Absolutely horrible customer service.I placed a mobile order due to having 2 young kids in car seats with me. I was actually there right when it said my order was ready for pickup, exactly 2 hrs after I placed the order. I go and park in curbside pickup parking, go thru the app to check in and after over 20 minutes of waiting that included a screaming and crying 3 yr old, I called the store. When the guy at Customer Service answers the phone he tries to place me on hold. I told him no, because I have already been waiting over 25 minutes at this point for my order to come out. He says he‘s the only one at the counter and working down a line. I told him he had people walking aimless around the parking lot who he could call in for bringing orders out. The same kid walked past my vehicle 3 times just to grab a single shopping cart. All other cart returns were either empty, or only had 1-2 shopping carts in them. This kid could have very easily brought out the order of a single item that weighs less than 20lbs.I then got out, took both kids out of their car seats and carried them inside, with him still on the phone. Immediately upon walking inside, there’s no line at customer service, not even a single customer. There‘s another employee behind the counter, another just standing around completely bsing with the cop that is always there. So please tell me now how this guy is working down a line, and the only one there.Horrible customer service and I will not be back. I’ll keep my business at Lowe’s from now.

I order many bags of mulches for curbside pick up at this Homedepot location. Waited more than 30min at the pick up location, pretty upset. Then this very pleasant associate, Angie, came out. Surprised that I had waited so long, and immediately helped me get my order. He was very friendly and courteous. Helped me load all the mulches in my minivan, also made sure the number was correct. Shout out to the supervisor to praise this young man. He made my experience a lot better.

I had to return some items that I didn't need. The customer service lady was very polite, friendly and quick! I didn't have one of the receipts for the last item, and she quickly looked up my transaction by the credit card ending numbers😁. Whoa, I was done with all of my returns. She explained the refund process and our time was done! Wow, she was impressive 👏 😁.See you soon Home Depot!!!

They did some changes to the store, but had excellent staff where helpful directing you to the right place to find your needs. Love the Christmas decorations on sale and plants

The problem with the Home Depot is very simple. They don't trust you. They have a lot of police on the moon lightning shift and following you in the store. I have money and I did not come to steal anything. I don't like the atmosphere in the store. You are being watched. Most of the items are locked in a cage. Not a good customer service experience. Stay away from Home Depot.

I shopped at this store on 11/18/2023.I needed assistance and had a few questions in the electrical area. Young lady named "Precious" was so helpful and professional, and answered every question I had. Perfect employee! I also had a question relating to a display item, and the customer service female (didn't get her name), was so polite and helpful. Checkout person was excellent also. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Mark in the paint department today! He was so patient with me and my friends whilst trying to decide on the finish of 3 different paints. He demonstrated a level of patience that I can’t even fathom whilst multitasking at an amazing efficiency level! Thanks Mark for being an excellent human!

The Home Depot is really the store for home improvement items. They have all sorts of tools and equipment. I like their power tools a lot because the brands they sell are powerful and durable. They also have good discounts and price matches.

I had a terrible experience at Home Depot recently that left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I walked into the store ready to spend $100 on various items, but little did I know that this would turn out to be a big mistake.As I was leaving the store and about to drop off my purchased items in my car, I noticed that the entrance was blocked off, forcing me to walk a considerable distance to my destination, the Amish market. While making my way towards the market, a fat and sloppy tow truck driver started harassing me for no apparent reason. He rudely asked if I was going to the market, to which I replied affirmatively. He then proceeded to inform me that I couldn't park in that area, claiming that the Home Depot management had supposedly given him the authority to enforce this.Naturally, I felt perplexed and irritated by this unjust treatment. I had just spent my hard-earned money at Home Depot, so why was I being subjected to such unfair treatment? Moreover, I noticed that there were other people loitering around the same area who hadn't purchased anything from Home Depot, yet they were not being bothered at all.The Home Depot manager must shoulder the blame for this awful experience. I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 15 years and have invested both my money and time into it. However, after this incident, I have made up my mind to take my business elsewhere. I refuse to spend any more of my money in a store where I don't feel welcomed or appreciated.Furthermore, the parking situation at this particular Home Depot location is abysmal. Customers are being towed away without any valid reason, which is absolutely ridiculous. It's disheartening to see a store that I had once trusted and frequented resort to such unethical practices.In conclusion, I strongly urge everyone to avoid shopping at this particular Home Depot store. The management is clearly lacking, the parking situation is horrendous, and customers are being mistreated and inconvenienced. Take it from me, a long-time resident who has now decided to drive an extra 30 minutes to another Home Depot location - it's simply not worth it.

