I am really disappointed in my most recent experience here. I have been coming here my entire life and spending MORE money to support a local pharmacist rather than a CVS or Walgreens. I will no longer be making that choice. I stopped in to print three photos and grab a few things. One of the photos printed incorrectly and we asked for it to be taken off the receipt. They refused to do so because they said it wasn’t their problem. It was $4.99 for a mistake that although they didn’t personally cause, they are certainly in ownership of, and they refused to even hear us out after 30 years of supporting this small business. That is not how loyal customers should be cared for and they lost my business today. I hope it was worth it.

I’ve always gone to the big chain pharmacies until I moved to jarrettsville and I am so happy I switched. They are so nice and helpful! Plus a great local spot to stop if you need something last minute.

I come into Jarrettsville Pharmacy once every two weeks. They are excellent at what they do. I never have any issues and would recommend to family, friends, and co-workers without any hesitation. They really are great.

I will never use another Pharmacy. Great Staff and local to my home. If they do not have the medication you need (which is rare) they have it the next day. Very Pleased with my experience!!

Me and my wife traveled up from florida to visit our daughter,grandson and son in law.We usually for our scripts filled at cvs ( nationwidechain) and were told we would not have an issue getting them filled in maryland.Well we get here and that's not the case.CVS would not fill them because they were out of state scripts.(norcotics).The folks here went a few more steps to get the approval to fill these for my wife. Thanks alot for the help.

I really like how convenient the location of Jarrettsville Pharmacy is to the surrounding neighborhoods. I have lived in the area for over thirty years using only this pharmacy and highly recommend their services.

I wouldn't even think about going to any other pharmacy! They always take care of everything, especially if we don't have any refills...they call various doctors to get it all sorted out.
