Robyn was absolutely incredible! From the moment I contacted her, I felt taken care of. I ordered this for my sister and I live out of town. I was nervous about managing logistics, but Robyn went above and beyond to take care of us and our order!When my sister went past her due date, I received a phone call to check in and ensure they were up to date with the latest details.My sister and brother in law had just moved onto the military base and didn’t realize they needed an escort for larger deliveries. Robyn was absolutely amazing. She was so patient while I tried to coordinate with my brother in law since they were still in the hospital. She ended up waiting a long time and getting her son to come and escort on base! I can’t thank you enough for making this a seamless process and for making my sister’s homecoming such a sweet and special memory!!! Thank you and can’t wait to use you again in the future!!

If you need a Stork to celebrate your new arrival this is the company for you. I would highly recommend this company for several reasons. The same day I called to oder the Stork- it was delivered within the next few hours although the weather was rainy and cold that night. I also live an hour away. The next day -I realized there was a miscommunication when I ordered and needed the name to be fixed. Once I called it was fixed within the next few hours. The owner was personable, professional, polite, and understanding from the beginning to the end of this process. Great customer service. Again, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! Robyn was very responsive and did a fabulous job with delivering a stork sign for my cousin the same day. I had called a few other businesses that day, and Robyn was the only one that answered the phone right away. She patiently answered all my questions and the customer service was outstanding! She followed up with a picture of the sign she put up on the yard, and that meant a lot. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Robyn and Baby Stork MD.

My daughter had her heart set on a stork for her second baby. Robyn was so easy to work with! She is very easy to communicate with and responds right away. Baby Stork MD is awesome at what they do! This is my second time using their service and they deliver timely every time. They just recently delivered to my son and daughter-in-law who brought home their first born and they were super excited to see the stork in the front yard and I was excited that it was there before they came home! This sign is adorable! The two grandmothers pitched in to order for my son and her daughter who just had their first baby , and both our first granddaughters! What a celebration. I called the baby stork and spoke with the loveliest woman whom I believe owns the shop. This was delivered the same day I ordered it! A thrill for this new mom and dad . I can’t say how thrilled I am with the way the stork turned out, but beyond that, the service was incredible. I called literally as my wife was in labor, and was assured that the stork would be timely installed before the baby came home. I was told I could even text the vital statistics without having to call back or email, which was great given that we had so much going on at the hospital. My wife was in tears when we pulled up to the house. The pet bone option was a very nice plus! Thank you so much for making such a special time even more special!!

Absolutely beautiful! I called this place in route from NC and was provided the best service ever. I requested to be at the house when I arrived which took my 4 hours to get to the destination and when I arrived they delivered the delivery and it was absolutely beautiful!
