I drove over at 4:30 in the afternoon from Columbia Maryland and a sign on the door says "lunch time back in 45 minutes"- but no further notice as to when they left!

If you go to this store and meet Donny, you know you're in good hands. He was so kind and patient with me even after my debit card was giving me problems and I had to call my bank. He's truly a ray of sunshine and deserves a raise. If I could give me more stars, I would.

I went to this location yesterday looking to purchase an I phone 14 and was told to go to apple. I asked for the 13 and was told they are out of stock. I asked for the 11 and was told it would be any where from an extra 150 to 250 bucks along with an activation fee.I tell him I’ve been with this carrier for over ten years. Why would I have an activation fee. He said well that is for me an the owners to split. Another (WW) customer walked in while I was being waited on and he just went to the next customer with out even showing me a phone. When o interrupted and asked if I could see a phone he told me they don’t bring them up front because he doesn’t want them to be stolen. I left there with no idea of phone pricing. Did not feel like a valued customer. I damn near felt discriminated against.

I had a HORRIBLE phone experience with Cricket customer service. The gentleman said he was filling in, but his customer care was on point! I didn't get everything I asked for, but he met me halfway and treated me with kindness and respect.

The location is great. There are many shops and plenty of parking right in front of Cricket wireless shop. I was greeted warmly and the attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also wanted to upgrade my services to unlimited plan which he did without problem. If you want a great phone and wireless service go here.

I bought a phone here twice. I've needed help with a few things on my phone and everytime I've been there a guy name J has always helped me so , I can get the most use out of my phone. J is very professional and provides excellent customer service. I'm glad I decided to switch to Cricket. Also the Motorola G7 holds charge up to two days. I love this phone.

This location is so bad it will really make you want to disconnect your cricket service and go somewhere else. Sullen, lazy, snide employees that make no secret of the fact that that they have contempt for customers and have no incentive to provide any service. I see a couple of people have gotten lucky and found someone who actually wanted to sell them a phone. I think if you happen upon the right shift and make it known that you are spending a lot of money, you might be ok. Otherwise, they seem to relish their nasty attitude, screwing with customers, and refusing service.

Today, I just experienced one of the rudest situations I’ve had in a long time, at this store. Went into this local Cricket dealer in Jessup. Took my time to read and look at display cell phones. Finally decided on a phone to purchase. I asked to see the phone as I wanted to touch it and get a better feel for it. The young female associate told me that before I could touch the phone, I had to purchase it. Not being sure of what I heard, I repeated back what she said. She said that I had to purchase the phone before I looked at it. I then saw the male associate nod, as if to say that she was correct. I left the store not believing what I heard. I came back to the store about a ½ hr later (after giving myself some time to take in what just happened at this store earlier). When I walked back in the store, the two associates were still there. The male associate was assisting a customer, who was looking at and touching a cricket phone from the store. I informed them that I was in the store earlier and was told that I could not look at a phone unless I bought it first. I then asked if this was the Cricket’s policy or their store’s policy. The lady said that it was Cricket’s policy. I stepped out of the store and immediately called Cricket to ask if this was their policy. I was informed by the Cricket agent that this was not Cricket’s policy. I then stepped back in the store and told both associates that they were not being truthful when they said that this was Cricket’s policy. I told them that I was going to lodge a formal complaint about what happened. Then the male associate said that I could look a box of the phone that I wanted to purchase (without the phone). I told him that it was too late for that. I then said to both of them that,” I won’t say what was going on here, but that they could do the math”. I then asked for the regional manager’s name, the male associate said it was Don, but that he did not know his last name (right!!!). As I went to exit the store, he then snidely remarked for me to have a good day. I stated that I was having a great day until this situation. I then came home and contacted Cricket and lodged a formal complaint against this store. If Cricket is going to allow people to be individual dealers, then those people need to reflect policies based on fairness and not skin color. Perhaps if they had asked me if I were a Cricket customer, they would have been privy to my account information by realizing that I have been a Cricket customer for almost 5 years and not assuming that because I was an African-American female, that I was planning on doing a “snatch and run” of their phone. Shame on this store and their, seemingly, racist sales associates. Can’t forget to mention that the associates were also of a minority group.

Cricket Wireless has to be the best deal going for phone service. We put 5 people together and pay $20/month for 2.5 GB of service. That's a phenomenally good deal and you're on the AT&T network.This store is pretty lackluster, but they got the job done for getting a new phone. Staff was very helpful.

I have used cricket daily paygo for a few years with no problems (first 1 dollar a day, then 1.50 a day). Now all of a sudden they have decided that all "nonlocal" calls are billed as long distance, which is considerably more. They told me that they consider calls from area code 443 to the overlapping area code 410 as long distance, and in many cases they also will charge calls from area code 443 to the same area code 443 as long distance as well.
