Frequent this location often but they are obviously not training the new associates how to provide great customer service. You should always greet your customers. I’ve worked retail for many years I’d greet my customers hand them over the bags the receipt and welcome them back at the close of each transaction. The male cashier tonight was so busy talking about his work wife he didn’t say next he didn’t speak he didn’t hand me my bag or my receipt he provided the worst customer service!

I enjoy shopping at this specific location. It is way better than the other ones located elsewhere. However, this store is ALWAYS closed! It’s been closed for weeks. Sadly, there is no point in having this store in the community.

Manager see customer in line and instead of helping next customer show her ignorance and just leave the register and not say a word to customer,bad customer service have problem with people just but looking at them DONOT need that position,And leaving products out to spoil the reselling not good either

I love shopping here when they are open because it’s always stocked, neat and clean. Sadly they shut down for maintenance more than they are open. How much maintenance does this store need? SHEESH!!!!

My experience is always pleasant at Family Dollar. The customer service is wonderful every time. They always have quality products and they keep the shelves stocked. The store is never messy. I love shopping there.

Its is a very nice clean store the only problem is if you have 10 bags they won't let you take the cart to you car and bring it back in. I had to carry 8 bags 3 six packs of soda and laundry detergent in my hand. It thing I know how to do it.

Even with the recent pandemic this location has done a good job with keeping the essentials in stock. Clean & non cluttered. The associates are friendly as well.*located in shopping ctr.**plenty of parking.

Store is the most clean organized family dollar I ever been inside in. Rosa Edwin and the manager Seritta was very very helpful.

They act like a franchise. Won't return with receipt because purchased from another family dollar although return policy states a return can be done at any store with receipt which I pointed out to the manager .she was 1 slick comment and crazy look away from an email to corporate. You cant talk and treat people any kind of way just because of the area. Smh family dollar do better.Also prices vary at this store vs the other family dollars 5-10 minutes away. This store used to be a Maxway...and family dollar is pricey. I noticed several items priced higher than the other family dollars. Doubt I'll return. I

It's new, but the shelves are pretty bare, and I have trouble with the cashiers all the time at family dollar, he ask me, am I charging my purchase instead of greeting me saying hello, hi, how are you? so that was weird 😑😑
