Horrible staff!!! I go into five below wanting to buy some shirts , then my brother gets a bag of candy puts it around his hoodie pockets and says he’s going to look for Halloween masks and goes through the back of the store . Then a staff he’s Black and looks over weight comes and starts telling him stuff , telling my brother he’s stealing for putting it inside his pockets when that’s not what was happening. Then we try to explain our selfs and he does not listen . He later kicks my brother out but I’m not going to just stand there and watch my brother get accused of so I tell him we were going to pay but he still doesn’t listen. I don’t get why he couldn’t give us a warning saying we shouldn’t put stuff in pockets it could give wrong idea that’s what a good staff does instead he starts accusing us and yelling at us . Makes no sense . The judging is horrible. The manger has to something about this . Get better staff !

The store manager Tanya( if that’s even her name because she refused to repeat it and rudely said “you heard me” )had a horrible attitude she spoke to me in a condescending manor when I spoke about my items. She said I had an attitude while she was the one speaking in a rude tone, just for her to be proven wrong in fact. Placing microaggressions on customers is not okay! On top of that she refused to give me my change back for a defective product that did not work. Regardless of the amount you should still give a customer back their change or at least tell them you’re keeping it.

Manager Ms Pam was very helpful. She talked to my girls and my husband. Usually you can barely get someone to look in your direction. I love the layout of this location. It appears that she runs a tight ship. I just love her.

Good store with a fair amount of items that are reasonable priced, I particularly like their tee shirts, which are just $5, only downside is they have very little to none in my size.

Great store, very clean, good selections more than some other Five Below.This day, a lone pleasant cashier struggle with long lines. Great job ma'am!! The manager eventually came to assist long after I asked him🤔 Maybe a bad day for him, seemed overwhelmed with just the two of them...I still will give 4 stars.

Horrible service the manger was rude and started assuming that we were openingpackages just because there were opened items near by where we were looking at, we spoke to her so nicely and calm and the whole time she was talking to us disrespectfully and with an attitude and then she decided to kick us out the store with no valuable reason?

I love this location. The parking is wonderful. I love the store and staff. The staff is very professional. The Older black guy work there is always helpful. Every time I visit I always ask him for a item. He will walk me to it and find it. It always a pleasure to shop there.

If there was a caption for the most ghetto store of PG, there will be a picture of this Five Below. The store manager and ALL employees are the most hood. From the time I entered the store associates were talking loud about the customers. Stating that the customers need to go the f*&^ home because they were tired of cleaning up. The prices were not updated in the store, and the cashier decided to keep my change adding that he didn't have permits. Miss me with this hood store.

I went in for glasses and found two very cute pair. Of course it was like 20 more styles I would have loved to get but I had to stick to my budget. But I was satisfied. The cashier welcomed me with a warm greetings as well. I have to go back soon

Worst costume service I was looking at some of the t-shirts and these ugly men tells me not to touch the shirts. It was 7:45 pm and the store closes at 9 pm. I wasn't making a mess just looking at them. He must be so frustrated with the life he has.

The security guard greeted everyone that walked through the front door. The place is clean, bright and well organized. I was able to find everything that I needed. The line was long but the checkout process went really quick. I will definitely return to this location.

This location is ... Okay. I think they may have gotten rid of actual shopping carts (I only saw (and used) one of those clunky two-way hand baskets. The store is a bit chaotic with its layout, but I suppose it can't be helped with the amount of stock they have. Not many staff working the floor (actually, I saw no one working the floor except a security guard), but the store was in solid shape, considering the fact that it was Easter weekend. It's a great addition to the PG Plaza Mall and I make sure I check out their selection every time I visit the mall. Note: I have never left empty handed.

I was not the person that visited 5 below that was my husband he was kind of disappointed because he couldn't find what he was looking for. I on the other hand like 5 below but I go to Lexington Park, MD. Since I live in St. Mary's county and I'll say about 90% of the time you get good service. Not like in D.C. and PG county.

Such a gem! We needed a store like this in the area so its addition to PG was perfect. Quick stop I make before I pay them target prices. A quick needs store and perfect for some quick gifts. Dont sleep on five and below!!! Theres a parking lot but it be lit so you may have to circle a bit.

Everything was priced 5 and below but i would never pay 2$ for travel size deo or toothpaste. Some stuff is priced unreasonably just for asthetic. But anyways very fun open nice people public bathroom clean organized

They are rude.... you hear me R.U.D.E. the two cashiers, ( female, glasses and dreads) and (male, lightskin, bushy hair) yelled at a Hispanic family who was trying to figure out who was buying what for their children. Then whoever that tall dark skin "security" that had on that red jacket today put his hands on a little kid, no older than 7, because he thought he was stealing.... WHEN HE HAD NOTHING IN HIS POCKETS. Sad place to work at.... I see why they asking ppl to work there..

I love this store always spend way more than plan. Mask wearing a must to shop and only a certain number of customers allowed in store at one time. I hated the outside waiting it was cold and damp. But I waited anyway. Lol
