Second time coming here and first time trying the deshedding service on one of my big huskies. I absolutely loved the deshedding. As you can see in the pictures, she looks so fluffy and has stopped shedding. They always smell so great after coming here. They called me when the dogs were ready and they looked amazing. A petco I used to go in New Jersey used to place little bandanas on the dogs after being groomed so I miss that. They don't do that here. But service is great. šŸ‘

A bunch of jokers. Booked an appointment for Dec 8 at 8am FOR ANY GROOMER. Got there at 8am with 3 other owners waiting. An employee arrived late at 8:05am, then proceeds to check us in and informs some of us that we will have to reschedule because our groomers are sick. I am highly frustrated due to the fact that I had to take time out of my hectic schedule to be told once I arrived that my groomer is sick. I feel that this is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate not to be made aware that my groomer was out but furthermore I SCHEDULED FOR ANY GROOMER AND MY GROOMER IS SICK???? What a joke!!!!! Never booking here again!!!!

If I could, I'd give a minus 5 stars. I brought my Yorkshire terrier to the salon for grooming. The grooming included a bath and haircut. When I arrived to pick him up, he looked like a chihuahua, and I expressed this to the groomer. I'm furious. When dropping him off, I specifically told the young woman to only take enough off to give him a shapelier cut. Only take a little since I was bringing him back on December 19th. I even went as far as providing a picture of what I expected. My dog looks NOTHING like a Yorkshire terrier!!!!! I'm not sure why she cut his hair so low! Grooming does not equate to simply cutting the dog's hair as low as possible. I'm really floored. My dog is a part of this family and to have it treated so poorly is deeply hurtful and concerning. In addition, it's getting colder and for a small animal, this is more than a short haircut. I now must mitigate issues that otherwise would not have been prevalent. This makes me sad and tearful every time I look at him as this cannot be fixed. Please retrain your groomers and/or ensure you hire proven ones. I'd hate to have anyone else have this type of experience.

Sara was very knowledgeable about Keeshond grooming and did a fantastic job grooming my elderly dog. Sara was very enthusiastic and was eager to groom my dog again, which doesn't happen very often.She is awesome šŸ˜Ž

I have taken my dogs to Petco for years for grooming. We have been to many locations around the U.S. due to being military. I loved the experience that my very first dog had when I took her. That was in Utah, weā€™ve had good and okay services since then at off the other locations we have gone to until yesterday. I dropped off my puppy yesterday afternoon for his appointment and the groomer asked me specifically what I wanted do. I told her and had specifically said nothing off the tail of the back of the legs because he has been fans and I didnā€™t want his hair there. My husband picked up the puppy for me and when I got home I was in complete disbelief. all his fans had been off of his tails, back of his legs.I only wanted the hair around his ears and feet trimmed. He basically looks like he received a puppy cut, which was not at all what I had asked for. His previous appointment was his first and they did everything I had asked, except for trimming the hair around the ears. Since his coloring, wavy fur and fans are what attracted me to him, I wanted to keep that look. His fur now doesnā€™t have the Golden Retriever fans and Iā€™m very upset by this. Not to mention, even though heā€™s 20lbs, Iā€™m getting charged as if he is the same size as our 70lb dog and the puppy wonā€™t ever get to that size. Heā€™s not supposed to get more than 30lbs once fully grown.I will definitely be taking my neighbors recommendation of the in home groomer they use that comes to them from now to avoid this from happening again.

Horrible first experience, they canceled my appointment before my 15 minute grace period was up. When I showed up at exactly 3:00pm they said I couldnā€™t be seen after calling the store multiple times to try to get hold of someone to let them know Iā€™d be running late and NO one answered. You could clearly tell they were already running behind with other dogs appointments so as a result they didnā€™t want to honor my 15 minute grace period. Very unaccommodating! Iā€™ll take my dogā€™s grooming services elsewhere, thank you Ginger.

This review is written for Evan the stylist ONLY!!! I just called & spoke to Imani to tell her how great you did, but I also wanted the world to know! Evan should be recognized for his efforts to keep the grooming area afloat during yesterday's busy Mother's Day!5/9/21 Evan was the only stylist. My dog was the first one seen by him. I only come once a year & everytime I come it's a different stylist. I showed Evan a hair cut the very 1st hair stylist did in 2015 & he nailed it. He paid attention to detail, he was very patient & exceeded all requirements to fulfill his duties! As I witnessed him cutting my dog the front desk had to pull him each time a client came to inquire about their dogs getting service. During all this my dog was still serviced within the time frame Evan gave me upon arrival which was 2-3 hours. I take off my hat to him being under pressure & without help. The front desk should know more about the haircuts inquired especially because it would've cut down on them pulling the only stylist while he was cutting to answer questions. Keep up the good work Evan, it seems you take pride & give your all in all you do & I couldn't let your work go unrecognized! Taco's Mom! Check out his cut by Evan!

