I can give them a 0 on the star I would.i went yesterday to this Family dollar.i was trying to pay my items one of the two cashier was no helping no one at all.one of the cashier was with a lady the they were having a long conversation. She said I don’t get pay for it. She also said I don’t care if they leave. I will not recommend this place to me purchase.i hope one the supervisor do something about it.

The customer service was very poor. I don’t recommend this place to make purchases. Because the cashier from this store she was very rude. She had a conversation with a lady. Cashier said that she doesn’t care there any people in line. If they don’t like it they can leave out the store .

Idiot worker on the cashiers! I want to buy a deodorant, I she trying to give me a different one claiming it’s the same one, but actually wasn’t! I just leave without buying anything!

You can tell there's new management from the grand opening. The store is dirty, hardly stocked. The staff looks like the store (dirty) and the customer service lacks overall. No effort whatsoever put into this location anymore oh and they close during normal business hours multiple times throughout the week. The owner of this location definitely needs to get rid of the entire staff which seems to be a mother and daughter duo and one rude girl who hardly speaks or takes her headphones out her ears.

Had not been in here for quite a while. I was disappointed in what I considered regular grocery store HIGH prices. Nothing suggested to me that it was a Family Dollar Store. So, no more bargains prices in my opinion.

How dare a family dollar employee falsely accused me of stealing a $5.00 box of hair color , I took a picture of a hair style on the dark and lovely box, after purchasing my items she block me from leaving stating when I was in aisle 3 did I put something in my $400 Macr Jacob handbag, along with wearing $300 Dolce Gabbana sunshade, I stated I took a picture, her reply, theirs been alot of stealing.......SO, I had on my Metro uniforms and name tag, I stated how dare you falsely accuse me from stealing from family DOLLARS, I feel insulted, I showed her the picture I took along with the 10 one hundred DOLLAR bills that was in my handbag and walk out the store . THE DEVIL IS A LIE, they just lost a good customer.

Would be five stars if they kept the variety of products they have available in stock. Otherwise I love this store. Always a quick experience. Can grab a little bit of everything from pet food to paper products, candy, and hair care. Today I went in for 3 things and walked out with way more. Brand name products and decent store brand products that can save you money. My go to!

The location is newer & the beauty section is very limited. The manager that I spoke to was very helpful and nice. However I went another time and a younger employee was more busy with "being extra friendly" with my male cousin that she rung up my order wrong so I had to make multiple trips to have the issue resolved. Luckily the manager on duty was able to assist me and resolved the issue.

I bought hand sanitizer that said buy one get 1/2 off. They acted like they didn’t even want to honor the discount that was posted. My cashier Kenneth, couldn’t even do the math right for half off of $2.50. He charge me 1.50 I told him it was 1.25 and he did not correct it. They need to hire better people who at least know simple math

The Family Dollar stores near me in DC are waaaay better stocked, cleaner, and the a/c works. This store wasn't stocked very well. And the a/c was not on.

Family Dollar was fully stocked and floors cleaned. The mgr I know from 2 other stores and glad he's got working space. Yes he could use some hrs plus a couple of bodies to get the hrs. He's working what he got.

Love shopping at Family Dollar for my regular items and new items. Prices are reasonable, however at the present time, there's a shortage of bread.

It was ok..it was in really good order however the young lady at the cashier today ( when I went around 1pm this afternoon) seemed as though she had a major attitude..that was my only issue.

Never anything on the shelves. Always only 1 cashier, store always messy. Items never in the right place on the self and they do not even honor the price where the item was.

This store is a DUMP! The "Cheetos " bags were RAT BITTEN!!! I could tell it was a rat and Not just mice by the droppings! The floors were louded with discarded items and dirty. I would shop at a different store.
