I brought my 3 yr. old terrier mix here and left so happy! It is the first time that he has been to a groomer and I am extremely happy about the hard work and patience they put into grooming him. I will be only coming here since I see how great they handled my little hard headed dog. He has wire scruffy hair and they were able to make my boy look beautiful! I just want to say thank you to everyone that may have played a part in taking care of him today😄

This review is solely based on them closing early. I commute almost 2 hrs to work everyday and this is the only place in the area during my commute that sells the specific brand of dog food my dogs eat. It is frustrating that i show up 15-20 minutes before their marked closing time which is 5pm on weekdays and the door is locked and lights off while seeing someone in the back grooming area. Either change your operation hours or the management/ owner needs to change who closes. This has happened to me twice since starting to use this business. Besides this issue every time i have been inside the business the employee who works the counter has always greeted me as i come and strikes up a conversation. They’re able to answer all my questions i ask if i have any and they always have the dog food in-stock. The business would get a 4-5 if they didn’t close early and close when their posted time states.

Changed groomers when they requested I sedate my shin tzu. Vet refused to issue a sedative, and he noted no aggressive behavior from her. I was directed to find another groomer.I am very pleased with my new groomer and so is my dog.The groom room could take some lessons on how to communicate with the public as well

My dog LOVES going to the Groom Room... I guess everyone is nice to her because they're very nice to their customers. She comes out clean, smells and feels great and her nails look better than mine! Oh, and did I mention great rates? They were recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone with a dog or dogs!

Great staff. My dog came out very well trimmed and bathed. Even her nails were filed. There was still a lot of loose hair on her but other than that they did a great job. Staff was very friendly and u was able to get an appointment in about a week.

The first two visits my dog came back beautiful. The third time, half the things I asked for them to do, did not get done. Even so, I was willing to give them another try. I recently tried to call them (during working hours) to make another appointment, the first two times I got an answering machine on which you cannot leave a message, you are asked to call back. The third time I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. Well, needless to say, I am going to try a new place!

Had my two cats shaved here and man they look great. This really helps with the sheding and so easy to keep up with them. Reasonable pricing, easy drop off and pick up. Clean and presentable establishment. Overall awesome pet groomer thank you for all you do. See you again in 3 to 4 months.

Great experience! Staff were friendly and made sure they understood what I was looking for when I dropped my doodle off for a full groom. He came back looking fantastic, smelling amazing, and softer than a cotton ball. He was so excited and happy, and clearly had a good time!

I have three poodles that went in needing brushing and even had some matting. Three wonderful, talented groomers transformed my babies into beautiful, fragrant, and happy doggies! I have arthritis in my hands and am unable to brush them very much, but I sure love to pet them when they are so beautiful and soft.

I took my dog here. So thankful they could squeeze me in last minute. The store owner groomed my dog and was extremely nice. I loved the work she did. But two weeks later I noticed my puppy in a lot of pain. Long story short the bows were improperly placed on my puppy causing her to have to have surgery. I have been calling trying to get reimbursed for my vet bills but everytime I call they say oh she'll be back Thursday. I finally speak to her and she says that she gave the info to her lawyer. Never asked to see the pictures or the vet bill. They are a great shop but I feel like they don't take accountability for there mistakes.

Great place. Very friendly staff and are normally pretty quick grooming my dog. On average they have my dog about 2hours been a little over 3 hrs at the longest. But others in area have had my dog for 6-8 hours!!! Small pomchi so shouldn't take that long. I won't take my animals anywhere else.

What a fabulous place to take your dogs to be groomed. After having such bad experiences, not only at the big box places, but at a local groomer (shaved my dog after I asked them not to and actually cut into my puppy's skin). I was met by Carrie who was gracious and helpful and then met my new groomer, Katie. She spent the time to talk to me about my puppies, Spike and Buffy, and explained my concerns. When I picked them up ... oh my gosh! They were gorgeous! Perfectly groomed and better yet, not traumatized. Katie was so wonderful and made me feel like my dogs were the best dogs in the world (which they are not!). And the price ... good grief .... so reasonable!!! I won't take my dogs anywhere else. Thanks Katie and the Groom Room!

