Awesome place to bathe your dog yourself. It's only $10 and I don't have fur flying all over my bathroom! They give you several choices of shampoo, and plenty of it. The tiled tubs are at a comfortable height for me with platform stairs for my dog, so that I don't have to pick him up. Great warm water with easy to use nozzle. Water pressure just right. Plenty of clean towels and a warm air dryer. Very pleasant, helpful employees.

I have quickly become a repeat customer here because the employees are smart and friendly. Each time I visit they greet you and ask how they can help. Great place to take your dog for a bath, it's a win win for me because you don't have to worry about getting your place all wet after the dog shake-off... If you become an award member you receive discounts and money off your pets food. They are also Military friendly as they offer a military discount every last Tuesday of the month... Also if you are looking at adopting a cat or kitten it's a great place to do so...

I have been shopping here for the last 4-5 years and everyone that works in this store is very nice and professional. They always have what I need and have great knowledge of the products sold! Had my "Frenchie" groomed there a couple times and the groomer did a wonderful job & my dog loved her and she is the cheapest around especially for everything she does while grooming your dog!

Best feature is the self service bath. Unfortunately, one force dryer doesn't work, one shower nozzle doesn't work, and the other force dryer only works on high. Good quality products in the store, but a little over priced.

Great Staff and Huge variety of things for dogs and cats. You can wash your pets in store. Also have a groomer. For every $200, you get $10 off your next purchase.Store is very clean.