Ginger is amazing! I love the staff. My dog is 10 yrs old and has been known to be a bit difficult to groom; however, the staff is patient, kind and inviting!

I will say I had a terrible experience here. I schedule my appointment for my cat to be groomed. I had her paper that was given to me from the Banfield hospital right inside that exact Petsmart and I was rejected because her paperwork didnā€™t have a date. The girl offered no help and couldnā€™t even have the decency to look up her rabies tag to get the information needed. I then realized she didnā€™t care and only wanted to help out certain kinds of clients or a certain demographic if you get what I mean. I scheduled this appointment several weeks prior and get there at 7am to get no help. She had all paperwork with her tag attached an all. This was the worst service there.

We loved the costumer service and very detailed job the groomer April did with our two year old sheepadoodle who had long hair and some matting. The grooming section looked clean and well kept together. The prices are a lot better than most places weā€™ve been to. The first thing we noticed was the attention to detail the grooming staff have and seemed to really have your pets best interest in mind. Would recommend this place to friends and family!

Good selection of various pet supplies. Decent selection for aquarium supplies. The aquarium plant section could use a little love as a lot of the plants were brown. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Store overall on the smaller side but still a good selection.

I took my baby for a grooming today and Brittany R did an amazing job!! She showed my puppy so much love and she really took care of him! When I pick him up, he smelled so good and he looked super happy. I highly recommend the grooming service at this Petco with Brittany, trust me... you will not regret it. I will definitely be back!

The quality of grooming services has decreased severely over that last year. After her most recent groom, my dog came back with red marks where the razor nicked her and an uneven cut. The groomers donā€™t even stay until you come get your dog so canā€™t discuss how to groom went of give/get any feedback. This is the second time my dog has come back poorly groomed without anyone their to answer for it.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Brittany. She really knew her stuff! Alice and Rafael were both helpful as well, and helped carry my purchases to my car. The store is in kind of rough shape because it's being remodeled. It used to be a grocery store and still shows up that way on Google Earth. I expect that will go away as the remodeling is completed. Even so there was a much better selection of products than I've seen in other Petco stores.

I've had my dog groomed at petsmart down the street and my dog came out looking like they had run him over with a lawn mover and on top of that it took 6 hours. I went to Petco to give them a try and this was the best haircut my dog has ever received. Ingrid was friendly and professional, truly the best groomer! I'm so happy

To be honest I usually don't give bad reviews but on this particular Sunday we as a family took our dog inside to browse and shop . Never once was I greeted and when I asked questions I felt as though I was bothering the staff . The vibe of the entire store seemed melancholy and their attitude towards customer service was lackadaisical at best. Due to this I promptly left and went to PetSmart.

The store is nice and clean but the grooming services are not worth it. We did the full bathing services. When our dog got home, he needed to be brushed and his paws and butt are still dirty. His nails are trimmed though.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. We dropped off our dog around 1:15 PM, we didnā€™t think anything about it. But after 3 hours we still didnā€™t get any calls or text messages, so instead of waiting even more time, we went to see what taking so long, turns out all the did was ā€œcleanā€ him, but Iā€™m pretty sure they didnā€™t do anything at all. I asked them if they did anything else but they said no, I asked them how much more time would it take, they said it would take only ā€œ5 Minutesā€ to trim his nails, I told them no and instead asked how much more time for them to cut the hair, and they told me 1 or 2 more hours! That is outrageous. They were even still taking in more dogs! I asked them how much money is would cost, they told me 36 dollars, but like they didnā€™t trim the nails they would only charge me 26 dollars! Just for ā€œcleaning himā€! I am never back to this place because they are super unprofessional, they didnā€™t even apologize for the inconvenience for me and the stress for my dog. Please never bring your dog here.

Ingrid is AWESOME!!! My baby is so comfortable when I leave him with her, not with other groomers!!! I have had some horrible experiences in choosing a good groomer and when we found Ingrid we found a treasure, one to keep! She is attentive and she show that she cares about her talent as well as with my baby. I am sad that her hours are not as many as I would like at the location I go to but we will wait and schedule Silas on the days and times she is available! Thank you for Ingrid

I am honestly so upset how they called me the day of my grooming appointment to cancel. More because it is very hard for me to find the right time to go because of my work schedule. I understand things happen and usually I wouldn't have been upset, but because I waited so long for this one day, now no grooming place is available. They did try to reschedule me for another day but they did not have something available for the times I'm free, like I said my work hours are long. Typically for grooming you have to book far in advance because they get so busy. So to have my appointment booked far ahead and to be cancel last minute is upsetting.
