Very disappointed. The watermelon looked old and spoiled..Be careful buying food from these international markets.Make sure you check your item thoroughly, unfortunately the watermelon I could not check, it wasn't until I cut it open...

This place is amazing. It has lots of fresh green vegetables and fruits. It’s a huge section. They also have sauces, spices and snacks from all over Asia, Jamaica, Turkey, India. Just the isle are not labeled properly, so just spend some time. The meat section is huge with lots of fresh sea food. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to try it out.

I was so excited to eat this king of fruits, and to my surprise when I open it all I saw was mold. I was not only sold a bad Durian fruit, but it was a 30mins drive to get back to this store in Alexandria. Gas prices make me feel like count it as a loss. The next time I buy one it will be from another international market if I can find it.

They had allllll different types of food with which you could easily have made thai or japanese food. 5 stars from me and I will be going back.

be careful shopping here. the cashiers are slick. they double bag your groceries fast so you have no idea whether or not everything is in your cart. you pay for all the items and then realize when you get home two-three items are missing but they're on the receipt. the cashiers scan them but don't put it in your cart. I will not come back here but lesson learned

If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I went there and most of the vegetables and fruits are rotten with mold right in the shelf .They had flies and bugs popping out of the fruits .They had half cut watermelon on the shelves not refrigerated. The place is filthy . I would not want to eat anything from there. They also had dirty mop water near the fruits and vegetables.

Average prices. Better than average variety of Hispanic and Asian foods compared to typical large scale American stores, though you’ll find more variety at typical Asian stores. Watch out for labeled “special” prices since they may not ring up at that price despite contesting at checkout. Some of the cashiers do not speak English.

Originally came here to just explore, but found Korean/Asian food items that would have had me driving a bit further out for. Convenient for getting produce as well as different ingredients. Cleanliness as well as the general presentation of the store does leave something to be desired.

Amazing selection of ethnic food of Asia, Latin America, India etc. Great prices on spices. They stay pretty busy, and the aisle space is at a premium, but a trip here is so worth it. For home or restaurant they've got you covered with bulk sizes as well as home use sizes.

I have been driving long distances to get to H Mart and other asian stores...this one was seven minutes away and had most of the ingredients I needed to make the different international dishes I love, especially noodles of all kinds, I was shook.

The store is clean, bright, and its easy to find everything you need. They have a large assortment of southeast asian groceries in relatively cheap price too! The staffs are always very polite and helpful.

A nice place for groceries. You would get Mexican and Asian (Indian/Korean/Chinese) grocery items at cheap prices. You would get fresh international vegetables of your choice. Fresh fish section is rich enough. Sometimes some items, discounted fruits in particular, may need your attention though. You can enjoy music while shopping. If you spend a minimum of $50, you would get a case of eggs (or other items).

They have a wide array of seafoods available. Most of the fresh produce appear fresh and considerably appealing.I will be weary of their packaged goods though, espercially those at the back of the stacks. My wife and I found dead insects in a large spice parket. Also when shopping for fish, look out for freshness. Some of the stock appeared to have been there for a while.Otherwise it's a good place to shop and prices are really great too.

I really like this store. That have a wonderful amount of Hispanic, African, and Asian. We have a multi-ethnic family and I cook a lot of different cuisines. The produce is a good price and they have a lot of things most grocery stores don't carry. Tons of different chilies, fruits, vegetables, and tofus. They have a great amount of spices. Im very fond of their noodle section-- they have an amazing varieties. It's where I get my flat noodles for drunken noodles. They have a whole row of soy sauce, curry pastes, and sauces. Its just delightful and I love going here.

Could not tell it was an Asian grocery with so many other people there. But it has most of the stuff I expected. But my test for an Asian grocery is the variety of soy sauces and noodles - which I have not shopped for there, yet. And most of all, to be certain it is an Asian store, if I find Asians of different ethnicities shopping there (which I found none). So it appears to be Asian by name only. Also I rate Asian by the choices of Asian goods, not just Chinese.

I have to say that I really enjoy going to this supermarket. They have such a wide selection of produce and their butchers in the meat section are very friendly and will cut your steaks up however you would like them. The rest of the store is filled with a very diverse selection of foods that you're not going to find at the average supermarket.

This market is very affordable, often costing much less than the big chains. My average bag of groceries here costs $15, and at Giant it would be $25 - $30. It as an awe inspiring assortment of vegetables and fruits from all over the world, and amazing ingredients for Latin, Indian, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines. That, and real British digestives! This is my family's favorite grocery store in the DC region, and a testamony to the regions valuable diversity.

Be VERY careful when purchasing seafood at this store is extremely dubious when it comes to selling seafood. They have great selection when they don't cheat you but if they sell you bad fish you only have one day to make the return which in my opinion is an outright scam because who goes back to a grocery store within 24 hours of the last time they shopped. I am extremely disappointed to be cheated by a store I really like. WARNING! CHECK ALL SEAFOOD PRIOR TO STORE EXIT!!!!!!

This place blew my mind when I first moved to DC. Practically every aisle is a like walking into a different country, with an impressive assortment of products (who knew there were THAT many different kinds of soy sauce/fish sauce/spicy chili sauce/mochi/dried peppers, etc...?!?). We probably head here once a month or so to stock up on everything we need for cooking our way through various cookbooks (currently: Night+Market and Jerusalem). They've always got obscure spice, fruits and veggies you can't find anywhere else, and low prices to boot.Just don't be in a hurry if you're headed here. There are usually only a few checkout lanes open and they move slowly... And realize you'll likely be on your own while shopping. I'm never able to find anyone to help me if I have a question or am looking for something specific, but the flip side of that is it's led to some superb wandering of the store, and finding sauce and things to try that I didn't even know I needed to that even existed.

Great international foods market. Some fantastic produce to check out -- 6 different kinds of yams for example? -- very clean and well presented. It's like a wonderful emporium of foods from around the globe all in one place.

It's kind of dirty and cramped, but the prices are good and they stock a lot of ingredients that are harder to find in your typical Western grocery store. Also, the fish section always smells really fishy. More so than most.

Wide variety from central and south America. Frozen and fresh seafood, fresh produce, fresh and frozen meats, even tofu! Many east Asian and African staples, as well. Parking is horrible, service is sub-par unless you speak Spanish.

They have wide array of fresh vegetables for good price... There is an entire aisle of just teas... And another of asian noodles... And another of Asian sauces... as well as Indian spices... And Latin speciaties... And beans.. and fresh fish... And meats. If you like ethnic food this is the place for you.

This is a nice place. The price of the products are very reasonable. I very often do my grocery. I must say the quality of vegetables are not always real good or of wide variety, but it is worth trying and visiting.

Fresh fruits and veggies and condiments from Asia, Africa and Latin America. Like going to markets around the world in one place :D they also give eggs and water for free for purchases over $50. But some items still missing so you may need to go to another supermarket to get everything on your list

This place is good but not consistent. The veggies are at a great price, but the quality is not always the best. Seafood always seemed fresh, and they have a large selection of international products.

Excellent selection of Asian, Hispanic, Caribbean, a African food... Very much international and the prices are incredibly cheaper than Walmart or Costco.. Only downside is that you can't bring your cart to the parking lot... Loading the groceries have to be at the curbside.. But otherwise, great place to shop... They even give you a free cartoon of eggs for $50 or more..
