This is the worst location I've ever been to. The extremely rude employees will accuse you of stealing if you dare to put your phone in your pocket. I went first thing in the morning so you can't have the excuse that it was a long day. Avoid and go somewhere else.

My favorite Dollar Tree location by far! The cashiers are always friendly. Inventory is well stocked majority of the time. Love the 2/$1 cards!

Hardly any workers. Inside of the dollar tree smelled bad. There was not enough carts. Final straw was that there was only 1 person working with register and it was a line of 8-10 people including myself. I had to drop my basket and leave.

Why are so many Dollar Tree's a disaster to shop in? Many of the aisles were not stocked and items were strewn everywhere! I left buying nothing because of the condition of the store. Want proof? If I could give a -1 I would. First I would like to say I used to work at the Dollar Tree and I know company policy and expectations. Upon entering the store, no one greeted me and there were 2 associates standing in the front at the registers (no one was in line) - 1st issue. Secondly a store associate was stocking the shelves and looked right at me and said nothing - issue #2. The third issue is the most irritating one, I went to register 2, no one was in front of me. I approached the lane begin placing my items on the belt, and noticed that the cashier (Carrie) was on her phone. (When I worked at the Dollar Tree phones were not allowed out while on the clock; especially in front of customers) so I began placing my items on the belt. Cashier never looked up, never said hello or anything. So i said "maam are you open?" She said yes, I'll roll you in a second, don't worry" while she continued to play on her phone. By this time there were 4 other people waiting. She took her time, and finished what she was doing on her phone. I walked away to place my basket on the rack and came back to the register, because at this point she probably thought I was leaving the store then that's when she began ringing up my items finally. She never said I apologize, nor even made eye contact. I just stood there shaking my head and thinking to myself "Wow Dollar Tree has surely changed." She finished ringing my items up, then scowled "Do you want a bag?" I said "yes thank you". She put my items in the bag, I paid, she ripped off the receipt then shoved it in my bag. I'm not one to complain or write reviews but this unprofessional lack of customer service I've ever seen. Dollar Tree, please teach your employees to do better. I know people have bad days but this was just totally unacceptable. Carrie you need to do better! You work in a customer service industry.

This is the only dollar tree I’ll shop at in the area. It’s a bit far from my home, but compared to the one in Columbia this one is so much nicer. The store is pretty well organized and clean and there aren’t any drug deals going on in the parking lot, so that’s a plus. It’s also a larger store so they have more things than the smaller locations. It’s usually pretty busy every time I go, so be prepared to wait in line for a while.

Management/Customer service was absolutely terrible, unprofessional and unacceptable. How can I get in contact with a regional/district supervisor?Just because the products are worth a dollar, the customer service shouldn't be worthless. Zero starts if possible.

Without a doubt worst Dollar store ever. I moved in this area about two years ago, and since I’ve been here, the store has never been consistently open. I’ll come 3.5 hours before closing, and they’re always somehow closed, with absolutely no explanation on the door or on google. Today I decided to come before noon, I told myself “there’s no way they could possibly be closed right?” Somehow, it’s 11:30 AM as I type this and they’re closed. I needed medication and candy for my family. I never leave google reviews, but whoever the manager is either needs retraining or needs to be fired, this is ridiculous.

I'm giving 4 stars because who doesn't love the dollar store! I especially love the decorations. However, recently when I went, I unfortunately had the worst customer service ever! The lady would not wrap breakables for me and after I offered to wrap them myself, she was still very rude. I kept telling myself to calm down. I just remembered that post-pandemic, places are short-staffed and workers are probably overwhelmed. Still, as someone who works in customer service, I do my best to always check my problems at the door. I wish that whatever is going wrong there be fixed and that the workers can put a smile on their faces. Please pay them more!

The store has many deal there are items that cost 4 times the price at Giant or Safeway the same brand same quantity exactly the same for a dollar instead of 3.99 or 4.50. The down side and its a big one the managers are poor at best they will only have one line open with customers backed up all way to back of the store. The cashier is really working hard as usual the manager will be standing joking with two or three employees by the lines which drives the people crazy and trust me they get vocal in that store.. l say if your low on funds and got plenty of time this store is for you but if your on a short lunch break the place will suck the soul right out of you.

This store is clean, and well stocked. I ordered 100 charger plates online and my order came in on time. I was delighted because initially the order had a delay, not sure exactly why...maybe due to weather conditions. Nevertheless my order came and I am happy. Thank you!

The only good thing I can say is I Always discover good finds. *PLEASE READ ⬇️*However Manager was ill prepared for Her duties today. Clearly there is signage on the Front Door denoting "MASKS MUST BE WORN". She was at the Front Door and failed to enforce it. Next, there was clear and present theft happening and it was blatantly ignored. Out of concern, I asked her about Security. Her response was,"We don't need Security!"Then on the heels of it all, at checkout the Register malfunctioned and wouldn't give Receipts (Register 2). This Young Lady (Manager) started being unprofessional to the Cashier. It's wasn't her fault the machine was not working properly. And then She basically started yelling at the Customers to switch lines as She is yelling at them,"Cash over here and Cards over there!" This would have been halfway alright if She wasn't so nasty. The Customers didn't deserve to be treated with such animosity due to her unpreparedness and started getting annoyed with her Performanace.From where I was standing (Front door to the right) I could visually see theft in progress. At that point, I was done with her snarkiness and left with my purchase.Not needing Security...On the contrary, you do. Dear Dollar Tree...This store is a mess !!!Security needs to be in place, rules need to be followed. Manager needs to be retrained and more Cashiers are needed. However, I know this is not a Big Box Store and It's Security levels are very laxed. But your P&L will reflect this issue and will result in the long-term No Bonuses, Raises and or Closures. Recommitment is necessary.

