As you might imagine, I've done a lot of shopping for pet care products and supplies over the years & found Big Bad Woof pricing to be reasonable for the multitude of high quality products and professional service they provide. Great inventory! They carry some products you just can't find anywhere else. Moreover, their customer service is hands down - the best. The staff knows about the products and can point you out to food, treats, leashes, collars, harnesses, toys, bedding, clothing, supplements, etc. for the specific needs of your pet. At BBW you won't be lost in a sea of products unsure where to find what you are looking for. Staff will be there to help. And if they don't have something on hand, they can often quickly order it for you. Always been impressed by their depth of inventory and knowledgeable staff!

Big Bad Woof is the best pet store EVER!!!! I, have a dog that's allergic to everything. Cynthia @ the Carroll Ave. Store is the best. She , recommended Pulsar Horizon Salmon dog food. It's made the difference between a miserable dog versus a playful ,happy dog! I can't thank her & the entire staff enough. Plus, the store is ALWAYS CLEAN, NEVER SMELLS & STOCKED!!! Best store in the DMV for pets!!!

Absolutely wonderful pet store! They are willing to help with anything and everything and really know their stuff! My dog is extremely sensitive and allergic to many things. They are great at helping you figure out what is best for your animal based on your specific needs.

I just moved to the neighborhood and had high hopes but was disappointed on my first visit. My wife, my dog, and I were the only customers in the store and there were 2 employees at the time. I found the food I was looking for and brought it to the register where both employees were. One was on the phone and completely ignored the fact that I was there (business phone, not personal phone but still). The other saw us approaching and walked away from the register. I stood there for several minutes before the phone call was over and was finally acknowledged by the employee. In addition, the price for the dry food we bought, Taste of the Wild, is on the high side.It wasn't a great experience and hopefully just a one time slip up. The next time I needed dog food, I just went to Metro Mutts in DC on my way home from work and never gave Big Bad Woof a thought even though I'm only a few blocks away. I'll probably give them another try in the future, however, after going to Metro Mutts in DC for several years, I have come to expect more.

Dear Big Bad Wolf,I have visited your Big Bad Wolf store located at 5501 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, Maryland 20781 for a couple of years now and love this store and all of the employees there. Today I want to make mention of one employee in particular, Ms. Darmanyia whom I've had the pleasure of speaking with and has provided excellent service.Every time I see her which is at least twice a month, she has a smile on her face. No matter the weather or time of day she manages to take the time to ascertain what my needs are and assist me in getting just the right products for my pet.Ms. Darmanyia sets the bar extremely high when it comes to providing great service to the residents of our community and should be commended for that. She is an asset to those she serves and to your organization as well. My hope is that one day soon she gets a promotion, which is what she so richly deserves.In closing, thank you for your great store, for employing so many wonderful employees and for taking the time to read my comments.

This is the best store. The staff is very friendly and love what they do. I switched my dog to a raw diet and the transition was easy. Thanks to big bad woof. You guys are awesome.
