Cotton & Co. is truly a unique find in the country. The moment you walk in, it's very welcoming and downright feels good. The store set up is a 2-story eye-catching mix of handmade products and unique finds from local vendors that sell their products from the location.The holiday season is on display here, and if you can't find something for your home, you weren't looking.The owners were on hand and allowed me to snap some pictures to post.Cotton & Co. is worth the drive, and helping the local merchants in this day and age is priceless.I definitely recommend it.

Cotton & Co put on a very nice holiday weekend this past December, with a Mr & Mrs Clause. I am sorry to say that this was my first visit, but pleasantly surprised by the size of their shop and the wide range of merchandise. There's so much variety I can't really list here. But still stuck in my mind is jewelry, fiber arts (loved all the little mushrooms!!!), scarves, decorations, and much more!! I have a feeling they have a lot of seasonal items that rotate out as well. This would be a great go to for gifts, if not just to treat yourself!!

Unique & tasteful converted barn boutique offering; home decor, furniture, jewelry, candles and more! 2-story shop with a lot to look through and a variety of styles. The second floor had different booths featuring local artists work from macrame hanging planters to wooden artwork and signs.Definitely stop in & check this place out if in town or passing through. Super sweet staff, offering us coffee or tea upon arriving. Looking forward to going back during the spring time!

A little out of the way but definitely worth the drive! A lovely collective showcasing local small businesses, artisans, and crafters featuring everything from clothing to decor. I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner, Julie while I was there. She and her staff were so welcoming and helpful, and their excitement and passion for the shop were palpable. I love everything I purchased and my wife and I will definitely be back soon!

Cute Cute Cute !! I got the most adorable fall dress for a wedding, fall decorations and stayed healthy with a big jar of local elderberry syrup the girls working we’re amazingly professional and sweet. This is a must go to.

The Cotton that was has died at the hands of Julie, the new owner. As an original vendor that was a part of the Motley Crue under Jess, the previous owner, I know what a gem Cotton was. An eclectic mix of products and a safe space for all, you could shop for anyone. Now the company only caters to the sad beige trend loving WASPs. The owner threw out the crystal dealer & anyone who didn’t provide that “sad beige Christian people” vibe. As the wood florist i made the cuts and stayed on. Until the “hack” that magically has not ever been publicly resolved or the harm caused handled. Instead people are banned from the page, commenting limited, and reviews on social media taken down. Based on easy internet snooping & public Facebook pages my bet is the “hack” was her mother (yep the one with the 5 star review on here) who accidentally posted it to the business page based off the things she shared on her public Facebook page. After exhausting behavior (refusing to communicate in writing to allow a paper trail, gaslighting, flat out lying, and blaming the previous owner) from Julie when I attempted to talk to her about the “hack” and address the fact being a bigot is a bold look I chose to leave. (Which was a nightmare of its own as I had problems every step of the way with leaving early due to their behaviors. Much of my stuff was missing or broken, which baffles me with video AND AUDIO recording capabilities.) Anyway, the shop seems to be having trouble finding vendors to replace the ones quickly leaving based on the sparse look of the shop when I last was in it…probably because no one wants to play with bigots if I had to guess….anyway avoid at all costs unless a right wing WASP. Also should be telling all the positive reviews since opening can be checked off Julie’s personal Facebook…long story short if you’re BIPOC or LGBTQ+ avoid.

I visited Cotton & Co for the first time today with my baby. The selection of home goods, clothing, and jewelry was impressive. A lot of seasonal fall items were on display. While the building isn’t stroller accessible (it’s a refurbished farm building), the owner was very accommodating and helpful with getting my stroller up and down the stairs. She made great conservation and even found a quiet place for me to nurse my daughter after she woke up from her nap. I appreciate establishments that are supportive of breastfeeding moms! I ended up finding some unique items for my home. I will definitely come back!

First time here and I was taken back by the amount of products this store carried. This store carries everything from homemade soaps to homemade dog treats and everything in between. Multi levels made for tons of locally crafted items to be spread out on full display. The staff was warm and welcoming and the prices were average for a place like this. Great overall experience!!

So many different and beautifully displayed gift ideas! Very impressed with the high quality of inventory offered by the numerous vendors. This place is huge with plenty of space to leisurely shop with friends. I have already found some wonderful gifts for 2022!

We stopped by for the grand opening weekend! The place looked AMAZING! The building has been remodeled from top to bottom and was bright and airy. The Maryland General Store area was awesome and had tons of great stuff! I got a ton of honey and I'm excited for the Lemon and Rosemary extract I got! The rest of the store was beautiful and had neat vintage, antique, repurposed, and new items from a variety of local vendors. Every time I thought I'd seen everything I'd find a new treasure. It was really neat to walk around! We got a ton of stuff. They restock everything fairly regularly, so I am excited to go back and discover more treasures!

Cotton & Co. is a lovely vintage boutique with a variety of items, old and new, to suit anyone’s needs! From re-purposed antique furniture pieces, unique finds, to the Maryland General Store, this shop has a little bit of everything! The light and airy feel is clean and welcoming. Guest are welcomed upon arrival and even offered a full cup of coffee! Guests can spend hours searching for treasures and still feel like they need to return the following weekend. It was shared with me that the vendors are constantly bringing in new items so I can wait to return to the store often! A real treasure for Carroll County...make this a regular stop!

This place is amazing! Booth after booth I found something I loved (there is seriously something here for everyone)! We were welcomed by our choice of coffee or hot tea which we were able to sip on while shopping. I will definitely be back here again and again, judging by their Facebook posts it looks like there are always new finds coming into the store.

I love the renovations , the new vendors and general store that have been added to thie Cotton & Co. The building feels lighter, more open and fresher since the renovations. The new owners, Jess & Chris have invested their hearts & souls into this project and its undeniable as you enter the building. I love the blend of old with new products and the variety of styles to choose from.
