I often come here and spend most of my money on products from this store because customer service I was always awesome. There was a lightskinned bigger woman with an accent there today who was VERY RUDE. It’s my birthday and I was looking for a wig. I asked to see 3 wigs and she huffs and puffs and says I’m wasting her time and walks away as I am asking for help. She then sent the other black woman to help me which she was very sweet but it was too late because the disrespect already occurred and I made up in my mind at that moment I was done . I asked to speak to the manager but they were not in so this is why I’m leaving a review. I will never spend a dime in any establishment who disrespects customers. You lost a loyal customer today because of her nasty attitude and I hope you take the time to speak with her to correct it.

Store looks great, very clean, and has lots of products. But can’t say the shopping experience was the best. I was basically watched the whole time I was inside the store shopping felt like they were expecting me to steal. Great store if you don’t mind feeling like you’re a criminal.

They have cute items there but the workers are weird and rude energy was off I was being followed like I was trying to steal !!! Cashier a pretty girl but she needs to be more happier !!! I don’t think I’ll be back at that store lmao yaw is not beauty master in atl lmao 🤣 just a normal hair store selling knock off designer!!!

On my first visit to this store, the place was very clean and well organized it was easy to find what I was looking for with the help of a store clerk, they were very welcoming. I will be back.
