Excellent customer service provided by Matt! He was extremely courteous and generous in assisting me with my purchase and other inquiries, as well as taking my purchase to my vehicle. I expressed my sincere appreciation to him concerning same, and informed him that I wish there were more people in the world like him because the world would be a much better place!

Future customers, please call grooming salon to ensure that they will service your pet. They had his age and vet records but never called me to ask for additional information. I traveled 30minutes to get him groomed. My senior dog goes to another Petco (with no issues) but, they were booked.Positive-the groomers were very nice and recommended a groomer close to me to help. Come on get it together.Unfortunately, a poor first (and only time experience here).

I purchased a dog house at 1am and it was ready 4 minutes after the store had opened. My experience was quick, and easy. The only issue I had, and it wasn't their fault, was getting my large dog house in my mid sized Toyota Avalon lol it was interesting but I made it fitting! Great place, great service and clean!

The staff was great as always, I came for a vetco appointment for my rat terrier. The wait was short, the exam was done quickly. I was in and out. The only thing that prevented me from giving my visit 5 stars. Is that I was informed that would receive an email of the results in ten to fifteen minutes. An hour later as I'm writing this review, I still haven't received an notification of the exam. But overall it was a good experience!

Look for Chris at Pepco. A very nice young man. Great customer service. I needed to change my dog food. I went into Petco and became so overwhelmed with all of the dog food choices. After 40 minutes of reading so many brands I proceeded to the register with 6 cans of food I thought would be work. I just happen to asked Chris what he thought about the food I was buying. Chris asked me questions about my dog and then he began to share a wealth of knowledge. I purchased his suggestion and my dog loves it. Thank you so much Chris.

Took my puppy there for a nail, face and paw trim. First trip there, second trip to the groomers. Groomer said puppy was too nervous, and that she almost cut him a couple of times. And he can only come there for nail trims, but needs to go back to the other shop for grooming. Huh? So you’re telling me there is only 1 person/place that is capable of grooming a 5 lb puppy? Maybe they should hire and train employees to work with dogs that may have anxiety as they are getting accustomed to the groomers. And if YOU the groomer are unable to take care of them, instead of saying they shouldn’t come here, how about you have someone care for them that will have patience and grace to safely groom them. That was just unbelievable to hear. But if that is the skill level of all their groomers, she’s right. I do need to take my puppy somewhere else to be safely cared for.

The employees are so friendly. Kayla in the grooming salon is the best!! I always order online and pick up in store because they have great deals. I haven’t shopped at pet smart in over 3 years. Petco really cares about my pets health and saves me money.

Derek was so educated on what animal I was interested in that I ended up purchasing two. He helped me from start to finish on what was needed most to take care of my animals. He deserves a raise!!! So satisfied with his customer service. It’s rare these days to have someone in retail who actually does their job. Will be visiting this location again.

I love this location. I am here about once every week for dog food, treats and other essentials. The grooming is great. The training was also but since COVID 19, the training stopped and now I was told the trainer at this location is leaving. I would like to be refunded for the 5 sessions I did not receive

I have a brood of dogs & I like finding bargains when possible... this Petco is well stocked, organized & has several area's w/ marked down food & collars & harness.. ya, I've got 9 dogs & was thrilled to outfit most my babies w/high endish collars for sometimes a 1/4 of the price. Mommy & babies are very happy. And as always, the employees are exceedingly cheerful & very obliging. Huge puppy pee pads too.

I had an appointment to get my dog groom on Monday, I went just to find out the groomer was not going to be there. I got reschedule for today and just for them to tell me they will not be able to groom my dog because of her hair ( it’s curly like poodle type, it gets tangled easily.) they gave me numbers for other location but just very upset for the waste of time.. though they were professionals

First time coming to this location. Had been bringing my dog to the Germantown location and the girl did a great job( my dog had some matting). I bring her here and the people give some lame excuse about not being about to groom her or even do her nails! If you’re not an experienced groomer just say it. They told me to take my dog to the hospital

They charge for a "zoom groom" and didn't let my husband know they were charging for that. It happened at least twice.They have also called at least twice asking us to change our appointment for an earlier time and then proceeded to charge us for the "zoom groom".The location is convenient for us but the customer service is really varied.Tiffany is a great dog groomer.Kim is not. She did not seem to care at all for my dog's wellbeing. I told her my dog was really anxious about being bathed/groomed and she said something along the lines of, "dogs sense their owners anxiety so a lot of times it's the owners anxiety and not the dog's". What? Please tell me more about MY dog... whom you've known for a whopping 4 minutes.Needless to say, I will not be scheduling an appointment with her again.

