WORST EVER CANT EVEN USE THE BATHROOMS OR WALK IN THE ISLES. IF YOU SHOP HERE YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO GO TO A MARSHALLS AGAIN.SAW MANAGEMENT YELLING AT A CUSTOMER OUTDIDE WHO WALKED OUT WITH A SHOPPING CART AND A BUNCH OF UNCARRYABLE PURCHASES.YELLING AMD NO METAL BARS STICKING UP ON THE CARTS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. GETTING YELLED AT ADTER SPENDING MONEY AND FOR SOMETHING NORMAL... ANYWAY THIS STORES A MESS.

I asked the lady which is in dressing room for restroom she said it’s broken. Marshal is a big place for shopping so how it doesn’t have available restroom especially in winter.

Hello my beautiful multi- cultural people.I've figured out what my problem is, I'm not normally "picky ".Thing is, while prices are high, service and quality are low, so my irritation has origin.**THIS MARSHALL'S!!! is local, well organized, friendly staff, nicely stocked and clean.The manager is on a roll👌. I like not having to drive far!!

Very clean, courtesy service and good inventory! I was very happy with their selections and prices. But I am always happy to shop in a store that looks and smells clean. The aisles were clean and clothes weren't hanging to the floor. I will shop there again👍🙏

Hospanic associate tried to guide my mom into applying for a "special discount" by telling her to give him her drivers license and "just input your social security." This method is very predatory and looked down on by most retailers.

BEWARE** a woman working there said she can give me a 10% discount then started asking for personal information never saying anything about applying for a credit card and in the end didn’t not give me any discount, took my personal information and did a credit check! The middle aged woman had no right and most likely gets paid off commission on credit card activity. Snake of a lady.

If you have time and patience, Marshalls can be a place for good bargain. I love their bedding stuff- you can get brand products at very discounted prices. Brand Jackets and shoes are another section where you can find good prices, of course it is not very easy to get the right size but you can be lucky

Store tends to be well stocked the few times I've been there. They try to make the shopping experience good for customers. If you know before hand what to expect with the quality of Marshall's and TJ Max's clothes last 3 years or so - you won't be disappointed. Gone are the heyday of pure cotton, and replaced with material that will last 2 washes maybe before it falls apart at the seems! ;) Nice dib dabs in the non clothes isles.

It should be Zero stars. This store did not open on time. On Sunday they suppose to open at 11 and they had us waiting outside in the cold until 11:10. At least 10 to 15 people were waiting outside. Than she let us in and said “who got me breakfast. Ima work even slower with no breakfast”

Really like this store. Has a lot of good things with good prices. Especially the cashiers. They are so nice. Especially this young man named Milad. He was so nice to me the other day and he is a fast worker.

Marshalls had some of the cutest purse's at a great price at pg plaza and also if you are a clearance shopper they had some of them also and the lines was not long at all ! Things was tidy and looking great . Except for one shoplifter that I feel the need to help however I was low on cash and can't stop thinking about the poor guy and if he had a family to feed or if he got locked up ? Next time I will prepare better !

Unlike a lot of other Marshall's it's obvious the manager takes pride in this store. It's clean, organized, items are clearly marked, lots of inventory to choose from which made my shopping experience good. Found 2 Adidas jackets & sneakers for under 100 bucks. Brand names for less.**parking lot available**Ross & Target in same shopping ctr.

Marshalls WAS my favorite store until today. The cashier blatantly ignored me while stood next in line and allowed 2 men to cut in front and rung them up. After that he continued to ring others up. If was open why not call me up to the register number? Instead we looked at each other eye to eye until the next cashier was free.

Store was nice, huge selection to chose from compared to other Marshall, tried to use restroom which has combination on door, asked associate which advised me store was closed and walked away, which store had over fifty customers still in store at the time. Associate could use some customer service training. I did ask for her name and advised her that her behavior toward the customer is not proper. She then told me to go there, she would open door. I went toward restroom but smell coming from was too strong to bare so i told her to disregard, then left store.
