In this store, managers don't like questions from customers about items they cannot find. They will also make fun of you for asking about an item they don't have. And don't make the mistake of saying you have seen a Dollar Tree store video on internet about that new item. They will laugh harder.

Buyers beware, the store cashiers steal your paid merchandise. Stopped by this location in LaPlata, MD and got home to realize my 4 packs of Turles candies was not in my bag. I called the store to inform manager Yvette who appeared to be carefree and did not resolve my issue.

Store is small but very clean and shelves fully stocked. Store manager very helpful in aiding me to items I couldn't find alone. Cashiers are overall friendly. New management really have the store looking great no more crowdedness no uboats all over.

Great prices and a pretty big selection. The store front and aisles could he cleaned a bit more. There are carts of boxes waiting to be put away. The employees were incredibly nice though, very polite. Overall I would go back again, you never know what surprise inventory they will have

They give discounts to certain customers and make others pay full price. And then they try to accuse full paying customers of stealing. A general manager needs to step in and evaluate the staff. My daughter is the director of operations for a major organization and is horrified by the customer service of these women that operate this store. They really deserve 0 stars. The store is very dirty and cluttered. Customers have to break open boxes because the store is not stocked appropriately.people trip over boxes in the store.

Customer service is amazing. Their computers were giving them trouble and I was on a tight schedule, so they worked with me to get everything checked out faster than I've ever checked out before. (I had 250+ items for a large event.) They never complained and they went the extra mile to get us all squared away. THANK YOU!

Used to love this store, friendly employees. But today I was shocked when I checked my receipt and found that every single thing was $1.25 no longer a "dollar" store. Had no idea this was the new pricing. Sad.

The employees go out of their way to assist customers. The place is well stocked. The items are excellent values. I live shopping here and usually go in for a few items and come out with a few dozen

Usually has what I need in stock. I mostly go for party and gift wrapping supplies. Reasonably clean and lines aren't usually too long. Can take a while to get balloons so call ahead.

My daughter loves the Nestle Splash flavored waters that they carry. It's been a struggle to get her to drink any kind of water so I'm glad to find this.

Cashier was very rude and refused to give me receipt and was very prejudiced to me even mumbled something illegible under her mask as she gave me a dirty look! I frequent this store several times a week and this is first time I’ve been treated so rudely so as long as this very rude and racist employee is employed there I will go elsewhere now!

I really like this $$ tree, went in for some tupperware bowls for chips an bowls for dip, found both an they had lids. They have alot of party items an cleaning supplies an everything you need!!
