The transaction was smooth and this store is my number 1 pick for the DMV area! The store is clean and well organized. I could not have asked for a better experience! My plumber was able to installed it after purchase the same day! I am very grateful to God and the awesome store team! Thank you!

April 20, 2024- I stopped by the store to buy plastic gloves, leaf bags, wipes, and room deodorizer. I love Home Depot but I really wish it was easier to locate stuff! The store team members are very helpful and nice in assisting you with questions and where things are! The self checkout is good and quick. a

Was in urgent to purchase faucet for a bathroom vanity sink. Made an online order in The Home Depot account. Waited for more than one hour, but received no email nor text notification! This was not the nearest store, so had to drive 10+ miles. Stood in line at Customer Service for longer than fifteen minutes, because they did both returns and in-store purchases. At my turn, it had been longer than two hours from my order. The staff reviewed my order, than began calling staff at the plumbing on PA. After three announcements over five minutes, nobody reported to the call. Another staff at Customer Service took the printout and went checking. After five or so minutes, the staff came back saying that faucet wa out of stock! 1. Why the online system showed 3 boxes in this store, but it was actually out of stock? 2. Why nobody processed my order and notified me so I did not need to waste my time driving and waiting? 3. Why your staff failed to apologize but just said “yes, that’s just it”?

After years and years of using this particular store, I have officially had it. The incompetence of the people who work here has no bounds, despite any store managers' efforts to the contrary. The inventory doesn't match inventory posted online, 25% of the time nobody can answer a simple question or help you find what you are looking for, security is super-lax and theft (from customers) is rampant. Home Depot really needs to step up it's game here and provide better (financial/benefit) incentives and better training to its employees at this location.

The delivery driver was very professional and very efficient with the delivery and installation of the washer and dryer. They were very good and smooth. That is exactly what customers like. I give the driver and his helper a 10 because they were very very good.

This Home Depot is near Mall at Prince George's. Home Depot offers a wide variety of House Hold Essential, Furniture, Home Good Items, Lawn Equipment, Supplies, Do it yourself project and many many more options available to choose from. Store was clean. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and friendly. The parking lot can be busy, and not many parking spaces available.

In the early 2000's, I bought Bali blinds from a Home Depot in Arlington, VA, for my previous home and they worked great for the next 16 years. In April 2017, I bought the same blinds from this Home Depot and in the seven years since, two of them have completely broken and all of them have become extremely hard to raise and lower.

If you can avoid this Homedepot,please do.Their customer service is horrible.You see "employees" walking around. When you ask them for help, they tell you they they will "go get someone that can help you." That someone never shows up.When you request a manager, the manager is "on break or a meeting."

Waited 20 minutes with several others for tool rental pickup for an employee to finally show up. Went to return and it has been 30 minutes and now the line is 5 people deep with no one in sight. Awful service except for one person who kept assuring us someone would show up. Abysmal.

I went to this home depot this day 01/03/24 between 5pm and 6pmI was at electric area grabbing what I need I took 2 pieces from an open box of 3way switches was a box about 1 feet to 2 feet deep. The person who was working at that time told me already upset push that box back were it was if you don't do that you are not allowed in this e-store. He when to the cashier and points me that the guy who is not allowed in this store I felt discriminate I didn't know that a new rule them you have to put everything back were it was.I will bring my business to other placeI askto the manager if I'm not allowed in the store she said I can't tell you that. But how he has the power to tell someone do not come to this place I had materials prepare foto pay for next day I had to leave becouse I don't want to give my money place were not care about customers he did ask usin mann9he just want to force me to do what he want

The prices were good; however, with an older home, the doors are irregular in size, therefore, the prices I got excited about didn't apply. They were much higher! Moved on to another company. In the end, still paid more, but better quality doors overall. Better service.

I work as a contractor and as a contractor time is valuable. I constantly use PRO desk at HD Hyattsville, however on this HD we have to wait about 1:00 he to get to the desk in the morning. It will really help if guys contact more crews for PRO desk areas

A late Saturday morning in May - by all accounts, as busy as the store gets. So why, then, is this the time that they decide to run the machine to wash the floors and do restock?! I counted at least 6 aisles completely closed during this time, and only one of these had a lift accessing higher shelves. All of the other aisles were closed during that time with no one in them doing anything, and closed for the entirety of my 30 minute visit. At one point, I was in an aisle actively looking at garden tools I was going to buy, and the employees came to shut down the aisle I was in. I was rudely asked if "I wasn't going to cooperate" by dropping what I was shopping for and immediately leaving. Beyond rude and I don't understand the logic of doing these things at the busiest time and not before store opening or early in the morning. I left the store with only about 1/4 of the items I came to shop for and will be visiting a different store to purchase the rest.

Hands down, the worst HD in America, and that's saying something. Stock is never accurate. Store is never packed out. Need lumber for framing? Good luck getting a straight 2x4. Need a fitting for some plumbing work? It's like digging for treasure through bins filled with other stuff. Need a clamp or a tape or a bit? That's cute. Today's mess was trying to find a router bit the store inventory says is in stock... right...

Poor selection of hardware and fasteners. Terrible organization. Expect to spend 30 minutes looking for your screw, nut, or bolt, because nothing is where it is supposed to be. I get that it’s difficult to keep the fasteners organized, but this is unacceptable.

Whatever you do , don’t waste your time I see they deleted my first review because of the brutal honesty . Don’t shop/work at this disgusting unorganized Home Depot . Go to Lowe’s This place is a mess From the powdery floors covered in debris and dirt , to the filthy bathrooms reeking of urine and feces on the floor with ONE janitor (same one who will act like he’s not in the women’s rooms cleaning like a creep ) is assigned to clean the whole store by himself and you see him once out of the whole day . The lines are terrible ALWAYS and if you want to spare your car don’t park in their parking lot . Endless hazards (broken glass , busted paint cans , nails , you name it they don’t clean the parking lot ) You might come out to a damaged vehicle because of the many reckless drivers and loose carts . I came out to a man sitting on my car hood drinking a corona . WHERE IS SECUIRTY ?!. Not to mention if your a women carry mace because some of these foreign men will follow you to your car and catcall you . Lastly I f you are a native English speaker /an actual citizen of the U.S, the people here will treat you different than their own kind

I’ve ordered online with curbside pick up 2 times. The first time I checked in on the app and it said your order will come out shortly. That never happened. I called in the store and they said the person was on break. MMMM ok. Now today I ordered online with curbside pick up and again check in on the app for pick up. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. I called into the store spoke with a gentleman in customer service told him I was here for curbside pick up. Gave vehicle description and was told to hold please…….. on hold for 15 minutes then the order came out. A business should not offer a service if it can’t be performed as expected. POOR SERVICE
