Came in today for vitamin calcium 600mg. I could not find it anywhere and the last time I had it was with other prescribed prescription. Asked the young girl working at the pharmacy if she could help me. She just said NO. That’s it. Very rude, bad attitude. Tried to look at her name but she also tried to get her hair cover it.

This CVS is fairly new so it’s has more open space and cleaner. I was with the one on Waterloo for almost 20 years until they coukd not keep my blood pressure and heart medicine in stock so I switched to the Port Capital CVS😃

I was charged for a prescription despite having long ago satisfied my deductible. I brought this up at the window. No response. I next called my insurance and they confirmed that I should not have paid. They then transferred me to CVS. No one picked up the phone. I then called the phone number on the prescription. I spent ten minutes until someone picked up the phone. They informed me I'd need to come in to the pharmacy again. I logged in to CVS to see if there was any contact option there. There was not. Wow, how long have I spent so far trying to get CVS to fix what they screwed up? I'll now drive back to the pharmacy. What an extreme waste of my time, and what a poorly run company.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I placed my order over the phone and received the text message when it was “ready” just to arrive to be told that my prescription was sold out. I never received a text or call back when it was back in stock. They never communicate although I’m signed up for communications. Drive through is always closed.

Been on hold for over an hour and 40 minutes. Ironically, I was trying to reach them to save them time by telling them to not fill a dropped off prescription. This is ridiculous. If you need to speak to a pharmacist definitely don’t consider calling this store. My prescriptions held here will be transferred elsewhere.

Sometimes fills were a little slow but I could always count on them being done in 2-3 days. I can’t say that about the other CVS’s I’ve tried in the area.
