A really great find. The owners are very helpful and informative. I wanted thick bacon with the rind, long pig feet, and apple butter. I found everything I needed. I love the variety of smoked meats and greens available at this location.

I love this Weis the most and I shop here often. Most of the workers including the manager has great customer service skills. They make the customers feel valued and are very helpful.

Today I went to shop and an older lady was checking out customers and the lady was crying just from trying to pick items up and in pain. It was extremely heartbreaking and devastating to witness. When I went to the manager/ associate and said the lady needs help the manager/associate told me she is fine and will be alright. Instead of helping the older lady with customers or relocating her to something she can do easily they refused to offer her assistance. Tomorrow is thanksgiving and it’s extremely busy in the store. Definitely would not recommend shopping here just to give the older lady a break and they clearly do not care about there workers. Just disappointing to witness.

Weiss is always neat and clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is always well stocked, if you can't find what your looking for an associate is always nearby to help. I love shopping at Weiss.

This is my usual choice for grocery shopping. Good selection, clean, staff are friendly and down to earth, and prices seem a bit lower than at least one nearby supermarket (that I won't name here). Decent selection of convenient prepared food in a deli area (roast chicken, sesame chicken fie takeout, sandwiches, etc).

Great prices for my money. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking! Fresh veggies, meats, fruits and convenience to other stores I like to shop at too. If you are military or a senior you can obtain a discount on a certain day of the week for your groceries. How nice to save money! Check out the daily bargains!

I called the Deli to see if they had any Corn Beef left being I went to two other grocery stores that didn’t have any being it’s St Patrick’s Day . The young lady said she had a little bit left I told her I was on my way I was 2 min out. She went out of her way asked me how much I needed and had it cut and was putting it in the bag when I got there. Great customer service. I didn’t get the young lady’s name.

Day before Christmas eve, Safeway was out of some items I needed, Weis had them. The store was also less crowded. Customer service was great. Gentleman walked me to the aisle for what I was looking for. Manager made sure the lines were moving smoothly.

Not the largest produce department. The international section is extensive but small sizes. They usually only have 2 full service registers. Annoying. I don't like self-checkout, and that's all they have until 9 am uf you're an early bird.

My family and I frequent this Weis as often as possible. Every time we visit, our experience is awesome! The staff is always friendly and professional. And they never hesitate to ask you if you need assistance with anything. We just love them!! Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Love this store!!We came for 4 days from out of state and will shop again here, next time we visit. Clean. Well stocked shelves,etc and the employees are super nice...and respectful. The young man at the register was very polite and respectful to me..as was the older woman the second time I had gone. We had bought some deli meats and cheeses...good prices and fresh tasting. My youngest son, loved the$.99 Giant Pickles from the wooden barrel. We will definitely go here again and suggest to others.

It's convenient and staff is polite. That's about it. They're regularly out of many items, apparently someone doesn't know how to order proper quantities. I've bought 2 potato salads from the deli and got home to find they had gone bad. Date was fine but it was sour. Bought a rotisserie chicken and when we cut into it it was undercooked. Stay away from the deli. Some prices are high. Just went today 6/6/21 and they've moved items in some of the freezer aisles but didn't change the signs so had to search for items

GREAT STORE! Always clean and well maintained, never any clutter of boxes and stock in isles so u can't get down them! The management that I have met Jeff, and Kurt definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I wish there were more stores out there like this.

I love the fruit always fresh and well stocked. The cashiers are very friendly and always speak. Weis is always well stocked also.

Since the Food Lion left this location, Weis has been a great replacement. The staff are friendly and helpful. The produce is bright and vibrant. They carry products that I have never seen normally in a grocery store. Which is great because it gives me a chance to try something new. I can always create a new dinner at home with the products they carry. The prices are great and very similar, if not lower, to Food Lion when they were there.

Never had a problem at this store. The staff is friendly and, as far as I've seen, the shelves are well stock and orderly.My sole dislike about the LA Plata Weis is their store hours. Like many stores, Weis cut there hours during the height of the coof. However, even with things calming down they have not gone back to their precovid hours. Every other grocery store or department store in La Plata has gone back to their original hours and with my usua daily schedule Weis'scurrent hours do not work for me. l

Weis is the store you go to when you're in search of items , no one else has: e.g. Wise products, name brand items ALWAYS on sale, newest products available, etc... Whenever I'm in the La Plata area, my family and I stop by Weis Markets... trust me, one visit and you'll LOVE IT!!! #weisshopper4life

They have earned the store and there is not a lot of items clogging up the aisles like other stores. They have added more self service registers. I don't particularly like that.

When they have sales, jump in car and go THE BEST MEAT SALES THEN ANYONE ELSE. example 8 peice pack pork was buy 1 GET 2 FREE. Ppack average $6 to $7 . Very good deal

Stockers are very rude!!!! And you have to scan your own groceries in the mornings which is when I am there the most.
