While I understand transparency may not always be welcomed, I believe it's crucial to raise this issue for the sake of public health and safety.On April 30, 2024, I booked a shower for $18, expecting a clean and sanitary environment. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was met with a disturbing sight - a significant number of insects were present, as documented in the attached pictures. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the hefty price charged for the shower.Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was severely lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning procedures, including the use of disinfectants like Clorox, were not being followed. This raises serious concerns about the potential spread of germs and bacteria, posing a significant health risk to your customers.The lack of proper hygiene in your shower facilities represents a major failure in managing both safety and project risks. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. This includes a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms with proper disinfectants, followed by the implementation of a regular cleaning schedule. Additionally, addressing the root cause of the insect problem is essential.

You say if we get 60 gall9ns of fuel. We can park free. But yet there are no spots except reserve. So even after we buy our fuel and spend our money in your establishment. We still have yo pay $28 to park. We are the ones that supply yoyr freaking establishment. What a rip-off yal are. If you have no nonreserved spots left. Then we should not be given a ticket 9r harassed by your rent a cop security joke.

Hello manager of this facility. Understand something, If you're going to have a $30 "IN-STORE PURCHASE" policy to park then you can't tell people at the very last minute every "IN-STORE PURCHASE" that doesn't apply to that policy that is not qualified towards that $30 fee. You know what would save people the trouble of knowing that things like gift cards and hotel stays doesn't count? A literal sign on the door or at the register stating so in big bold letters. More than likely you're going to read this and nothing will change, so I'm going to follow up with corporate and see if your policy is posted in the store in plain view next time I stop by.

Easy parking, pretty clean lot for a truckers lot. Showers inside were clean, hot, and both reserved parking and showers were EXTREMELY easy though the TA app. Was even able to unlock my shower door with pushing a button on my app!! I didn't use it, but thought having a hotel here was cool, and Amazon lockers for delivery.

There is a prison across the street, people are constantly being released from the prison and come to the truck stop to steal stuff so they can get put back in prison, according to an armed security guard I spoke to at the truck stop. Almost all parking spaces require payment, $28 per night. There appeared to be about 10 spaces that were free on the other side of the building which includes a hotel. The staff inside the building either could not speak English or were stoned. They also couldn't care less. They were rude and unhelpful. Finally the showers were pretty dirty, and the same with the restrooms. (I didn't check the ladies restroom.) All in all I will avoid this TA at all costs in the future.

Everytime I come here the cappuccino machine is broke. Then they charge you for a bag. Like you at Aldi's grocery store or Save a lot. I never heard of paying for a bag at a truck stop. And I have been just about everywhere. No wonder their is a lot of garbage and trash. No wonder I don't go to T&A truck stops any more. They use to be great. They have went down a lot.

This place is horrible and a disgrace to truck drivers out threw America, they have a scam going on if you lose your TICKET. Even if paid you have to pay 175$ avoid at all cost . The staff laughed at me when I said I lost the ticket the security guard is rude. But little do they know I’m from CHICAGO The Wild West side a fellow truck Driver was going the the fence soon as the gate lifted I proceeded to head out avoiding the 175$ scam and not damaging my box truck. This location sucks. #HAHA TA Pilot. You suck I got the last laugh .

Worse truck stop ever. Everything have a price and is overpriced. Parking, The little cup of ranch, even the bags. Absolutely ridiculous how a truck stop could do drivers like that. The same drivers that stock your shelves. I understand this is a business, but the level of “trying to capitalize off your number one customers” is crazy to me.!

I’ve been here many times but I still seeing trash all over the place and they charge $25 CASH ONLY each single trucker for what??!!!!!??!? Management needs to hire security for people who dumped trash and charge them also someone to clean up every single piece of trash it’s on the ground . Employees never ever empty the trash cans,also we don’t know where to throw our trash because trash cans full already .

Make sure you validate your parking ticket. 50.00 to park is ridiculous.If you reserve a parking space , why not put a barcode on the reservation to scan. Some of us are disabled and can’t walk the 1/2mile from our parking space to the desk.Or give security a roll of validation stickers so when they come around to check your reservation they can validate your parking ticket at the same time.

