Today was our first experience with Cheryl’s Groomer’s and I am so please. My baby has been recently battling with losing his eye sight so, I was very hesitant to send him to a new groomer(after our old grooming place closed without any notice🙄).There were great vibes from the beginning. When we first arrived my baby went straight to Cheryl(tail wagging). That was the second good sign, the first was his eagerness when he approached the door. Normally he gives me a bit of push back or whining.My husband picked him up and FaceTimed me. Psyko was happy and moving around. Normally he shuts down after a cut and is not himself for about 4/5 days. I was extremely impressed. The cut is great and he smelled amazing…she informed my husband that he wouldn’t let her cut his face(which I understand because of his vision).My babies happiness is most important to me so, I appreciate Cheryl taking account of his feelings. He has been chilling with the family ever since he came home(not nonchalant like normal). I’m happy. So, is my husband and mother-in-law. I don’t need my baby to be perfect if it cause him unhappiness. I want him to be groomed properly, clean and happy! This are my expectations…thank you so much Aunty Cheryl😂 we appreciate you💕💕

We have taken our dogs to Cheryl for over 25 years. She and her staff have always been loving, accommodating, and professional. Our dogs are beautiful when we pick them up! Cheryl is an amazing groomer with a beautiful heart and tremendous love for animals. This is my 2nd dog; she groomed my first for over 17 years. Her professionalism and quality of work are remarkable. I would strongly recommend her to even the most finicky of pets (or owners).

Excellent service, very neat and clean. Cheryl is wonderful and obviously loves the pets that she grooms. Shaun, her assistant is equally as qualified. I have been bringing my baby to Ms. Cheryl for 7 yrs since she was a baby and never had to search for different groomers. Reason being, my Macy has never had a problem walking into the salon on her own, and that made me very comfortable regarding how they were treating her👏🏼👏🏼 My baby loves her some Ms. Cheryl 🐾🐾

While Cheryl herself is a nice person, I was very unsatisfied with her work on my yorkie-mix. After reading many reviews and looking at pictures of her work I decided to give this small shop a try. I asked for her to shorten the body and legs while still keeping it long, and round the head into a teddy-bear-esque look with short ears. I got back a dog with 4 inches of leg hair, a nearly fully shaved body, and a boxy head with very very long ears. I asked her to correct it, saying I wanted shorter leg hair and a more rounded head. I spoke to one of her associates about it who passed on the message to her. My dog came back looking like a rookie took a pair of clippers to her body nearly down to the skin (in the middle of November nonetheless) and a professionally done round head. Her tail is also very unkempt and doesn't look like they did much with it. This was over 4 hours of grooming total and while I understand dog grooming is a lot of work, I have been to another very well known grooming shop in the area that has presented me with a beautiful dog in half the time.I ended up paying her full price and tip without confrontation but I will not be returning. I appreciate Cheryl's willingness to correct her mistakes and her enthusiasm for her job but unfortunately I took my dog to a professional for a professional cut. The end result is something I could have achieved at home with a pair of clippers. If you don't mind what your dog looks like and want to support a small business I would say you can't do much worse. But if you want a good result I'd recommend another place with a more skilled staff.

When I first took my pup there my dog was cut unevenly. It was noticeably horrible but I gave it another try. Since then- they accidentally cut my pup twice. First time i understood, things happen but this last time was unacceptable as they did not even mention it to me. My pup had a big gash- never will I take my pup there again!!!

They do a great job and take wonderful care of my dog! Prices are pretty good too. They
do a great job. I just feel like they cut my dog they way they want to cut him rather than how I
