They need more people working here. I’ve been here twice recently and there’s only 1 person working. Issues with people’s insurance, the phone, and walk-ups; it’s now 15 minutes and now finding out she can’t fill the prescription without the doctor speaking to insurance company. If they had enough employees to assist when I first came in two weeks ago asking to update my insurance, I would have had time to work this out with insurance. Instead, I was told by the pharmacy employee that he was too busy and to come back another day. So unacceptable! Don’t come here if you really need help because there won’t be anyone to wait on you. There total incompetence and lack of caring is evident and in full display. Definitely changing pharmacies.

CVS needs to step it up here. This was always my go to pharmacy in the area because I could knock out a few errands too. Lately they only have one staff member working. Today they were closed with a sign saying they would be back at 5:35. They came back at the scheduled (unscheduled?) time but again only one person working and the line is 6 deep and hasn't moved at all. I'm debating moving my prescriptions to the local pharmacy.

Went today for a scheduled Covid booster and flu shot. This experience was a complete waste of time. When I arrived there was no one at the window. When the pharmacist acknowledged me, she mentioned she was working by herself and she would be with me soon. After waiting for a few minutes, the pharmacist got back to me and she could not find a way for my insurance to cover the cost of my Covid vaccine. She said that she entered the required information however she could not get the system to accept the codes , etc. After several attempts and 30 minutes later I left the store without my vaccine and several people in line to be seen. Not a good experience at all. She offered to give me myflu shot however I declined because I wanted to get both at the same time. I don’t blame the pharmacist at all for my poor experience. I think she was doing the very best she could do under the circumstance, however I did not like the fact that she had no one to help her and I think she was flustered with the inability to get my insurance information correct in the system to pay for my Covid vaccine. I will not return to the location for any pharmacy services again! This was a complete waste of time

Been on hold for 20 minutes with the pharmacy to check on a prescription status. Was asked dob told him and got the response of what? And immediately put back on hold. Still waiting. Ridiculous.
