Beware of expired products. On October 14 2023, I purchased four boxes of animal crackers for my children. One box expired April 20, 2023 and the others Oct 13, 2023.

Very bad experience!This is the worst Dollar Tree I have been to. Second and last visit to this poorly organized and even poorer customer service!I visited the store earlier today to pick up some Father's Day cards and a few other items. It was a challenge finding 2 for $1.00 card but I managed to find 10 decent ones. Upon checking my bad later in the evening I saw that my cards were not there. I tried to call the store but no answer. I drove all the way to Laurel only to have this man look at me like a criminal. He eventually beckoned to me to get cards. Had even greater difficulty finding 10 cards. At checkout he said with disdain. You should check your bag next time before leaving store. Will never return to that Dollar Tree and as many as I can influence not to go I will. Certain eople should not be in business where they must interact with people.

The Staff have closed off the Public Rest Rooms and are refusing to let customers use them. They're claiming they are "Out of Order", but they've been this way for awhile. In future, will take my business to a different location that deserves my business more.

I was in the checkout line when an unruly customer was yelling and rudely criticizing the cashier for simply checking another customer out and helping her clean up a spill. Majida handled the situation gracefully and was very kind when helping with my transaction. Truly a great employee that treats customers kindly even when she isn’t treated the same way.

This dollar tree is quite large and new. Another reviewer said they saw management and other employees wearing their mask below their noses, but I've not seen that any time I've been there.Obviously you're not going to the dollar store for high end items, but I've found so many things that cost ten times the price elsewhere, especially in the craft section.I like this one better than most, it's always nice and clean and picked up. There's the same two guys that work here I seem to get as cashier's and they're both so friendly! They went out of their way to speak to my two year old and seemed to be just so genuinely kind. The employees alone give this store five stars, and I'd give more if I could. They're taking a risk coming to work every day so don't forget it costs nothing to be kind and patient!

Great store but the Birthday selection has gone down tremendously. I throw everything away so unless I'm hosting a venue Dollar Tree is my go to. I used to get at least a few options to choose from and full sets of decor. I wasn't happen with my options. I would definitely recommend another store if you are wanting any type of themed Birthday.

This store is cleaner than many Dollar Tree stores. There is a wide range of crafting products and it's well organized. The only reason why I gave a 4 is only because of the limited number of cashiers on a Saturday. When I go in there is only 1. I go weekly to this store and have been for over a month.😔

The place is clean and the staffs are friendly but their choices of goods needs working on some goods are not things one would want to purchase there at All. An example will be their plastic containers. They could get better sizes and better ones. The first week they opened they really had great plastic bowls etc etc but not now. Otherwise the atmosphere of the store is really great. Don't get me wrong they do have great selections in their books, toiletries, food and party sections

Yes, it’s a newer dollar tree but still messy and unorganized as the others. The main issue with this store is the amount of employees! They only have 1 register open, with the line down the aisle. You almost mistake those people for shopping.Even with a long line, they MIGHT open one more register. The management does nothing to ensure they’re moving as fast as they can or take initiative and help the line go down.Bring a bucket of patience when taking a trip here.

If there was award for customer service, they will definitely win it. I don’t know is it the store manager or what..every single person in the store is exceptionally nice and friendly. I went to the store right before they close, middle of the day..no difference. They are always nice and smiling. If u have a bad day go to that store. If the same employees are there, you will feel much better. The store is very organized and clean. Their collection is awesome. I love this store.

Went in looking for 1 item, giftbag tags... came out $100 later.😳 They normally have odd items & I buy alot of party, office & kitchen supplies. The store had alot of "stuff" in the aisles to unpack & clean up behind customers. You definitely don't want customers tripping but I understand the need to stock the shelves. And lastly, it's the "Dollar & a Quarter Tree" now. 🤣😂

This location is always a bit hectic when it comes to boxes being all over with shipment/ re-stocking. They always have a good selection of merchandise although the line is always a bit long which is pretty normal when I’m in this area I always go to this dollar store. I never had an issue at this location

So this store has gotten so much better from the first time we was here. There are at least two lines open and it moves fast..still getting use to the 1.25 price change. Always sending alot more then I should, but al least I'm enjoying it

This location continues to be filthy and unorganized inside. The outside is also dirty. Even the entry carpet is filthy. They rarely have available carts even when store does not have many customers. The stock of items is not plentiful. Their brand of vinegar, liquid fabric softener, mold and mildew cleaner, laundry scent crystal, or powdered oxy cleaner etc. is never in stock no matter when I visit that location. This is a relatively new location. So, I am very disappointed. Please corporate, make very necessary changes. I don't plan to waste my time at this location.

Products are poor quality and they do not accept refunds, even if the product proves to not work well. Instead you must exchange an item. The manager is rude and items are not marked with prices making the store more confusing. I will never come back here.

CORPORATE CLAIMS "Every Dollar Tree store is bright and well lit, clean and well organized, and stocked with endless hidden treasures. " NOT TRUE! This location is fairly new, and it is a sad mess. I blame corporate. I was ear huddling while at the sore the other day an I overheard the manager talking about getting more house for employees and a better delivery system for merchandise. This young man was at least trying to make things better. It seems that his hands were tied. Corporate greed seems to be the issue here. Just take a look at the Dollar tree stock and you will see what I mean.

This particular store provides a variety of merchandise. The store isn't very organized and clean. During check out, there were two cashiers. However, when the lines grew extremely long, one cashier closed her line. The manager left only one cashier on the floor. This behavior surprised me, because as a manager she should've opened up another register.

Very, very busy place today and from everyone's things they are preparing for the holiday with the foil pans and such. This store seems to have everything. I always stop in for $1 snacks that are the same as grocers and convenience stores just cheaper.😁

Very rude. Poor customer service. Lady with the braided updo and tattered old Navy hoodie needs formal training in customer service ASAP. I don't care if it is only a dollar store she works at. A little customer service and professional mannerism goes a long way

This was the best Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The cashier was so efficient and good-natured despite the fact it was very crowded and there were some people that were being absolute jerks.

15 people in line, one register open. Customers can be heard complaining about the wait, some walk in, see the line and walk out. Another store associate is walking around the store talking on his phone complaining about a customer complaint involving a customer that tripped or fell in the toy aisle and complained to corporate. Ask me how I know. Well, I heard part of the conversation while shopping and the other end while waiting in the long line.

2 cashiers, barely any baskets or carts. Basically first come first serve. Got to go when there stucked up. I'm happy with my buys but you got to treat it like a treasure hunt.

I really like this dollar tree. Its bigger than the usual. You can find any and everything. Customer service is ok. I will definitely travel from DC to this dollar tree.

I absolutely love this location. It is fully stocked with everything and anything you could be looking for for only a dollar. Their staff are extremely hard-working and kind.