I have been going to this Petco for sometime and won’t be returning. On Saturday I took my dog to be groomed. The groomer cut my dog to close on the top of her nose and the groomer did not saying anything to me. I called the store to complain and spoke with the manager he was very apologetic. They need to hire more groomers one person can’t groom all the dogs that came there.

This is our go-to Petco for food for our dog. Their food prices are competitive with online suppliers. I prefer to purchase supplies such as vitamins and wee wee pads online because the prices are better. This store also has good sales on leashes, collars and sweaters, although these aren't pet items that are purchased on a regular basis. The grooming salon is also good- we have use this service several times a year and have had no issues.

I went into the store on 4/10 and was kindly greeted by the sales agent "Mike". He was very kind and helpful and was able to refer me to dog food brands that would best suit my dog. His customer service was exceptional and he carried my heavy dog food to my car! I highly recommend this location simple because Mike is amazing!

I had to take my dog back to the Petco groomers because the initial groomer trimmed his face and ears unevenly. My dog came home with dog dander and not smelling fresh. The manager was more than willing to correct the problem upon my return.

The cashier guy, don't know his name, was friendly. He saw the dog food I was buying and asked about my dog. That was a first. I showed him a picture and we talked briefly when he continued to ring me up. I buy the Whole Hearted brand wet and dry. The store was neat and clean.

After years of using pet services, a groomer cut dog closed to the skin, then called and said our pet no longer welcomed. Manager aggressive and hostile. Added new rules for every appointment. Pet traumatized. Groomers playing the role of veterinarian, despite me producing pet records confirming generalized allergies that is managed with medication. My first ever review on a business. Because at least 5 visits were bad.

Placing order was easy and I was notified less than 30 minutes later that it was ready for pick up! Item was bought out to car as soon as I called informing I was wanted curbside pick up. Quick and easy so I could finish the rest of my chores. Thanks.

The Manager is a Sweetheart she helped me when I bought my tank two days ago, I came back today at 2:20 and didn’t leave until 3:15 and it was only two people in the entire store. I waited for 10 minutes for the female employee to ask if I needed assistance but she was busy talking to a friend of hers. I patiently waited for 5 more minutes until their conversation was finally over and asked if she would help me get my fish, she seemed annoyed so I didn’t get the other fish I wanted 😟☹️, and I didn’t want to ask for to much from her. She was relieved when I said that would be all .lol Then my husband and I went to the register and no one was there so we still had to wait until he asked for someone to ring us up.

Seems a bit overpriced but they do seem to have whatever Petsmart does not. Everytime I go in here tho I always have to get them to adjust the price to the current selling price. The cashiers never seem to want to honor any current sales prices that are clearly listed in store. I always have to walk them back and show them the sign with the correct price which is ver ugg very annoying!

The associated are all great. Except for the heavy set white lady. I'm always in there because I have 3 dogs. She gave me a hard time the two times I had a return and lost my receipt. Luckily the associates always recognize me and vouch for my spending in the store. But the new manager Nick is the complete opposite. He has an answer for all my question and anything he cant answer he finds the answer. He is more of a people person. Absolutely what the store needed.

This review is because Andre was so much help! We wanted to fix our fish tank as a Christmas gift to our dad and both times we visited. He was super nice and his experitise/knowledge shined when he advised us what to do to get it up and running. We’ll definitely look for his help every time we come.

HORRIBLE FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP!!!! It is usually so fast at other locations. I had to sit here calling, being put on hold for 15 mins to being hung up on several times for over 30 mins until finally someone answered. Then to wait again for a long time for 1 bag of dog food. Do not recommend.