They should just shut down this location bc they are never open! I resort to the surrounding counties when this is only 8 mins from me. BTW The management is very ghetto to say the least and I feel bad for the workers who have been there for a time now! There has been a sign on the door of them opening an hour later than the original 10am for 2 months now & if not that sign it's the other one where they are just closed due to having no management for the day lol can't make this stuff up!

This is a bigger Dollar Tree and are stocked quite well. I went looking for cell phone cases and they had some for the model of phone I have. Their section of seasonal products was pretty extensive as well. I'll be soon to stock up for holiday decor.

This store is HUGE. It has a lot of selection and the shelves looked organized to me. There were 2 cashiers. The one that took my stuff greeted me and said have a great day! This store has more options than the Hanover, MD one a few mins out. Will be coming here more often.

The cashier was very rude and argumentative and when told this she argued more. An item that had been in the Easter aisle was in a basket marked 4 for a dollar she said it was labeled springtime so it was a dollar. It doesn't seem like much but she was so rude about it. We asked to talk to the manager he came up and never said a word never apologized never explained why the candy in the basket was not marked down the whole time the cashier was talking over us to him he seemed too scared to talk on his own . You may want to avoid this store I guess that's the reason this store is hardly ever busy who wants to be treated this way not me.

I was unexpectedly surprised when I walked in the store. While inventory was lacking for some items, what was available, was sufficient. There were several boxes in the aisles that needed to be unpacked and placed on the shelves, so I will go back later in the week.

Disrespectful and definitely not professional. Two women cashiers who both claim to be managers. One cashier (wearing a mask)had her light on but kept telling customers she was closed. The other had her light off but didn't tell customers she was open. The one with the light on actually turned away customers after waiting in her line and sent them to the longer line and then accepted other customers. Lines were super long due to all of the confusion. The two ladies then proceeded to argue with customers. One of the ladies finally offered to ring my friend but the other manager cashier took off her mask just to say to the other cashier not to postpone her break for us. When I told her thank you she proceeded to say, "first of all I didn't even call YOU over here." It was a mess. I could go on but I've said enough. I hope this two weren't actually managers.

Usually here the day and night shift are SUPER kind and smiling with a pleasant attitude. Today I went shopping and a manager rung me up. I didn't feel very welcoming with a smile, great smiles and welcoming attitude means alot.

The young woman who helped me with my ballons was pleasant and helpful. However the older woman at the register is just completely miserable. I know people have bad days. But there’s no excuse to treat people that poorly.

Still the best deal in town for helium balloons and licorice, even simple cables and batteries. if you lose sunglasses all the time. buy a few extra pair; just make sure they are marked uv 100%.

I bought multiple items at this location and two weeks later I attempted to exchange three of them. This is permitted and printed on receipt. After I stood in a long line, the cashier refused to exchange the items. I was told to go to another register where I got the same response. No exchanges due to COVID. They called Kia, store manager, to the front. Unfortunately for me Kia had left for the day (not yet noon). The receipt is not stamped no return. There is no sign posted on the door. It is June 12 and covid exchanges/returns have gone back to normal everywhere else I shop.

Worst Dollar Tree I have seen. I went there to buy balloon for my daugther at 9:01 pm and the person who works there did not let me in with a very rude approach. She claimed that the store was closed. Even if there were people at the register and on their door window it says it closes at 10:00 PM, she did not let me in at 9:01 pm which was very dissappointing. It is really against the customer's satisfaction.

Always well stocked. As of now they have their back to school supplies on the shelves. Early Bird gets the pencils, notebooks and folders!!😂 I would have given them 4 stars but the parking situation is a bit hectic.

EDIT: ***it seems googles “local guide” label is causing this abysmal location to get over 3 Stars. There are 2 other DT on the same hwy/street that blow this location out of the water. Stop cappin.***This store should close its doors. I cannot fathom what profit is being made here. I’ve been to this location multiple time as I am a dollar tree diy enthusiast. The shelves are bare. The ONLY stocked area was the new Halloween stuff. Honestly the pictures speak for themselves. For my fellow DT lovers don’t come here. There’s no joy.

It's a dollar store in every sense of the word. Yet, I find myself going there for more and more things, and they have them. So, either dollar stores are getting better, or we are wrong about what they actually sell. Check it out, you will be pleasantly surprised at the selection and staff.

Store was one of the neatest and organized dollar trees I've seen. Employees were pleasant and very helpful. Store was fully stocked and clean. Will be shopping here soon.
