Yes I was here today. My shopping expierience was great. My first stop was in the Deli Dept. I was greeted cheerfully and my meat and cheese was ready promptly Great Job Deli Team! I found all items on my list as well in which the store was not crowded in any way. The cashier was very polite and patient we had lots. Great I brought my own bags too!! Thanks everyone!

Was not satisfied today! Do these ladies not love their job? When I went to go pay today there was a customer in front of me and the cashier was bagging her items as she was ringing them up. As soon as I got to the cashier she started ringing my items but also putting them aside although I had my bags on top of my items. Gave me a nasty attitude when I asked her am I suppose to bag all of my things myself. Not looking forward to coming back here anytime soon!

There are only two places i expect to have a clean bathroom. Ones who sell food and a doctors office. But when i have to clean doodoo of a toilet it takes notation. I should have posted that picture as well but i was in a hurry to use the toilet. I will be back again to check this bathroom. I it is dirty again owe i am making waves for real. I know the staff use this bathroom and i they don't care then they are in the wrong line of work. If i can clean it for free then those who get paid to do it should do it.

On December 8,2023 at 7:44pm, I used my WIC card to pay for grocery .This is my first time using it. I pay for the egg want to exchange what WIC accept for egg. I explained to her, the elderly lady working at the customer service was very rude telling me I’m lying knowing the fact Giant Food store do exchange and give me the money back for what I pay for the egg. The egg I pay for using my bank card. This is why the young generation dont repeat elderly people. I didn’t say a word to her after she calling me lying. The next day on December 9, 2023 around 09:48am I spoke to store manager his name start with D sorry can’t remember his name, he’s was very apologize and listening to my complaints on how she spoke to me. He told me he going to talk to her and I do hope he do. I would like to give him 5 ⭐️ store manager cause he’s was patient and listening.Thank you

SAVE UR TIME AND MONEY .Im honestly so upset . The lady at self check out with the colored contacts really ruined my day and whole thanksgiving. They barerly have cashiers working , that’s fine so I went to self checkout and she was the rudest experience I’ve ever had with a person , she also runged me up for items I didn’t have . When I asked for help to remove them she claimed no because I was rude when I wasn’t. , everyone else saw and seen I had no attitude until she said “ come back tomorrow (thanksgiving ) for a refund . I didn’t even get my items I payed for she rooms them back and claimed we never paid for them but it was because it was scanned as guavas . I basically got scanned and I will be going back to get my $10 back for guavas I didn’t even buy . She was just laughing and flirting with the customers instead of doing her job and help .

Outstanding service and care from Alexanderia, the pharmacy manager!I recently had a wonderful experience at the Pharmacy thanks to the incredible service and care provided by the pharmacy manager, Alexanderia. On December 16th, I came in transfering my first prescription from CVS. Alexandria immediately took the time to listen to me, understand my needs, and offer helpful solutions immediately.Thanks to Alexanderia's help, I was able to get the medicines before my international trips. I truly appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service and her genuine care for her patients.If you're looking for a pharmacy where you'll feel valued and cared for, I highly recommend this Giant Pharmacy and ask for Alexandria.

The parking lot is always congested. Long lines, even at self check out. I found the majority of the items I was looking for but was out of the door in a timely manner.

So apparently they can close the customer service department down when the feel like it. I was told to me because she is working by herself so they closed it down early as if I was the problem. I don’t care if I walk in 7:58 the website says closes at 8.I didn’t come that late but my point is I have bills to pay and now I have to pay a late fee for my rent because I choose to get money orders for my rent and they close early just because. I could understand if the machine was down but because it’s convenient for the employee I have to pay a late fee. Customer service training definitely needed. The crazy thing is she was the manager!!! 🤦🏾♀️ . I really don’t want to give any stars…

Quite well stocked, fair produce selection is good on quality but not on breadth of selection (except there are about 10 different apple breeds!), has the usual current supply issues.The store is relying more and more on self checkout, making for longer lines. Naughty!The staff are very helpful and responsive, though I find them not engaging.

Customer service could be better. The woman in the bakery need a vacation or find another job. You'd thought I asked her to bake apple fritter from scratch. I just asked to separate pair. Next time I'll ask a manager to assist.

Clean, well-stocked and organized. The service I receive at every visit is polite and professional. It's in a central location with lots of traffic, but I never have an issue finding parking. I'm sure that as the rail system that's being built here develops, this place will become more popular.