Competent, professional, and friendly. Our dog can be a challenge for groomers and most times I'm not that happy with the grooming results. When I picked our dog up from The Groom Room I couldn't believe how great he looked! I highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly. I must be honest and say this the cutting sucks. I go there because it's convenient. The cuts are very amateur. I have a cockerpoo and she just never looks cut even. Long hairs and short hairs. The place is not cheap either. The grooming with the spa and tooth brushing is $90. Over $100 with the tip.

Wish I had the 5 star experience like everyone else. Called on 8/4/17 for an 11am appointment on 8/5/17. Male staff member very nice in person and phone. Took my baby to get groomed at 11am, waited and waited for phone call no one called. At this time my spouse said its 1pm still no call I will go get her. My spouse picked her at 1:30pm and all they done was bathe her. Now I am I am mad. I called and explained this is my first time ever coming to you and my experience is horrible as I had some where to go at 2pm. She told me it could take 3 to 5 hours for a groom! Really?!!?! Ma'am you are open from 8am-4pm so you only do 3 fur-babies a day? I am sooo upset because I wasted my time and day messing with this groomer. Maybe today was a Murphy Law for the company. Hope someone else have a better experience and kudos to those who gotten good customer service!

I love Bri at the Groom Room! She is the only person who I will let groom my toy poodle who is now a 1 year old and has been receiving routine grooming since she about 3.5 months.I had an appointment with Wendy and it was the worst experience. She started out by telling me that my poodle wasn’t a pure bred poodle (she felt the hair was more like a Maltese) I explained that I had papers on my puppy, she was AKC certified and I spoke with the breeder to ensure the type of puppy I had. Nope, that wasn’t good enough! She continued to tell me she too was once a breeder and she knew her puppies. Therefore the poodle cut I was asking for May not be able to get accomplished. I explained this is the cut Bri always give me. (She was out of town). Nope, still kept saying unable to give that cut. I left with my poodle and we waited for Bri to return. So awful.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to the GroomRoom since it opened !!! Everyone there is always courteous, friendly. Wendy (groomer) is excellent and dependable. The girls who bathe the pups are also TERRIFIC!!! If looking for a new groomer The Groom Room is the only place to go !!!!!!

I have a maltipoo that hates being groomed. Brushing his coat requires lot of patience thus I know just how difficult he must be to groom. He comes out looking perfect each and every time. I don’t know how they do it. They take the time to listen to how I want his hair cut and note it all down on his profile. Having this profile allows me to be able to say his usual when we visit. I would highly recommend this place.

I've used the Groom Room for my babies several times for a while it was good. Mainly because of convenience because I can shop at walmart while they get groomed. For a year I tried to get the mobile groomer but I guess that's for an exclusive club.Twice they shaved my baby so low she got a rash and I've showed up for my appointment on time and had folks with appointment times after mine and they leave first. I would rather give them half a star. They are terrible with appointments. I made mine a month before and two days before the due date I called to verify that it's all goodThe lady I spoke to confirmed my appointment. My fiance arrives there and calls me telling me that they didn't have. Furious, they finally said that the person that took the appointment didn't write my name down. So you would think they would talk to my fiance and let them know that. Bit NO! They ignored him, and he was sick and tired that he left. And with good reason. It was my first time trying the out. Word of advice. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Love this small business. I use the mobile groomer and it’s perfect for us. A bit costly but you pay for the convenience and I’m ok with that. It’s a great spot and they do a really good job on our 4 pups.

I’m only commenting on the mobile grooming. Carl is extremely unreliable. Canceled one week, then rescheduled and didn’t show up. He didn’t bother to text or call. I’ve used the shop, and they are fabulous.... do not use the mobile service!!!!

My yorkie looked marvelous. The staff was nice eventhough my dog was a challenge. She acts as if water is her kryptonite. They did not take very long . I had my dog back in less than 2 hours , this was a first. I will go back.

Asked for just a trim around the face, feet, and fanny for a puppy and was charged $55. If I would have had any idea it would be anywhere near that I would have gone anywhere else. First and last time here, these people are delusional.
