I had a wonderful experience at this CVS location and it was all thanks to the customer service representative who helped us out. She went above and beyond helping us use the self checkout and then on the register. She patiently helped me use my coupons and never lost her friendliness. Even the officer at the front door greeted us! As far as products, I found everything I came in looking for. I was pleasantly surprised 👍🏼

Terrible service , especially at the pharmacy, gave me a hard time for my 2 year old medication, kept questioning my reasons for a certain medicine for my child . Very unprofessional.

This is by far the best CVS. I’ve come across yet Spechel she is so great. She will help me by walking through the isles help me find the items I am looking for Miss Yoon some days I come in there and I don’t have enough funds to cover my entire purchase she will go to her own purse and ensure that I would be able to get it out of there CVS. You guys keep up the great work with the CVS staff on Laurel Bowie Road I love you guys for your help take care.

This store lacks customer service. I was looking for a COVID test. No one would assist me and finally was told they didn’t have any in the store. I was sent to isle five only to find candy. While at the self check out i was told by a staff member to read. This location is the closet to my house. I think next time i will try Walgreens.

Laurie was very rude. She argued with me and had very little patience. You know the staff is bad when there is a sign up front saying, “we think our staff is pretty great, please use kind words.”

Attitude over asking about the COVID vaccine. Told me to make an appointment on line and I was also trying to communicate this to my husband who is Deaf and the tech wasn't speaking. When I said in a louder voice to speak up the two other staff members surrounded the other and postered like they were about to jump the counter because I raised my voice. Try referring information to another people hearing loss when you aren't getting the full picture. Attitude was not needed. And to top it off I witnessed a theft from the parking lot as I was leaving. Going to the one across town from now one because we've never had good service here.

I Bought some Mucinex DM 2 days ago before noticing it had expired in Dec 2021. Upon returning, staff was very helpful, didn't question my issue and assisted with a replacement. They were very apologetic of the situation and removed other expired meds still on the shelf.Pharmacy staff has always been prompt and helpful the 3 times I have visited.Mistakes happen, as long as situations are handled in an appropriate manner, that is all I expect. It seems this location has turned customer service issues around (based on other reviews here) and attempt to run a nice location.

This CVS pharmacy is the WORST!!!! Stood in line for 20 minutes (no exaggeration) they kept telling me “we’ll be with you shortly”. There’s no sense of direction and a lot of confusion within the staff. I don’t write reviews but however it was a most for me to leave a review. Be mindful, I was in excruciating pain b/c I had just came from getting my tooth pulled.

This is the WORST place to pick up your prescription!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE. I get these technicians hate their job and salary but this is where they chose to work. It’s frustrating the customers have to suffer for their choices.

The Manager with that black wrap on her head always dragging her feet around the store. The Jamaica guy who says he's the Manager as well. Both Managers always look like they just rolled out of bed. The pharmacist the African American Young girl and the younger Hispanic looking girl in the pharmacy ALL NEED TO BE FIRED! Their customer service is the PITTSS! The music is always loud especially on Sunday's!!! A secret shopper needs to visit this store and corporate needs to clean house.

It's the second time that the braid employee does not want to accept my coupon, the first time I let it pass but this time I did not I go to the other cvs and they accepted my coupon without any problem!! Also the makeup doesn’t have the discount that de other cvs have u can expend $15 and they give 5 back for the next time

This CVS is the best of the three in Laurel with respect to cleanliness, customer service, and layout. It is not a 24-hour location however. I find this store to be well-maintained and it consistently has in-stock items which are advertised. Plenty of parking too.

Everytime I go to the pharmacy they never check the voice mail. My doctor always has to call the perscription in twice and I end up having to wait for it to be filled. I will be switching to Rite Aid!

I browsed the reviews to see if anyone mentioned the vagabonds that loiter in front of the store. The store is neatly kept, but I'm quite sure that the storefront drug transactions and having to walk through a plume of pot smoke deters a lot of potential customers from frequenting this location.

If I could do zero I would... they never pick up the phone. The ringer just keeps going off and they do not even bother to Look at it. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and my prescription is still not ready. Terrible customer service.

No one ever answers the phone even from doctors offices or patients at the pharmacy. They just give you the run around and you will be left without your medicine for two weeks.

They refuse to fill prescriptions if there are issues with issues with insurance even if you need the prescription and are willing to pay out of pocket.

I was on the phone to connect to a pharmacist, the lady answered me, asked me how may I help you just to put me on hold and they closed and left me on hold. She could’ve told me they were closing instead of telling me please hold and never answer the phone again

This cvs is the absolute worst. I came here and there was only one pharm tech it seems . I was told to come at a later time. I did and still waited about an hour for my son’s medicine to be ready.