Sincerly the manager at the food section lacks customer service skills . I encountered first hand the situation of this manager , she came out the blue and instead of her using proper tone , she yelled at this lady who used the same tongs to get a different flavor wings . Is understandable to let people know about their mistakes because others might have allergies . However she is rude and needs to retrained . Adding on the sausages were expired (health inspectors should come and check this store ) .

I was as very disappointed when a worker yelled for me to take my dog out the store without asking if it was a service dog. My 6lb puppy was zipped in her carrying bag not able to get to anyone. She only knew that I had her because as I walked away from her bag she barked. I immediately went to her to let her know it was okay and she didn't make another sound. After leaving the store, I called to inquire about their policy for service dogs and was advised that the lady who yelled was in the wrong and should have never told me to leave. I hope the manager I spoke with will educate the staff on their policy. It was totally uncalled for and very embarrassing to have everyone in the self checkout line turn around and stare at me. I will definitely consider another location in the future.

I've been shopping here almost weekly for several years and finally stopped.The produce section is a mess. Whatever fruit is right in the door, multiple packs will already have mold. A lot of the salad bags are quick to go bad too. We switched to another grocer in the area and have been significantly happier with the produce, so I doubt it was something we were doing.Not to mention I've had awful luck with the Propane exchange, I literally received an empty tank one of the three times I've swapped.

Interestingly enough, I'm at Giant food in Annapolis road, I love to shop in the mornings. I'm not much for starting conversations until after tea or coffee, however, I am a cunning linguist. With a high rate of customer satisfaction.This is because when I shop for customers, I just pretend that this food is for my Mother or my daughter and secondly, I think about how I would want to be served., as a customer and meet ny standards of service based on what I would want. This is customer service. I am often surprised by how impolite some people can be to a total stranger, I went to pay at the self checkout line. I have been here before and I know that this store is understaffed and that one or two of the cashier's can be a little abrasive, but I dont care if i self checkout i dont even have to be exposed to that energy, the attendant was unnecessarily rude. I was surprised, but she and I talked for a second or two and she wound up apologizing, accepted of course. It takes courage to apologize just like it does to speak your mind when flustered and uncoffeed, I know that is not a word thanks. Customer service should be the same for all with no regard given to skin color. Blessings.

They are open despite construction. Parking lot was tidy. Carts were all put up appropriately, nothing blowing around in the wind. Staff at the deli counter were very nice and personable. Everything we were looking for was in stock and labeled appropriately on the shelf. Produce all looked fresh, no crazy moldy fruit like some stores. Sale prices were properly marked and prominent, no guess work involved. Will return to this location again.

I had difficulty enteringG my phone number because the number 7 was missing. The lady with short hair cut with zigzags brushes me off as if I made aMistake. ( stating I don’t know mo other customers had an issue) I went to another self checkout and had two red peppers, they didn’t ring up correctly. And I tried to explain to her what happened I didn’t put both pepper on the scale . She was extremely condescending,Stating you should have.. she cared more about a man and his potato chip options.. I come here always to shop. She was rude with me.

The selection in the store is good. The self-checkout lines can be pretty long at times, they seem to only have 3 or 4 actual cashiers working especially in the evening. The cleanliness of the store good, could be better but it's usually very good. I never see expired items on the shelves.The management is very nice, the employees there can be very helpful. The deli counter is an area of improvement because some of the ladies back there do not like to help. They like to talk amongst themselves and act like they don't see you so you have to be abrupt to get there attention.

Great Grocery Store, been shopping there for years until I moved to the VA area a couple years back.. Clean, large selection, reasonable prices and friendly staff and cashier's.. Recently stopped in to get a strawberry shortcake while in that area during the holidays, had looked forward to talking to my girl at the cashier's line didn't see her tho, kinda heavy set short hair due she always sweet to me and my daughter.. overall Great Grocery Store Safe area Good parking

I love my Giant. I have watched this store evolve over the years, and with each turn it has become much better. This is what keeps the community and other consumers coming back to shop. The store is neatly organized so that you are able to find what you need. The aisles are clutter free. Love the produce department is clean and well stocked with fruits and veggies. I like it when you walk through the door and you don't smell the seafood and meat department as you enter the store. If I smell it I will leave, I will not shop in that store. Shopping in Giant has been a very pleasant shopping experience for me. The store cashiers and others are very helpful and friendly. My only problem is to many "self checkout" aisles. I don't like them very much. I like having a cashier check me out and bag my purchases. Visit Giant for your personal e experience.
