The pickup process is terrible. The evening manager did not care about customers waiting over 2 hours to receive their orders. To top it off I had to go inside and check on my order just to find that no one was in the back to help. When someone finally did come I had to take all of my items to my car myself. I used to have pleasant experiences with this Walmart but after this experience I will not be back.

Typical Walmart. Has everything you might need. Floor employees were very friendly and helpful. Found my items, stood in line, got rang up, and was out in less than 35 minutes! Guess what??? This Walmart still GIVES free bags!! Yippeee!!!

This is really not a review of the Walmart although it is subpar... the ATM machine here at customer service blows. it charges you $3 for each transaction and limits you to only $200 so if I want to pull out $500 I got to pay $9 in fees! what a rip off, I should at least be able to pull $500 out in 1 transaction

Terrible walmart. I had a tire failure that ended with my wheel on my truck being damaged on the 301 highway about a quarter mile from Walmart. I limped into the parking lot and while doing so my fiance called in to explain our situation to a walmart employee. We were told a 4 to 8 hour wait for road side service. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. First a maintenance employee came out and said they want you to move and I explained the truck was incapable of moving and pointed out the damage. He said that shouldn't be a problem and told me he will tell them inside that we are immobile. He stated they get weird about stuff inside?? About 40 minutes later a walmart employee begins to drive there ford f250 in donuts around our truck trying to menace us while we are broke down and cant leave. I HAVE THE ENTIRE THING ON DASHCAM ON NOT ONE BUT TWO CAMERAS. I never intended to stop here but as I stated above took cover here from the highway. I never expected to experience something like this from a walmart or any professional buisness. I will be contacting corporate walmart and sending video evidence of my entire day. Our trucks are outfitted with a front and rear facing camera. My fiance is freaked out and I'm hoping this road side service comes soon before something happens out here. What even is this like a walmart mafia!?! I may be contacting an attorney as well as the better buisness bureau and the city.

Went to this location yesterday was getting some clearance items shelf clearly marked for ornaments 50% off but then at register told hallmark ones are not I explained to 2 people that they are all in 50% off section they said they know but they are not part of the sale and would not honor buy also not sending anyone to move them WTH so employees and management to lazy to correct or honor there mistake .

This walmart is pretty efficient. l drive a bit further to go to this one over the others in our area. I always have the best random conversations with shoppers and staff at this Walmart 💕.

For what is is, Checkers at this location was good. The workers were friendly, the food was VERY hot, the picnic tables were clean, the bathroom was clean. This is not the place to go for upscale burgers, but my husband's was tasty. My 25 chicken bites were good, hot, and very filling. We had shakes that were good, but remember, this is a fast food place on the highway. We didn't expect quiet, a gourmet meal, or fancy milkshakes.

Good prices as usual. It was pretty organized and barely merchandise on the floor unlike must Walmarts. Had quite a few employees on the sales floor which is was shocking since Walmart is known for lack of employees on the sales floor.

Pick up service is the worst at this location! Definitely do not recommend using. The wait time is ridiculous and don’t even bother trying to call the # on the signs because it’s not even active. You call the store and the phone just rings, no one picks up. Even if you ask an associate for help, you aren’t getting it. Avoid pick ups at this location.

I went during a busy time, so I can't complain about crowded aisles and holes on shelves with missing products.However, this Wal-Mart absolutely earned a 1 star on safety. By the time I left it was dark outside and ALL the parking lot lights were off. It was spooky watching people come out of the dark towards the building. I was alone and parked a bit farther out in the lot than usual. I continually scanned the dark parking lot while throwing my bags in the car.I almost never go to a Wal-Mart in the evening, but this one I will never return to near or after dusk again. I have never felt more unsafe.

I really wish they were better at VizPicking. Every time we order delivery or pickup, inventory on the website always seems to end up being inaccurate. I’m tired of ordering “in stock” items that are actually unavailable. And substitutions often get ignored.

This Walmart store is located directly off of 301 Crain Highway in La Plata, Maryland.The store is clean, well stocked, and neatly organized. There is an easily accessible Subway restaurant, nails 💅 place, and eye glass service at the entrance.They also sell fresh food and grocery items, and a large selection of various products.The only thing missing is the unusual cast of shopping characters. Darn! 🤨

I love doing online pickups, but have had bad experiences in Waldorf waiting for long periods of time. This time I ordered from Laplata, and they staff was so efficient. They had me gone with 7 minutes.

The parking lot was pitch BLACK tonight. Smh!! I spend too much money to be walking in an unsafe parking lot. This is how you all feel abt us customers? Totally unacceptable. I had to use a flashlight to find my car and one person couldn't even find his car because it was so dark.

Pretty decent Walmart. Reasonably clean and arranged, customer service is better than many (especially better than the Waldorf one further north on 210). Sometimes crowded on weekends and late afternoons. They've added a bunch of self service checkouts which has helped lines a bit, but can still be crowded depending on day and time.Update- they've added even more self service checkouts at the expense of staffed ones. This is kind of good for me since I can usually just check out my own stuff, but could be a problem for others if they need help.

Service person did not have any knowledge of the area they worked in(electronics). I inquired about 65"TCL TV she told me there were none in the store. I was standing right next to it on the floor. I asked if the TV had been returned or not she said she didn't know. I asked if there were any more TV's except the ones on the wall. She said they were all out none in the store room. I inquired about the tv's sitting on the floor , she said "oh those tvs ".

Definitely need more cashiers for the busier shifts. I like the new self checkouts, just wish they had the tap function. Staff is always kind and helpful! Store is usually pretty well stocked and organized. Bathrooms are clean. Customer Service needs a better storage arrangement for the return carts as it's usually difficult to get to the bathrooms.

This location to me is the better choice for friendliness and cleanliness as well as always having what I need. The consistent crime at the Waldorf location leaves me searching for a safer alternative. I undertsand that no location can prevent carjackings in the parking lot but if you know it is a problem and it keeps happening than maybe it is the store not trying to protect its customers. Hired security or request more of a police presence. "If good people stand by and do nothing, evil will win"