Make sure if you park and need to go inside for a ticket, make sure the sped case woman inside writes your information down. Otherwise she will make you get out and go back inside to show her the ticket SHE wrote and handed you and tells you that you are a liar. No ma'am not this one. Not today. I had a blown tire to repair. While waiting, I had a meal at the dinner and that experience was one I haven't had before at a Travel Center.Overall, good food, clean environment and friendly staff.I was called into the shop in 1.5 hours and my tire got fixed and I was on my way in 2 hrs.5 stars.

I have traveled the whole USA and stayed in big and small truck stops but this one is a total rip off and disrespectful place for a driver. After paying my parking spot( no complaints), dinning, shower…I bought an ice cream pot and when requesting a shopping bag not to carry a cold item in bare hands during winter the clerk said it was 0.60 cents extra! Lol .I thought it was a joke! Sadly it was not.

Location, fuel station and parking organized so awfully here. You can’t u turn with truck trailer for fueling and after that go to parking. And only two hours free parking. After two hours you will pay $25 per day. If you are looking your ticket you will pay 7 times of day payment. Handsome, isn’t it?!

They have a buffet breakfast at $10 or you order from the menu.I wasn’t that hungry so went for the menu waitress really polite friendly the restaurant is clean comfortable spacious seating you have booths or or regular chairs.You have free wifi and you get your own thermos of coffee.My breakfast was perfect really enjoyed glad I had what I did.Parking area if you use the regular parking it’s free but if your a RV and larger you have to pay

One of the worse TAs there is. The people that work the checkout at the hotel side are always on their phones and make you wait for them. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. They are extremely lazy when it comes to cleaning showers. Watch one staff member just swap out the towels and didn't even clean it. Plus there is mildew or mold on the ceiling. They have the I don't care attitude because there is very little truck stops to choose from in the are. See

At capacity this place is making an additional $12,000 a damn night on the forced pay to park. $30 to park is absolutely atrocious. I see nothing here that warrants even $10, two guards at most and infrastructure that's maybe updated every decade or so. Attempt to get your rest in the 20 or so free spots they have if you're lucky.

430 parking spaces. We parked here on Saturday night, left on Monday at 7am. Parking was free. Restrooms downstairs were super clean. Country pride restaurant inside.

I see people complaining about paid parking but you have to consider where they are. Most TA's and Petros charge to park in the bigger cities, Atlanta, Tampa, Dallas, etc. One reviewer stated that if you use the reserve parking then you'll be paying over $30 for 24 hours parking. NOT TRUE. If you pay for a reserve parking spot, that cost goes toward the required purchase for free parking. Everyone pays $15 to park here or purchase $20 for free parking. If you purchase reserve parking at 10 PM, it's $18 and that goes toward the required $20 purchase so you buy $2 in merchandise and you've met your $20. Watch out where you park. Part of the lot is caving in and if you park too close, you might fall in and I doubt the TA will pay for the wrecker.

Very little free parking, staff at night and early morning are not helpful at all, I was having problems redeeming points on the app and the cashiers only response was call corporate, I then tried to use the kiosk to print out a redemption ticket and when it failed the cashier said he couldn't do anything and that again I would have to call corporate when they open, honestly not worth revisiting this location. The men's bathroom was dirty, the lines to try to exit the paid parking lot were ridiculous due to the system not recognizing people's validated parking tickets, and requiring the drivers to go back inside to get the tickets revalidated, leaving the exit area blocked.

I used to reserve and park here using ultra credit points, however they said they changed the system now I have to pay $25 to leave and still use ultra credit. This doesn't make sense because every TA/Petro lets you use ultra credit points to reserve and park without paying any extra dollar. TA/Petro should take action against the managers and staff.

Cost me $50 to park my truck for 26 hours - $30 for 24 hrs and then $10 for each additional hour. If I had known this, I would have gone somewhere else. Met a guy who was charged $175 for parking because he lost his receipt. They pop up on here on reviews & give useless apologies for their "inconvenient" parking - how about stop gouging truckers and everyone else? Find another truck stop is all I can recommend.
