Gave me the wrong quantity on my prescription (charged me for 30 pills but only gave me 10 pills). When i returned to the store to show them thier error, they wanted me to come back on Monday because the floating pharmacist couldn't help. I got a number of excuses, "we are short staffed, "if we just give you more pills out inventory will be off", "can you come back after lunch?" Tried to explain that they charged me for 30 pills and only gave me 10 makes thier inventory off and if they gave me the missing 20 pills it would fix thier inventory. Then they wanted to refund the first transaction and process a new one which then meant we had to wait until they could fill a new prescription. There is absolutely no trust with this pharmacy. Im just glad that they gave me the right drug! Im sure thats next.

If I could give a zero stars I would!! I had the rudest experience with the cashier in the pharmacy at this store. I was in line at the pharmacy to get cold medicine. While checking out the customer in front of me she told me the pharmacy was now closed for lunch and that I could not get my cold medicine until they opened back up in an hour. Worst customer service… I will be going to Walgreens!

this is the worst pharmacy!I have to be the communication between my dr and the pharmacy all the time.I have a prescription in process for a week..so I called, and I'm told my insurance will not cover??I just had surgery.I should not have to chase medicine.no one from the pharmacy contacted me or my doctor about this medicine.had I not called, I would have kept seeing that it is in process. even the automatic system only tells me it's in process.this happens way too often.when I could not get one medication filled, I checked the website that says... can't get your prescription refilled? call the pharmacy so we can point you in the right direction.. the pharmacy told me.. this CVS does not do that.REALLY?Your staff needs more training!

This pharmacy is awful! The chief pharmacist Debra is completely aware of how rude and ill trained the staff (Kim) is so it’s no use taking it up the chain of command. The pharmacy techs are combative, aggressive, ill trained and act like they’re doing you a favor when doing their job. I will not set foot in this pharmacy again. Hopefully CVS will make the changes necessary. Clearly they have a problem at this location.

Went to urgent care. I called on the way to cvs to make sure cvs recieved my perscription. The female was very rude, and literally hung up on me before I could ask how long it would be before it's ready. Showed up, all pharmacy staff had their badges turned backwards so you couldn't see their names. Gave my ID , girl says "it's not ready and won't be come back tomarrow". The entire time I was in line she was staring me down and giving me dirty looks. The medicine I needed is very important and I have a swollen lymph note in the back of my neck.. I freaked out all day, got sick in urgent care had a full on panic attack. I spoke to a manager, but she was just a shift and all she could say was "I'm sorry about that experience". I don't use cvs normally because all of them are horrible. . But because of other places I had to go I decided to use them. I will never go back.

This pharmacy is awful. No communication with the health care provider whatsoever. When you try to exercise due diligence they won’t provide any useful information until the Rx is filled, even if they’re out of the medication you need! Walgreens puts these clowns to shame. Save yourself a headache and drive over to Walgreens in Charlotte Hall, they’re far more helpful and informative. The stack of 1-star reviews below should have been an indicator that this pharmacy is run poorly.

Thay are rood. Don't have meds I need and can't tell me when thay will have them . Than told me to use another pharmacy if I don't like them. It's been two weeks was told Sunday my med would be ready by 6pm Monday it's Tuesday and still no med and thay got rood with me again so I gess my blood sugar will just stay high because thay doesn't care about anyone but themselves

Store itself is fine, well stocked and clean. My issue is with the pharmacy. Theyre always out of stock of my medications and I have to go long periods of time before I can get my refills and end up running out before it's filled. Also calling on the phone has you go through this annoying menu which I understand but the ai doesn't register half of what you say so you have to say the same thing 10x before it says ok let me connect you to the pharmacy

Gave me expired medication. Ask to speak to a pharmacist and he was very rude and dismissive. Asked me to return the medication with no other options. If possible, go to another Rx.

I am giving you the date and time as I forgot the persons name.. It was Friday Dec 16 around 3-4p at the Leonardtown CVS. I was checking out and had purchased a heavy case of water with a few other items. The young lady up front offered to take my purchases out to my car and assist me with loading the items. I am an elderly person so assistance was greatly appreciated. Yet, I did not have to ask for assistance, this young lady identified an opportunity to assist another person who needed help and acted without being asked and also with cheerful attitude. She went above and beyond. Thank you and if we had more thoughtful compassionate people as this young lady, I think your star rating would be higher and the world a better place. Hopefully you can identify this person and acknowledge her good works.

The pharmacy states on their website and on the phone recording that they open Monday-Friday at 7 am. That is a lie for the day I needed a prescription filled. And according to other reviews, tardiness and lateness is a regular occurrence at this location. Either the pharmacist needs to get out the bed earlier to be at work at the designated advertised time or the store manager needs to change both the phone recording and web site to correctly post the times of operation. It makes the consumer wonder if the pharmacist cannot even realize the difference between 7 am and 8 am, that they may not know numbers correctly when distributing the doctor prescribe amount of medications for the patient and customer. Bottom line…I have found another drug store that I can depend upon. And I suggest others do likewise.

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. It should be no more than 1 minute per car. Faster than fast food drive thru. If your prescription wasn't call in, go park or come back later.

