My pup loves Dr. Echols! She knows exactly how to calm down my big excited little guy. Not just that, but she is very knowledgeable and explains things fully. The office gives you a warm welcoming feeling & the staff is super friendly as well. As a pet parent these are things that you look for when taking your fur baby somewhere for vet care. I will definitely bring him back!

Great care for my rattie boys!! Lots of love shown to both pets and owners, the clinic is clean & comfortable, plus the wait times are reasonable. One time they were out of oxygen so couldn’t do the procedure and handled the situation well by helping with the travel fare!! Highly recommend for any exotic pet parents c: !!

Very friendly staff for both animals and their human companions. I took my dog who can be a bit adventurous in new places, they were calm and treated him like an old friend. The pricing was extremely competitive in comparison to neighboring locations. Additionally, as it’s a new location, the lack of wait times and ability to meet 1-on-1 with the doctor will definitely make a returning customer!

I took Pepita to see Dr Echols as an introductory visit, and the whole experience was great. It’s convenient to have a vet in walking distance, and it’s a simple, relaxed process. Dr. Echols was welcoming, and Pepita instantly made a friend. Happy to support a local business, too!

It looks like it may have just opened recently. I was happy there were no other patients waiting when I got there. My dog wasn't feeling well and was not in the mood for any other dogs. The tech and Vet were very patient and seemed to really care about their patients. I think I found my new veterinarian.

Dr. Echols and her staff are wonderful! They are super friendly, nice, and patient with both the pets and the pet parents. I like that the rates are affordable and that they don’t try to up charge you and hassle you into getting services that you don’t need/want (which I have experienced with a lot of other vet clinics).also, The clinic is very clean and have free, accessible parking.

I’m so thankful I found this vet. I’m a college student who isn’t from this area, and I had a hedgehog who never needed to go to the vet before this, so I didn’t know where to go or what to expect. The doctors were beyond nice and kind, they treated me like family, the space was so welcoming, and they were so helpful with explaining everything and answering any questions that I had. Words can’t explain how thankful I am that I found this place, and how confident I am in my decision to bring my hedgehog here. This place has inspired me to choose small owned businesses as often I can, for whatever it is I need!
