I don't understand all of the negative comments. The gentleman who took mine and my daughters passport photos, continued to take photos until he obtained photos that would be accepted. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs have all been nice to me. Even on the two occasions when my prescriptions were not ready, they explained the circumstances of the delay andtold me when I could come back to pick up my prescriptions.

During my recent visit to your store, Tyler, a Caucasian male stationed at the front, immediately began following us upon our entry. His actions were devoid of any politeness or acknowledgment, solely focused on monitoring our movements. This immediate surveillance left us feeling deeply unsettled and dismayed, as it was clear that we were being racially profiled.The blatant racial profiling was evident from the moment we stepped foot into your establishment. It's dismaying to experience such discriminatory behavior in what should be a welcoming and inclusive space. The fact that Tyler's actions were solely driven by suspicion and not by any sense of hospitality only adds to the distress of the situation.Furthermore, the limited selection of hair products catering to diverse ethnicities further highlighted the store's lack of inclusivity. In a community as diverse as ours, it's imperative for businesses to acknowledge and address such disparities in their offerings.Unless meaningful steps are taken to address these issues and foster a more inclusive environment, I cannot in good conscience return to your store. It’s my hope that by sharing our experience, it will prompt reflection and action toward positive change.I strongly advise you to cease any practices that encourage racial profiling, such as instructing store members or agents to follow people of color. Such behavior is not only uncomfortable and insulting but also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and divides within our community.

I had an amazing experience with everyone involved in my prescription needs despite the individual in the drive-through line cussing them as they fill everyone’s prescriptions and do the best job that they can. I felt tonight that the professionalism was over the top, considering the circumstances and just wanted to say thank you CVS pharmacy team.

The male pharmacy tech is unprofessional and should not be working in a pharmacy. Waited almost an hour for the car in front of me to get their prescriptions in the drivethru. When I had to wait last time they told me to come back around so other people to get their turn. So I drive up to the window after 50 minutes and am irate as my sick dogs are in the car and told them I'll take my business elsewhere and this guy says "byeeeeee" and starts to laugh like a jerkI guess CVS doesn't care to keep their customers. The female pharmacy tech had to apologize for his behavior and was professional and has always been nice and efficient. She should get a raise for working with a bunch of immature clowns.

Went to pick up meds on Friday night, computer down, ok that happens time to time Go back Saturday am, no pharmacist on staff so whole pharmacy closed. Please tell me why there are no back up pharmacist available? What's the next reason to close leaving folks without prescriptions?

Pharmacist lied to my face and told me another CVS Pharmacy filled my prescription and if I wanted to use my insurance I had to drive across town and pick it up. I will never go back and I will be reporting the store to my insurance company.

Amazing place. I ordered a few photo (same day pick-up). After 10mins, I got text ready to pick up. The staff was kind and prepare my order exactly and fast. I can't complain!

this cvs pharmacy have the worst pharmacists ever! if i could rate a 0, i would. My daughter's eye ointment was sent there and when we went there, they couldnt find our names in the systems so i called my doctor again and the pharmacist told my doctor to call the pharmacy to talk it out. When my doctor called them, they would NOT answer the call. The staffs were laughing, joking around talking to each other and they completely ignored the CALL!! We stayed there for almost 2 hrs! we went home and after awhile, my doc called me and said it was the longest call/wait ever. Appearntly they never answered the call til the end. Im moving cvs pharmacy, worst experience ever. Their attitudes and the way they talk to people is soooo rude!! Do not go there!!!! go somewhere else to get your prescriptions!!!!

There is no way to call the store if help is needed, and that is irresponsible an plain ghetto for a store like CVS to have no customer service line. The pharmacy opens a lot later than the store, so you can not contact anyone that works at CVS for hours. This is bad for business and one of the many reasons I hate shopping here. You people really need to do better.

As a health care professional and a customer, this pharmacy is one of the most unorganized and inefficient pharmacies in the whole state. Whether you are in line waiting for a prescription pickup or trying to call in an Rx for a patient, you are waiting. And not waiting 5-10 min. Been on hold waiting to speak to the pharmacist for over an hour and still waiting. I've also waited in the drivethru for almost an hour once. Terrible. They used to be good when they first opened this location. Will be filing a formal complaint

Drive through never opened. If your just dropping off prescription script u have to stand in the same long line as pick up.. if your trying to call forget about it. U won’t reach anyone. This Used to be my favorite pharmacy now I’m going to have to change to another pharmacy unfortunately.

