I really appreciate the staff at the door, who’s greeting every customer coming into the store. It’s great to see the staff working the floor and registers that they really care about customers, now days good customer service is hard to find. No disappointment here, this store offers a verity of clothes, shoes, jewelry, fabric & home decor items all at an affordable price and it’s clean, and well organized.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Everything thrown on the floor a whole mess. My family and Me found a face mask box that we liked but it was opened so we looked inside to see if all the face mask were inside, A little bit after a worker comes with security saying we were stealing face mask’s and made a big show about it. She asked to check all of us and found nothing.12/17/23

THE WOSRT. I was accused of stealing for looking inside a box becuse it was on the floor throw and open and i wanted to check if everything was inside A worker came with security saying i was stealing the stuff that was inside and made security check me.

sometimes, this location is good and has things. Sometimes, it's a little disappointing. It also varies with the staff and managers that are willing to help you when things dont have stickers, etc. I spent too much money (a little short of $200) to have been treated weird today about a missing price tag. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Simple and easy transaction. I went in for a purse, quickly found someone to unlock it, and got rang up immediately. Best inventory compared to other tj and Marshall’s in the area for purses.

Great store to find a deal. Shelves always seem a little bit more disorganized compared to other T J Maxx's I have been too. Stock really does fluctuate a lot here.

I had a great visit. It was neat, clean and the checkout line was moving. I didn't get the name of my associate but she was an extremely pleasant and professional young lady. I checked out around 5:10pm today at register 3. Great Job today~~Simply OUTSTANDING actually.💛💛

Not a bad place to go find some gems. Whether its a candle, a new pair of pants, facial products its a good place to get some quick things but to shop as well. There's a ton of parking and it's great around the holidays when they have Christmas sweaters. I got the cutest light up skirt. Staff is pretty nice as well.

I was in this location on 9/5/2020and buying jewelry and the register was down . I spoke with the manager “ Eric” who was very visible and able to get “ Liliana” to grab a register in the end at the front of the store to get myself and moments later another patron in and out which was I really appreciated both Liliana and the manager Eric were great customer service. I was in a rush and gonna come back another time but it all worked out. Thank you both you made my day😉

Went in for a basket found the deal of a lifetime on a beautiful headboard with electric strips on the side! What made experience even better was the staff. They are lively and fun to work with! Specifically Ezekiel was very patient with helping us put our headboard in the car but he also noticed it was damaged. Although I still decided to make the purchase the manager was fair.

The most horrible place I have been to, I will NEVER be coming back here again. I have Never experienced such a horrible customer service in my life. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBERS. The manager named Arnetta was so rude and disrespectful I felt so discriminated I kindle asked here where I could get toilet paper they where all out and my toddler needed to use the bathroom she answered me in a very rude and nasty way told me it was going to be a while. I waited for couple min. I asked her if she could get someone else she very rudely said I had to wait all her employee’s were with other customer and They were not going to stop just because of me. I asked she speak with a manager and she rolled her eyes and said she was the manager. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? When I spend $200 $300 in your store this is the service your proving your customer with Especially coming from management, I don’t think so. I don’t usually right reviews but I had to share this with everyone.

I've only shopped here for housewares, but have been pleased every time. Stir is very well organized and has attractive displays of seasonal merchandise. Only negative is that depending on the time of day, the parking lot can be crowded/congested.

A lot of variety, very Organized and many different departments. They had a pet section for all the pet lovers. Definitely the best one I’ve been to in a while.

Now this is my favorite store everything is reasonably priced everything is there especially the little knick-knacks sides they have all sorts of little odds and ends and little things you never see this really fix up your place this is a very very very good place I really like it inside it is so nice and employees she went out of her way to find stuff for me I don't know her name but it was just so nice to be in a place that you really know how to treat their consumers

Social Distancing practice was good. Not very helpful staff as I had asked for help with an item. Two different employees didn't try to help me find it. Great merchandise though.

Every time I go to TJ Maxx it seems like it was struck by a tornado. There is too much merchandise on the floor. Lots of tripping hazards. I know this is the doings of evil customers, but maybe they need to hire someone just to walk behind people picking thing up. I'd like to hope customers would feel guilty and learn to be better human beings.

I had a great time at this T.J.Maxx is amazing you will discover some fantastic deals at this Maxx store this is better than the Ross store you will find some amazing things and products at the store they have sharper image products and fantastic selection of men's and women's clothing and fine furniture as well all so they even have stuff for your sweet little doggie chew toys and lots of things dog treats that will make them happy they have fantastic rugs lamps so much to see your going to love this store happy shopping is here

I went to the on in PG plaza this week, the old lady (african american)in the dressing room area was so rude I almost cursed her out but thought twice about it. She should learn how to deal with customers.
