This is my favorite store for grocery shopping. Personnel are extremely helpful and attentive. Even if you don't ask for help. If they see you wondering looking for something, they volunteer to assist. I find that quite refreshing in today's times. Store is always clean, produce is abundant and fresh. A wonderful shopping experience at this location. Kudos to the management staff. Store is very well run.

I had the WORST experience coming into this Giant. The cashiers and customer Service is the most awful thing that any customer can experience. I was using the self checkout lane and i needed help. I asked for help to mercedes and she never came. I waited for about 40 minutes, until someone else came. In my personal opinion Giant should start hiring prole who cares about their customers and job, and not someone who is going to be giving poor and unprofessional customer service.

Seriously, they have such incompetent people working there. They have a girl who is really hateful. She doesn't know how to treat people. The only thing she knows how to say is that you can go shopping somewhere else.

This is my neighborhood Giant. I have been coming here for many years. I have always had a great experience with the staff. They are always friendly and helpful.Right now their prices are still pretty good but like everywhere else there is inflation. It effects some product more than others. I found yesterday a gallon of organic milk for 9.99...smh. The whole milk I did buy was 3.99.

Don’t go to this location if your family member doesn’t speak English because they will say the most racist things and talk trash to you because they know a lot of people who go here don’t speak English. Thankfully I do and I understood everything. Shame on you candince is this how you represent your employer giant? Is this what is acceptable at this location? Is this what they teach you? How upsetting. It was her and another woman that works at giant.

The store is fine, but the self check out is the worst. Those machines are super temperamental and I have never been able to get through checkout without them breaking and someone needing to come over and fix it.

Staff member in the seafood station was very rude. He barely wanted to communicate and seemed aggravated as soon a I approached the counter. I ordered crab legs to be steamed. Because we didn’t communicate well he did not have a good understanding of what I needed. What he initially gave me wasn’t enough. So I had to ask him to steam more. While he was steaming them I was looking down at my phone waiting there the whole time. When he was done he set the crab legs on the counter and didn’t make a sound. Once I looked up I noticed them there and wasn’t sure if they were mine or some one else’s order and he had disappeared. He never said a word. So I took them. I understand people have bad days but nobody deserves his bad energy especially after work because you simply don’t want to do your job. I’m not the type to file a complaint but this interaction was so bizarre I wanted to talk to the manager. Of course no one was available at customer service and no one knew when someone would be back at the station. Throw the whole staff away. This is why I do instacart.

My to go to in my neighborhood very friendly and relaxing no drama no dangers for the past 20 years of my life here. These workers try their very best to give you the best possible experience and are happy to help. Everything is always kept In stock and nicely placed. It's alittle more expensive so I recommend singing up for the bonus card all you need is a phone number to get great discounts. The selection are minimum since the store is not very big is one Floor and everything is easy located with the signs hanging from above each isle.

Avoid this location if you want to deal with the “power” hungry security patrol guy that is always on his phone. He will make an illegal U-Turn just to knock on your window while you letting your elderly mother exit the car. He basically blocked my door so that I couldn’t help her out to tell me to put my blinkers on. What sense does that make, avoid this place it’s not worth the hassle to just enter the store.

I went there for grocery shopping and I was having some issues with my mobile pickup, but there customer service was excellent. They were dedicated to ensuring I was a satisfied customer. I hadn't gone to this giant before, but after seeing their dedication I will be shopping here more often

The lowest quality Giant I've ever experienced I felt like taking a shower after I left. I called ahead and asked staff to have my pickup order ready at customer service since I don't drive but of course no such thing happened. Security immediately jumped out once I stepped inside as if I were a threat. Brown while shopping is my most educated guess. One member of the security team stayed a few feet away from me during most of my time there for whatever reason. It's sad how a Black American who is discriminated against in this country will turn around and try to use the same tactics on a brown customer who is not displaying any suspicious behavior. When my order arrived, I discovered that some items had to be substituted or were just non-existant because this particular Giant just does not have a good selection of items. Staff needs subconscious bias training. Will not be visiting this particular Giant ever again.REVISION: I changed my review from two to three stars after speaking to the store manager and receiving an apology for the security guard's behavior. The manager did inform me that he was going to contact the security guard's company and make a formal complaint. The manager sounded sincere. Also, I contacted customer care and they gave me a $20 credit.

