown Casserole & Mom's Casserole. Our bartender was the manager, and she did an outstanding job explaining the dishes and drinks. Their new location will be inside of Duke's Restaurant, which my grandmother used to work at many years ago. Can't wait to visit again.

1. The chair broke with my fiancé in it for no reason. If it was up to me we would've made a deal about it.2. The food came out faster than normal (yay). But our dip was cold and our chips were stale.3. The mimosas was good.We are used to fenwick being slow. The staff is always nice, but they definitely have some kinks to iron out.

Great place for Sunday morning brunch! Mimosa towers and all, in several different flavors. Only thing is, the kitchen can get backed up and can take awhile to get food but we enjoyed all the food, the atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely go back and definitely recommend to anyone.

I found out about this coffee house and speakeasy months before I moved to Maryland from Minnesota. Love the atmosphere, the drinks and food I've had. And the service has been FABULOUS each an every time I've been here. Highly recommended!

(in short best coffee in the area)I recently moved from Washington state where coffee is sold at every corner, and I love espresso. So for me I ordered a double shot, a late with an extra shot and for my wife a decaf frape. The shot was a little bitter (over extracted) the late was very good and my wife loved her frape. This seems like a great place to sit down for a drink and also did I mention this place is actually a bar with a decent local bourbon.

Nice place to go for coffee or mimosas (or a variety of other cocktails). Went on a Sunday early afternoon and it was a casual, relaxed vibe with parties up to 8 and singles. The acai bowl was solid and have quite a few toppings to choose from. Would recommend as a place to hang out with friends for a good time or chill in the morning on your own.

I just went here with my wife and daughter and watched her spend $14 on two little cups of tea. One of them was $7, the other was $5.50. Total of $14 with tax. I used to go to Starbucks several times a week for a $2 coffee so I have not historically been shocked by barista prices, until this. The Social doesn't put prices up for their drinks anywhere. No prices. You might wonder why, until that question is very clearly answered when you see your bill. It's so that customers can't be shocked, and walk right back out the door. If they could just not tell you the bill when you check out either, they would love that too.If you're a rich girl who wants to buy an extremely expensive sparkly drink as a fashion accessory, to enjoy exercising how much money you can spend without caring about it, this is the place for you.

There's always something to be said about great customer service. The staff at BTB treated me like a neighbor each morning I walked in there. Their morning selection for food is limited but nothing was bad. Coffee was delicious and you get a free mini blueberry muffin with your coffee.Keep up the great work! If I'm in town again when the speakeasy is open, I'll definitely have to update my review with some insights from there too.

The food is good. The staff is slow. The music is so loud you can’t hear anything the people are saying at my table. I love the casual atmosphere but the blaring music is awful. Again. The music is blaring- even when we are there between 9:00-1100. You should be able to hear the person sitting across the table from you (2 feet away)

The coffee's good. I haven't had anything else here. The staff is efficient and polite. It's not their fault but the local pub layout of the building isn't very efficient for a fast turn around coffee operation. I keep hearing they're moving and if they end up in a place with a larger space behind the bar (for prep) and larger space for customers, they'd benefit exponentially.

Not many places have thick chai lattes like this place does. Very hard to find. Love their chai lattes. Food is decent too.
