I made an appointment for grooming my dog and the package included nail trimming, also when I checked in I emphasized that her nails need trimming . But at checkout I noticed her nails weren’t trimmed!! And when I asked the groomer rudely answered she did not let do it!! And they charged full package!!This not the first time I have been treated in this rude manner by their associates.Sorry you missed a regular customer🤔

Called for a nail trimming appointment, and was able to secure one same day which was great. However, the service was just ok, they barely cut or grind the dogs nails and it's about 10 days now and their nails are as long as they were never done.
