If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy in this store has descended into absolute chaos all the time. The lines are crazy. The security gate is stuck down (for the last 3 weeks) so you have to shout your personal information from the complete other end of the counter, to pick up your meds. The staff is completely overwhelmed, the area behind the counter is a mess, the entire setup is a disaster area.I’m not here to criticize the staff. The staff are worked so hard they appear to be zombies. I’m shocked they haven’t all just quit. The company has continued to take in more customers and has made not one improvement to accommodate the overwhelming amount of customers.Come on CVS. you’ve made a ton of money. How about doing something to improve your customer’s experience and your employees mental health?

The pharmacy is a joke. It's a mad house at any given time, lines both inside and the drive thru. Today, the Pharmacist showed up 3mins before they were suppose to open. And then when they opened, proceeded to spend 10mins arguing with another customer. The customer did what her doctor told her to do. They had my prescription on 9/28, I JUST got the notification this morning that it was filled. It should not take that long. This pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare since changes were made. The techs look like they just rolled out of bed.

Couldn't find Bright Reveal Brightening pads by L'Oreal. I like the self checkout. Smaller store.

Sick and waited 3 days for antibiotics to be filled, still has not been filled after they told me they had it there and it would be ready in 15 mins, came back an hour later still nothing! Terrible pharmacy... will never use again!!
