Online it says that you can return anything to Lidl that you don’t like and they will refund you your money back with receipt and if it’s a Lidl brand item they will give you a new one. I brought back some items and store manager #8 gave me horrible customer service. She refused to replace my items and was giving me a hard time for the return. I literally brought every receipt for each item. She complained that they should’ve been highlighted for her by me. She also refused to refund me back a Lidl brand love it item without a receipt even though online it says they will give you a gift card and replace the items for free.

Great store with a variety of all grocery products you need. The staff is very nice and helpful. I love that the store is so tidy and clean. Five stars!

My wife and I visited this store on 02/24/24. Everything was great until we arrived home. My wife showed me an item that was purchased there with an expiration date of 2022. I told her that we should take it back. She decided against it and just trashed it. So, just be careful and check the expiration date on everything you purchase. And not just from Lidl... everywhere.

One of the best Lidl stores I have been to !!!Great products and low prices!The store was very clean and organized. Staff were very friendly, from the moment I entered the store until I left, everyone had a big smile on their face :)

It's a Lidl.Prices are low and the selection is far better than other discount grocery stores. The highlight is the reasonable prices on some of the more specialty items that aren't commonly found at discount grocery stores like bronze cut pasta.

I consider a direct competition would be Aldi near the metro station. Compared to Aldi, this store has a more extensive selection of almost everything (they even have ramen and dumplings!). The price of fresh goods is nice. The cashiers are efficient, and the self-checkout counters are all working. You don’t have to wait long to pay for your stuff.The only thing I want is a lower price of eggs - compared to Aldi and TJ in College Park, it’s a bit pricy.

Very disappointed with the customer service they always have toy in the store when you take it to the check out they tell you can’t sell it and we don’t understand why they keep putting the toy for sell it when they can and plus one the lady night shift is is rude the can’t tell you in nice way
