This was a very nice a clean location. They had everything I needed and the chicken was great as always. This one particular guy that was working there, Scott was really great. He had to be a manager or higher up because he was very informative and kind with me when I had asked some questions. I don’t often do reviews like this but it was a really good experience and they deserve it. Definitely will be making more trips there!!

This place is beautiful and new. It just opened two days ago. Fried Chicken is delicious, gas prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. Lots of space to park. Royal Farms is a great convenience store chain and gas station, and I'm really glad there is one in Laurel Maryland now.

I airways stop in a Royal Farms when out in the field. They are usual clean and friendly people. This Royal Farms was horrible, so dirty. From the front doors that looked like it has never been wiped. The floors were dirty. The Coffe station looked like it had never been wiped or clean. The bathrooms, let's just say they were filthy. I will NEVER stop at this Royal Farms again.. I wish I would of taken photos, so bad.

Consistently one of the most disgusting locations to visit. Trash everywhere with every trash an overflowing, potential hazards partially blocking exits. Staff more content with complaining about work schedules in front of customers than doing their job.

This is a new location so it is very clean, fully stocked, and the food is fresh. They also have a great rewards program that allows you to save up to 20 cent off of the regular gas prices. The staff were friendly and polite. I look forward to shopping here and getting gas from here more often!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I locked my keys and phone in my car at the pump. I don't know my husband's phone number because who remembers phone numbers anymore? The manager got on Facebook and messaged my husband to come get me with a key. You all rock!!!!!

Absolutely useless air pressure machine that doesn’t work with overautomation inside the station so it was difficult to get help.Fuel pumps and charging stations are useful, but the air pump needs fixing.

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews honestly. I've been here maybe 4 or 5 times but had great experiences for all of them. The fried chicken (bone in, not tenders) is what I come for and it's always so damn good. I don't care for their fries though, unless they just came out. But my son loves their Mac and cheese so I usually just get that

Hello Royal Farms,I did not enjoy my experience at this location on January 7, 2021. I bought gas from your location and it did not go very well. The fuel purchasing part was not the issue. The ultimate issue was the service I received in your convenience store.1. When I purchased a bottle of orange juice. The first automated point of sale terminal malfunctioned. You all charged me for the orange juice and it did not show the transaction as complete or approved. I ended up having to go to another terminal to pay again. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE when I purchased ONE ITEM. My bank credited me back the cost of the duplicate purchase. The clerk who served me told me "the other charge would be canceled".2. When I purchased a chicken tender, it came out unfit to eat. It was not fresh and had been sitting out too long. The chicken tender was dry, overcooked, and stale.3. Some of your staff working in the food prep area did NOT think they needed to cover their noses while prepping food.The level of service I received was absolutely appalling. Your chicken tender also gave me the runs by the way. I don't know what standards you have, but I've seen better at other locations. This was very disappointing.

I make it a habit to go to this particular location if I'm craving Royal farms chicken. There aren't many around this part of the state it seems like everytime they try to expand closer to DC those stores are always run horribly and they eventually close. Not this one, this store is clean the employees are nice and the chicken is cooked properly.

This place is new so the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is also really clean. I hope it stays that way and they can keep this good energy. The chicken and coffee are also really good. Gas prices a great compared to the rest in the area. They don't beat Shell prices on Thursday's but every other day of the week is great at this point in time.

So, today I gas up here since I have RoFo Rewards & I appreciate the 10¢ gallon discount. I was curious about how many reward points I had. I said "Yes" to the prompt "Do you want your receipt?" And then it split out a blank piece of paper.I thought I'd be nice, and alert the lone cashier that something was wrong with the receipt printer. I handed her receipt & asked her to tell me what it says. Rather than thank me for bringing a problem to her attention or even say that they would fix it or put out a sign that the printer wasn't working, she IMMEDIATELY got an attitude with me. Lady, I was trying to be nice walking in to the store to alert you to a problem, don't snark at me. I'm sorry you have the job you do, it's not a good fit but I'm not the one who can do anything about it.Try to avoid this place unless you need cheap gas. Or and if you are disabled and need help pumping your own gas--do not use this station. I've seen people wait endlessly for help because Royal Farms is understaffed at this location (and, for all I know, all their locations) their stores & they do not put a priority on helping customers.I need to remember this is a fried chicken place where you can gas and go, and not expect anything in the way of service.

I wish we had zero stars. I went into this Royal Farms placed my order for some chicken tenders and fries. They had a lot of fries when I walked in ! Just for them to give them to other people who came after me!!!!😡😡😡😡😡. There was dark tall slim built dude , he is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked what happened to my order. He told me fries were cooking, for more than 10 minutes!!! I asked for a refund immediately! I had been standing in that store while customers who came were been given their order , what do we make of that ???

bathrooms dirty , batteries in water faucets dead , no water no soap , trash cans outside overflowing cigarette buts every where. this place was last time cleaned when the contractor that build it left .

Royal farms are usually good, but this particular place is nasty thanks to the guys making the food. He used the same glove to handle receipts, hold trays and then pick the food with it (they should be using a thong spoon to pick chicken/fries not hand). He actually placed his hand on the counters and other surfaces with the same glove. I had to ask for another fries when he picked a fries that dropped on the counter and put back in my pack claiming they clean the counter. I see bad reviews about a built guy and I’m sure it is same rude unprofessional man. Please only buy gas and sealed snacks from this place if you care about hygiene. I wish I could rate without any star.

Stopped in at 12:30a for late night meal with friends. They heard how good royal farms chicken was and wanted to eat. The chicken was mad salty and damn near inedible. The sauces were downright disgusting and had a burnt after taste. The potato wedges had a coating of the most foul seasoning Ive ever tasted. Will never go here again

The store manager Amy, is the most disrespect and rude person in the world. I tried to show her the half cooked chicken and she looked at me, insulted me and walked away. I was shocked and just stood there wandering what I did wrong to deserve this kind of disrespect. She needs to be trained. She knows nothing about management and shouldn’t be a store manager.

Late evening employees have an extremely poor attitude and work ethic. Ordered 3 piece white chicken meal and received 3 piece dark instead. The tastykake that was I ordered was just not put in the bag at all. The bag was sealed with the name of the employee who filled the order. When I called to speak to a manager I was put in touch with Matt who's only response to items missing and being incorrect was "ok". I asked him if he was the main manager and e said he was the only one there. I had to ask him again was he a shift manager and then he says yes there is a main manager who comes in the morning. I still to gas only, because that's on me.

No matter when I come here, they never have any chicken ready. Today like the other times I patiently waited, and then I asked for a typical 8 piece;t just gave me a bunch of what I didn't want, and I didn't realize it until I got home. And they only gave me 7 pieces of what I didn't want instead of 8, but shout out to them for throwing one wing in there.This probably the worst run Royal Farms I have ever been to. Go there for gas, but if you want chicken, go up to Jessup or just wait for the one to open in Maryland City to give them a shot.
