Tried the CHARLES for Sunday brunch. It’s now under new management. It was fantastic. It was clean. Staff was friendly. The food was amazing. We started off with a bloody Mary had a salad as appetizer and then enjoyed a magnificent chicken and waffles, as well as French toast. Both were not the normal chicken waffles that had peanut butter sauce on it which sounds very strange but it was out of this world. The French toast had a special sweet glaze on it and it was perfect. Highly recommend the Sunday brunch.

I just love coming here! It’s such a cozy place that has so much to offer. The speciality toast is my personal fav! They also have a great selection of wines.

Very slow service and the food was okay at best. The tomato on the crabcake sandwich was as big as the crabcake itself with a too large of a bun for the sandwich. Meals and service have not been worth going back to and never seem to have the items on the menu because they were out of them.

Food is generally great. Love having real bagels in La Plata. Once or twice we got something from the deli fridge that tasted a little old and some prices are high.

Always a wonderful experience. This day was Brunch with colleagues & friends sampling the most delicious dishes starting with appetizers of seasoned Brussel and homemade Hummus. Ewe each ordered some all time favorites like shrimp & grits, savory sausage gravy over biscuits with lite, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, & mimosas -- 😋 yum. Millian greets and engages with every guests at their table, such a pleasure to be greeted by his warm smile. Try the Charles, it's charming, great service, filling and good to the last bite.

Online order function hasn’t worked for months - if ever. Called in my order & was told 3 out of 6 items were either unavailable because of low stock or no longer available. I ended up canceling the entire order and going elsewhere.

1st time visiting the shop. It was amazing. However i was disappointed because i order 4 muffins and there where only 3 in my boxes. Also the muffins where very thick.. overpowered the filling inside. Additionally, it was a cute shop will visit again.

This is a gem of a market with all sorts of hard to find foods plus a decent bakery and coffee shop. Best bagels in La Plata.

We love the ham & Gruyère sandwich (choice of bread) with its flavorful, abundant, ham, crunchy pickles and just-right amount of strong mustard! The well-balanced veggie, with its creamy hummus and crunchy, pickled carrots alongside a veggie medley complemented by pesto, is another family fave. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service rounds out agreat experience!

We stopped by last night as we killed time before dinner and what an adorable place! Lots of great food finds to take back home! Plus, their homemade breakfast items look delicious! Worth a visit - you won't want to leave!

Cool little market with little bit of everything. Espresso drinks, deli sandwiches, local and fresk made baked goods, fresh vegetables, cheeses, and an eclectic mix of snack items both sweet and savory. The great staff make you feel like your in a mom and pop market, invited and welcomed.

This a great gourmet /provisions store! Loved the curated selection of food, wine, cheese , desserts and the deli counter sandwiches ! Also went to buy prepared foods and it was delicious Very good coffee and lates!

Fantastic market and a great addition to La Plata. Came by to get some cheese, meat, and crackers and wasn't disappointed. Saw lots of other great items that I'll be back for!
