Staples Offers printing documents, copying documents, faxing document, service and equipment for sale for your home, school and small business needs. Staff was friendly. Free parking garage spaces available in the rear of the building.

When I needed to print something I had to refill the printer paper myself, and the print job only printed two of ten pages. I had to talk to the store manager to get my prints, but they were helpful did it for free.

I would not recommend the TSA PreCheck service here. The system for walk-in service is down and has been down for 3 months according to the staff. They will not help you if you do not have an appointment. It’s probably best to go to another location if you need this done.

This is a pretty busy store, and so it's typically pretty disorganized. It doesn't seem like they get a lot of attention from corporate. Staff do their best with what they are given and will do whatever they can to help you. Sometimes it takes them a little while to get through a transaction but it seems to be due to a glitchy, neglected computer system rather than lack of knowledge on the part of the staff.

I was tired and unprepared (a dying laptop and my documents buried in emails somewhere), but it was down to the wire and I HAD to get this print and copy job done. I thought I would be there for a couple of hours, but Aaron and Jamil made things so simple and easy that I drove away smiling, re-energized enough to run one more errand, and still made it back home well within my estimated time! Love the self-help service AND the customer service!

Caleb really went above and beyond to help with printing materials for my wedding. Even when the printers broke down or had issues, he quickly brainstormed solutions. Very impressed by his professionalism and helpful attitude.

I love how quick and easy the lady in the back made my TSA experience. Unfortunately the other people who come for their appointments seem to be lacking basic home training and the ability to READ. All the information regarding tsa is on the godda*n site, if you lack time management skills and the ability to read do not bring that inadequacy to the workers or other shoppers. Thank you 😊.

I only came to this location to do an Amazon return, because staples advertises that they do this. The counter they make you do returns at has been vacant so long that someone brought the lady in front of me in line a CHAIR. The store isn't busy at all, I'd definitely go to another location if I were you.

Don't recommend coming here for TSA PreCheck. The unfriendly lady said my birth certificate was too big for their scanner and could't be accepted. Called TSA...rep said they've never heard of that issue. Called another PreCheck location in the DMV and they said the worker likely didn't know what she was doing. Waste of my time and gas, and now I have to go to the other location.

Rafael is so helpful at the customer service department. He has helped me on many occasions. Soft spoken and patient. Excellent teacher. Rafael helped me with transferring my documents from my email to print. Copy paper is professional. Rafael, keep up the excellent work., Nice experiences!!!

I don’t recommend printing any documents here. I submitted two documents online; the store confirmed they will be ready for pick up today at 7:30 pm. I went to the store at 7:45 pm, and they hadn’t even started printing. This is the second time I have had the same problem; however, the first time, they sent me an email and called me. I needed the documents, and now I must wait another day.

Placed an order online for same day pick up get here and they claim they have not completed to job due to the color printer being down and no one called to inform me. The latino cashier barely offered another option and no sympathy at all for the inconvenience. The manager had poor energy. People wonder why human be ready to smack someone. We’re is the great customer service skills no a days. Don’t shop at this location. Across from Pg mall

Came to this staples 3 different times to try and pick up these business cards I ordered online.1st Attempt - Machine was broken and they printed it at another staples, told me to come another time2nd Attempt - Business cards were all messed up and misaligned, looks like lazy work on their side & I PAID 40$ to align fix it. Told me they would call me and let me know when I can pick up.3rd Attempt - Received the call and they let me know that my Pick-up would be ready in ONE HOUR, got to the location & they told me it was a miscommunication and it would be ready another day.I'm done with doing business with Staples lazy work & too much miscommunication. Will not come back here to repeat business again.

The staff and the managers are friendly. They made me feel like their number 1 priority. The staff and managers know were everything is located in the store, from the smallest to the largest items. They even take you to the aisles to make sure you find the item you need. If the item is out of stock, they will tell you which store carries the item nearby. There are a lot of staff available, so you don't have to walk around waiting for someone to help you. There's always someone available. Great service, inventory, and staff. I also like the cleanliness of the store.

