This pharmacy had a great team when Target ran it and right after CVS took over. Nicole was the head pharmacist and the techs were amazing. They knew customers by name, when you called the pharmacists and techs took time to answer your questions and help and were always friendly and would go the extra mile. NOW..this is a horrible experience! !!!!!The male pharmacist there is not helpful and rude..I'm sorry if you're short staffed but this does not excuse being rude to customers. They do not want to answer questions or do anything extra to help and he has no problem making a line of 4 or 5 people wait 15/20 min while he goes back and fills scripts. And again rude. He needs to be given some.customer swrvice training. We have been with this pharmacy for years but it is time to leave!!! Guess I'm going back to safeway.

My overall experience was great. I was able to receive the new booster shot and Flu shot without an appointment. The entire process too less the 10 minutes. The pharmacist was amazing and administered the shots without any pain whatsoever!

Good staff that are doing their best while being understaffed.FYI - there is no way for them to make you pay more. The cost has everything to do with your insurance.

I’m so done with this pharmacy. Long hold time over the phone and very seldom do you get a nice technician that answers the phone. They’re rude in person as much as they are on the phone. They act as if you’re interrupting their day when helping clients in the pharmacy….even though that’s their job. Switching to the CVS in Laplata next door. They’re always overly pleasant and helpful.

Our son has been sick since Thursday and the CVS his prescription was sent to, was out of stock but never informed us. We called the CVS in Target and Tyra was able to confirm the antibiotic was in stock and cancelled the hold from the other store and we were able to get his medication without delay. Tyra was very professional and extremely helpful to our son’s needs. TYRA ROCKS!!!

I’ve had more issues than I care to think about with this pharmacy located in Target. Constant issues with the way they process insurance, causing me to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of their inability to process insurance correctly. I moved from CVS pharmacy to Target pharmacy years ago. The minute CVS took it over, everything went downhill

Changing my review. I had been going to CVS pharmacy for about 10 years. Maybe more. I had a wonderful relationship with the last pharmacist and technicians. Whoever these new people are, they’re HORRIBLE. The new pharmacist, Edwina, she did not want to help me. My husband ended up having to call her to try to get help. I am severely ill, I’m 29 years-old, on oxygen, and getting several infusions a week. I am in over my head with medical calls, paperwork and the stress of my incurable conditions. Any time there was an issue with my prescriptions, the other pharmacists would contact them my doctors directly. I’ve never been advised to call the doctor myself by any pharmacy if there was an issue. She told ME to call them, so I’m playing phone tag and can’t get them to communicate. I was very frustrated and nervous about not having the medication I needed. I had ONE pill left of a medication that is dangerous to skip or miss doses for. I had already been struggling to get ahold of someone from my doctors office for 2 days to get this medication filled. My actual doctor was on maternity leave, and another doctor was covering for her. That doctor messed up my prescription and so the pharmacist couldn’t fill it. While that’s not her fault, the way she handled the situation was wrong. She was callous, short and rude when I told her I needed this medication. She just said “call your doctor.”That is HER job. She had an attitude problem as well. It is much easier for the pharmacy than me to get in contact with the doctors office. The way she lacked empathy, avoided helping was just too much for me. If you don’t like people, then don’t work with people. I’m tired of heartless people like her working in the medical field when people with chronic/severe conditions have so much to deal with. CVS, your company sucks. I called Safeway to have the rest of my prescriptions sent over to them. I’ve had them get my prescriptions for the last year but I guess we missed some. I’m absolutely DONE with CVS. Went to CVS pharmacy for 10 years with no issue until you all hired this heartless people.

Niesha took care of my issues over the phone. She was amazing and so helpful. I had called about my prescription before but that person was not able to help. I am quite relieved and happy today. I'm sure she is a busy person but I suggest you ask for her.

I have been to this pharmacy for about a year. You would not know that this team is just as busy as any other pharmacy in the county. They don't convey to their customers that they are overburdened, they seem to be glad to provide a service. Nicole Frontanes makes an effort to greet every customer with a smile and knows most customers by name. Strong Leadership = Strong Team = Happy Customers = Pay Raise