Tried to simply swap my kline scissors out because mine are dull. They refused to do it. Simple as that. I thought home depot honored klines warranty system guess not at this store.

Worst Home Depot ever the police kicked me out saying that my car was at some other store and report by one of their cameras outside shoplifted without proof. I even told him I was a customer that I can show my receipts on the app. He said he didn't care. He just told me leave took picture of my ID and said I can't go to any other Home Depot. I see why people are now moving to Lowe's or else.They don’t care about their costumers.

11.14.23 If you're looking for terrible Customer service look no further ask for Davita. She is awful at her job. You can not ask her where an item is without her feeling like she's doing you a favor... she belongs in the trash! She will assure you have zero customers left w/ her customer service skill set! If she was managed under my company she would tossed on 198 as fast as she entered the facility. All I wanted to know was where a sanding machine would be located in the store. I do not recommend Davita to for any customer service stand point.Kevin thankfully saved the day by going to his lunch late by providing excel customer service and showing me exactly where the items were located in your store.

Ridiculous store! I was looking for a patio heater an employee helped and found it in stock when I went to pick it up it was $169 but in the app it was $99 so they told me only online order is $99 but I can't order online because there is no avaliable in stock. so I went to the customer service which doesn't help at all and they can't do anything. I left product and went to Lowes. Really do not recommend.

I just bought 25 bags of 80 pound concrete and ask for some assistance helping load them but they never sent anyone. The second I turn around while starting to load the bags they send someone to help the crew of multiple men of non Hispanic origin. And the crew of just me and my dad that I wasn’t gonna let assist me load the 80 pound bags for the reason that he shouldn’t be lifting that kind of weight at his age. So I got left lifting over 1k pounds in bags onto my pickup.

Today I was an idiot and tossed a hatchet in the air without looking to see if there was a safety guard on it.There wasn't.I somehow managed to grab the only hatchet where a previous client had removed the guard, and that's totally my fault!So, once the bleeding started, I walked up front to the service desk where I met one Ellie.She IMMEDIATELY jumped into action and helped with making sure the wound was addressed. Once the bleeding stopped, we realized the biggest injury had been to my ego.Once we realized it wasn't an emergency, a manager came up front and we filed some paperwork. Don't remember the manager's name, but everyone at that desk was really cool, and (if Home Depot corporate is reading this) they deserve a raise/bonus.I ended up purchasing the hatchet because it left such an impact on me.10/10, they all responded well in an emergency situation, and handled a client's stupid behavior in the absolute best way they could.

Smaller store but usually can find what I need. Curbside pickup is hit or miss. Sometimes the order is correct other times I go inside and find what was "out of stock" on the shelf. I once checked in and waited 45 minutes for the stuff to come out but it never did as the store closed while I was waiting on a Sunday night. App let me check in but did not say they closed early. I was furious I waited for nothing.

They have almost everything at the store, but the service is not the best. We could not find anyone to sell us a washer, and many times there are not people available in the different sections. I think they are understaffed. The service desk is good, though.

If you need assistance please do not waste your time going to this location. The staff are not helpful and rarely are they knowledgeable about items within their department. I've had this issue in lighting, plumbing, and flooring. Oh and please do not try to return something or get an item in exchange. After waiting in line the cashier, Ruth, told me I could not return and exchange in the same transaction and insisted that if I wanted to purchase the item I had to go to another line for self checkout. Wow...very poor customer service.