Staples at Belcrest center in Hyattsville Md.The copy in print center is terrible I sent in and order which was rather small they said it would be ready the next day at 8:30 it was not I can back at 12 the next day and still was not ready so sat at the store waiting for over and hour waiting for one set of drawings 13 sheets and another set 7 sheets this is crazy they had almost two days to print these two items. I will not use them for printing services ever again.

We recently moved around this area and needed couple of items for our office. Our staples experience has been Great due to an employee name Thomas. His customer service was exceptional. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He even signed us up for regards to get perks which the other employees failed to mention. His work ethic hopefully does not for unnoticed!

I came here to print some documents in the afternoon (past 5pm) and staff was friendly and helpful. I also accidentally left my wallet there so I called and they stored it for me and gave it to me as I was running back to the store. The machines can be slow to start (the workstations), the store inside looks a bit disorganized and sometimes the cashiers don't seem to be paying much attention. As far as selection for products, while it's a fairly sized Staples, it feels like it's lacking compared to other Staples. Overall, nothing terrible or dreadful, just a standard and pleasant costumer service experience.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! I have never been so pissed and angry in my life!! I had a presentation for the following morning and submitted my 6 posters to be printed before 2pm in order to be ready the same day (AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!) I arrive after a long day at work hoping to just pick up my posters and leave only to be told that no printing was done that day and it would be, instead, completed the following day. I was not called or informed this prior or I would've printed my items else where. The customer service rep quickly stated they were not here just to pass the blame. When I explained the urgency, he finally agreed to print the posters and tells me to come back in an hour. I do as I'm told only to find NO POSTERS PRINTED because of a paper jam or "technical difficulties." I ask to speak to the manager, no compassion is shown for my time wasted and my work day ruined because of the unprinted posters. I ask for a refund with takes another 30 mins. No apologies, no steps taken to resolve their mistake and unprofessional behavior. They actually went as far as to blame me for not putting a rush order on the item!!! I will CERTAINLY never come back to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here once to use the fax machine. Not bad. Very clear instructions on how to use the machines, but it would be nice if there was someone available to help. Parking can also be a big hassle, and then it's a bit of a walk to and from the car to the store.

I placed an online order for a Hyken office chair. I went in to pick it up, I have never used this service before. Let me tell you, I couldn't get in the store before a team member was in my face offering to assist me.I was totally blown away! I told him my name and that I had place the order on line and I think I was out of there is less than 5 minutes.I'm so tickled writing this that I want to order something else just to see if that was a one-off.Very impressive!!!

I had the most horrible printing experience. They have no idea what they're doing and how things work. I needed one letter size double sided color print. It took them 45 minutes and they finally gave me two one sided prints. I don't remember the last time I was this upset over a customer service. Will not go back even if my life depended on it.

The clerks were very helpful when I asked about how to synch the mouse i was purchasing with my Chromebook and my other laptop. The store was neat, clean and well organized. Overall a pleasant experience.

Came here after I spent an hour at a UPS store whose owner couldn't be bothered with my one page print job. The guy here at Staples did it with a smile in two minutes. Great print shop service.

Rude staff that don't know what they are doing. I tried to return a product that I bought online and had not opened but was told this was not possible because I did not buy it in that store even though the recite that the item was sent with said it could be returned to any staples store. After bringing this up to the costumer service representative she then made a call that lasted 6 minutes before she finally hung up and said she could not help me because she had other costumers to help. I then asked to return a pair of scissors that I had bought at that store a week ago with the recite but was asked why I wanted to do that. I then explained that it because there was an imperfection with one of the blades that affected the cutting performance. the representative then took the scissors from me and began cutting some newspaper like a kinder-gardener before turning to me and proclaiming nothing was wrong with them. I then told her I would like to return them anyway and she rolled her eyes and said " OK, but nothings wrong with them" I then took my money and thanked the representative for her help despite the crap I had to deal with and left.

Four printers and only one works! Printing a resume is not possible same day bc you have to now wait 24hrs. It’s ridiculous!