Worst CVS store and pharmacy experiences ever. Pharmacists unprofessional on phone, patients/customers forced to wait up to 1 hour or more to check refill status (since online account/platform fails to pull in prescriptions or prescription history correctly if at all), pharmacist liable to simply hang up on customer… several pharmacists have mentioned they’re backlogged as an excuse for prescription not being refilled by the time they first stated.CVS STORE#10528 MANAGEMENT: manage your store and resources better please.

The definition of incompetent and lazy! After being told that my prescription would be ready if I just looped around, I was then told just 15 min after that they no longer had the meds. When I asked if they can call another pharmacy to transfer the meds, they handed me a paper with a number to a store that was closed. The reason they told me they didn’t want to call was because the store was closing (this was at least 15 min before closing). Once I left, I called another branch and was told that this store definitely had enough of my meds to fill me a prescription and that it was being processed so they were confused as to why I was sent away.

Worst pharmacy ever. As a pharmacy technician this is just ridiculous. Been waiting on hold for 30 min and counting. Doctor called in script and it took almost 48 hrs for them to fill so unacceptable! They need to close it down and start over wit a new staff. Never have i ever been through this with a pharmacy!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Believe the reviews. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from any establishment. Pharmacist was rude and the other associates working at the pharmacy were rude too. They are disorganized and all over the place. They seem like they are irritated at the fact that they even have to talk to customers.

Purposely misleading about availability of prescription. First they said its available and will be ready for pick up in an hour. When I went to pickup, they said it not in stock and is back ordered.This place ignores callers who are are calling to check on their prescription status for extremely long and never pick up.Extremely unprofessional, uncourteous and indifferent attitude towards people who need medication. I hope CVS management is reading this.

I was trying to transfer my prescriptions to this location from Giant in Columbia, MD. after moving closer to this pharmacy in Jessup, MD. Big mistake, I was on hold for more than eight minutes. I have been to this location and witness the poor customer service first hand. I will be canceling my monthly subscription with them today CVS Cares, not!

IF I would have met the cashier that checked me out one of my initial visits I would take money and my Prescriptions elsewhere. If I ever have to deal with that specific cashier again I will take the time to contact all my doctors and get my prescriptions filled somewhere where its not too big of an inconvenience to be checked out but a cashier.

This pharmacy has yet to get my prescription correct. My doctor sent it a bunch of times electronically and they kept saying they didn’t have it. So i brought it in physically and they STILL gave me the wrong medication. They NEVER answer the phone so only way to talk to them is to go in person. This pharmacy is the absolute WORST .

Do not order poster photos from this location.Was supposed to be a 12x18 Glossy Poster.What I received was cut all wrong and uneven and there was at-least 4 extra inches of vertical white space above the top I had to cut off myself before later realizing how crooked the sides were when I framed it.

Loved the pharmacy staff ! Always prompt and sent reminders when prescriptions were ready! During the pandemic, appreciated ability to get my shots 2 mins from my house + the flu. Keep up the great work everyone !

Update 2/2023: I've been waiting on the phone for the pharmacy for 1 hour and 21 minutes. Yes--that long. This does not include the 32 minutes of waiting earlier today. I hate to jump on the bandwagon of hating on the pharmacy but that's just entirely too long. I feel like they must keep people waiting on the phone so customers can just hang up on their own. I know the drive thru has been down for a couple weeks now (they may be back up and running now, idk). But come on now, let's do better. If you don't have the staff to answer the phones, I'd rather you not even provide a telephone option.*sigh* I go here often due to the proximity to my house. Now, Im glad they put in the self check-out kiosks (although i hate those irritating bags!) but the place is usually packed. We need some alternatives/competition...like a Rite-Aid/Walgreens across the street 😏. The staff are really nice though so that’s a plus!

Terrible customer service at this CVS. I went to the doctor and they sent my prescription there around 7:00pm and I drove right to the pharmacy as I needed the prescription that night. I called ahead and asked if they could fill the prescription before closing and I was told that they could (the lady on the phone was beyond confused about my question but assured me they could fill it). I show up around 7:15pm and am told they cannot fill my prescription tonight and if they could I would have to wait 45 minutes. I insisted that I needed it tonight and could not wait 45 minutes and the pharmacist raised his voice at me saying that he has not had time to use the bathroom therefore he cannot fill my prescription. At which point I left because I was in shock. I had to suffer through another night without my medication because of the rudeness of the staff here. I will never go to another CVS again, this is the 2nd one I have tried because of similar bad service.