On October 21st at approximately 9:30pm. I shopped at this store. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. There was 3 female workers who were very helpful.One of them helped me find items in the aisle. The other two were cashiers who helped when I had difficulty using google pay. They were very patient and pleasant.

I actually grew up shopping at this store. But that young man who works in the seafood department is the worst. He stands behind the door watching customers at the counter but will not come out until he is ready. Secondly, his overall service is very poor. He should really find a job he enjoys doing so he can be more pleasant with the customers. I won't even shop at eastern ave Giant anymore. I have to go the east west highway giant just for good service in the seafood department.

This Giant usually has everything that I am looking for. It is just sometimes hard to find things. It's not disorganized, it's just in a weird aisle (my opinion).The customer service is ok (at best). Definitely needs improvement. You can tell who wants to be there and who is having an off day.My last visit there was the day before Thanksgiving and the security guard racially profiled a woman, grabbed her forcefully, and went through things because he ASSUMED that she was stealing. Guess what? SHE WASN'T AND HAD A RECEIPT TO PROVE HER INNOCENCE.If I need something from this particular Giant that my local Lidl, Aldi, or other international markets don't have, this is usually my last resort.

Regular large chain supermarket. Clean and well stocked. Thought products could have been organized more logically, have related products in adjacent aisles rather than a few aisles over but you quickly get used to that. Very friendly and efficient cashiers.

Service was great. All Giant's employees get a 5 star. I'm complaining about your product. I recently brought Atlantic Salmon there it was prepackaged. After cooking it it had a spoiled taste to it. Also the smoke Turkey breast it was bad within one day of buying it.

The store was clean, well stocked and once figured out. The items were easy to locate. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Cashiers were friendly and kept the lines moving along sufficiently. When the lines became long staff navigated and assisted patrons along to alleviate long lines and back up. Staff assisted with rallying in the carts and insuring they were available for shoppers.

I love it here! This is usually my go to because I'm able to use my rewards to knock off prices, coupons and get free food and water. Those things are needed. I just wish they'd expan their seafood like most Giants do outside of the area.

We were in Gaint this happen at the on Eastern avenue . The Deli had an lady employee talking loud and cussing.(She may have been the supervisor for the dept. She works in deli. She is always very rude. She was telling the other employees how she told an customer off. Calling this man really out of his name. The other employees who were ladies also thought this was so funny. This happened Monday or Tuesday. This lady needs to go!

Clean store, good selection, decent sale prices. Only downside was the self checkout machine I used. It was very temperamental. I spent more time checking out than actually shopping. Lesson learned. Go to a live person!

They made me wait 9 minutes after completing my order,🤔I asked why aren't you taking my payment --- they responded wait a minute be patient,🤨 AFTER I'VE ALREADY BEEN WAITING for 9 MINUTES 🤬 SO I WALKED OUT WITHOUT THE SUB - HUNGRY BECAUSE OF THEIR RUDENESS....I WOULD NEVER REFER ANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THAT LOCATION 💔💔💔 I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 💔......🤔🤔🤔🤔I DON'T KNOW IT WENT FROM SUBWAY EAT FRESH TO GIANT FOOD...MY RESPONSE WAS FIR SUBWAY EAT FRESH...NIT GIANT FOOD...I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED BUT IT HAD TO BE A TRICK ON SUBWAY EAT FRESH PART.....I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT GIANT FOOD 💯

There was a lady that worked in the Bakery that was very helpful and courteous. The workers in the store were good. The problem was they didn't have enough people working the registers. The self serve registers only allow 12 or less. So with 15 items I was in line behind people that had full baskets.