This place is awful! Don’t come here. Pharmacy techs are always rude and make you feel like an inconvenience for just trying to get your medicine status. They never have the medicines and then tell you it will in on a certain day and then it does not come in. And then you have to try the next day to see if it comes in or not. They can’t even bothered to say thanks. I worked at a pharmacy and these guys could not be bothered to do anything extra. For example if there is an issue with the way your prescription is written and insurance won’t cover it, they will not offer to call the dr and get it straighten out like where I used to work would do. Go to any other pharmacy but this one. If you can go to a mom and pop pharmacy like the one I used to work for, do it, support local. Or go to Walgreens across the street. DO NOT GO HERE.

This pharmacy is the worst i have ever dealt with in St.Marys county! Will never fill another prescription here again and my family is about to need alot as my husband was just diagnosed with cancer. The pharmacist thinks he is a Dr and knows how often a prescription should be refilled. READ THE DRS ORDER!! They NEVER answer the phone and lie straight to your face. DO NOT go here.

Pharmacy hours on line say 9am to 6pm. However the Pharmacy is closed from 1:30pm to 2pm. Got it, they need a break / lunch. But post the hours properly so people like myself do not show up at 1:40pm to pick up a prescription only to find the Pharmacy closed.

Not happy with CVS in Leonardtown Md. The pharmacy is always out of meds. I went in to pick up my husband meds and was told they were still working on it and it would be around 30 minute wait so I told him I would wait..I waited 40 minutes and then I walked up to the counter and asked if it was ready and he checked his computer and told me it was out of stock. Why he told me they were working on the order and then tell me it was out. This is not the first time they have messed up our orders. Good thing it wasn't his heart meds.

If I could give this a negative 1 I would. Worst pharmacist's, worst pharmacy department ive ever encountered. My mother was filling here for 15 years & just taking their constant abuse until I was able to switch her over to walgreens. The pharmacist think they are doctors & they think they can trump her specialist & tell her what she should be taking and how often disregarding what her physician has told her & confusing her. She is very sick and theyll have her go days without her medications because they think she should be on something different or the order should be written a certain way, I was beyond livid when finding this out. I make it a point to deter people from using this pharmacy.

The store itself is nice and so is the store staff. The pharmacy on the other hand is horrible. A few months ago I was given someone else’s prescription, didn’t notice it until I got home. My name was on the prescription bag, however someone else’s name was on the prescription bottle. Huge HIPAA violation. When I told the pharmacist that the prescription wasn’t mine she’s just said, “where did you get that?” Um, it was in the bag you all just gave me. Mine was apparently sitting on the counter somewhere. Granted, it was the correct medication, but it wasn’t mine!!Also, this is the only pharmacy I have ever been to where you have to call and ask for your medication to be filled, if it’s a controlled substance. This is the most absurd thing ever. If my Dr sends over a prescription, it’s your job as the pharmacy to fill it, I shouldn’t have to call and tell you I need it filled. Why do you think the Dr sent the prescription over in the first place?!?! And to top it off, the staff need to be more educated, not all controlled substances are narcotics!

My Wife and I visited the CVS on Point Lookout Rd in Leonardtown a few days back. We were impressed with the store, their processes and most importantly their staff. We interacted with Jacqueline, Autumn, Natalie and Shanelle. We found each one of them a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to each one for making everyone's visit to your store a pleasant one. My congratulations to the store Managers for selecting such excellent staff.

I don't use the Pharmacy but the store front staff and Managers are wonderful always helpful and kind don't get mad when I use coupons. If something isn't on shelf they are always willing to check in back..Very Nice employees. Store is always clean and stocked..

I never had any issues with the pharmacy that others seem to say they have had. I have gotten percriptions here many times without issue. Other than that, the store is on the newer side, so it is pretty nice and a decent size. Never tried their clinic.

terrible and rude medical dr. my daughter was there 7/26 and she rushed her and would not even take her after waiting 2 hours. she was trying to get insurance card to download. made her so upset, the condition she went in for, made it worse!! Save your time and go else where . We will be complaining to coorporate.

Okay so reverse a sale do to add and store flags by all the products and I was two days early not that you would know that if everything matched up other than today's date I had a 15min. Long wait for a return back to my card due to the cashier not changing the printer papper to the receipt said could not return in cash but would give me some instore card ridicules

Son went in to get a TB test, signed up on line to "hold his place in line," went to the minute clinic and waited over an hour and never saw a single staff member. No one was called back, there was no one to ask a question, the pharmacy told a woman who was also waiting that they don't have anything to do with the minute clinic so they were no help. He saw his name on the wait list and then after 45 minutes or so it disappeared and he couldn't find anyone to ask about what was going on. The lady sitting next to him left because it was like there was no one there working and then my son left 10 minutes later. Horrible!

I arrived at 8:30 for walk in appointment with the miniute clinic for blood work only for an incentive program for work. It was not worth it the incentive. I was the first one to sign in and I waited an hour when the worker told me the Kiosk did not place me with a time and let a family of 5 go infront of me. I left very unhappy, it was the worst experience ever. It would have been so much easier and faster to go to a scheduled doctor apt.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. This pharmacy has miss-counted a prescription where there were suppose to be a total of 30 pills and there were only 4 pills in a sealed container. This pharmacy has also given an extra bottle of a controlled substance out and they do not stay up-to-date with address and contact information. The medicine received had an address of a house I lived in 15 years ago. This is very unprofessional and complacent business.

Jackie, at the front counter, was remarkably nice! She helped me with my coupons and to understand the new way to use them digitally. If we lived near by, I would come here every single time! Also, great selection and I quickly found what I needed.

Find another pharmacy immediately. I’ve never made less than three trips to get my monthly prescription after being notified.The last two times I’ve had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention.
